    Where is the wear and tear

    If you spend $100 on a pair of shoes and put them on wear them for less than and hour and they bruise the bone in your foot you can't return or exchange the. They said they shoe obvious wear and tear.

    Dick Sporting Goods in Cedar Park Texas-10/26/2024 Today was the first time and possibly the last time I shopped at Dick Sporting Goods, first I will like to make it clear that even though I lost what could had been a good deal, what really hurt and offended me was the way I was treated. I was looking for some new sneakers that may be on sale, and happened to notice a few shoes that had the sale tag on them and try 3 different pair one of them where a Jordan type(not really my cop of tea-but this caught my attention) after trying out and finally decided what to take , i then when to pay at the cash register- the young girl at the register did her job correctly - i happened to have a digital gift card given by my employer (with this cards -u first pick the store then redeemed them- because of the sale I chose DICKS), the girl applied the card and then I notice the amount was not what was promoted, I told the lady so she call her manager (TREY)to make the correction, when he came by his expresión and the way he looked at me was quite frankly racist -he when from a smile to a discus,,he had find out that there was a mistake they made and with no explanation just told me all that all he could do is give me a 10% mark down, and that's all he did, repeatedly without letting me talk, I could not believe it, I was getting upset but just decided to ask for my gift card back, the entire time it felt like they thought I put the sale sign on it-I even told him look at your cameras and checked who put the sign - I left the store and call the store main corporate line but they basically offered me the same no apologies or nothing. I've seen situations like this in other stores, with other people most time the stores honored the price , but also treat the customers with much respect, apology and decency. That day I lost twice because of DICK SPORTING GOODS, I lost a gift card of $40 that I could had used in another place but since is already been selected for used at DICK SPORTING GOODS, i won't be able to used it. DICK SPORTING GOODS -THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALSO ,NOW I KNOW WE NOT WELCOME.

They have clothes. They have jerky and jams. They have toys. It's a very nice store. We went there yesterday and took the kids to see Santa. They have a very good Santa! We were pleased in our child was in magic land, which is where she should be at Christmas time. The reason I'm giving Bass Pro shops four stars is because the last time I was here I brought my gun in for service and their method is that the girls in front have to disarm the gun before you can walk into the store. So even though my six shooter was not loaded, they had to look it over and in doing so they took it apart and bent the spring. They had to send my gun into Ruger to get it repaired-- and they did so. They did not try to pass off responsibility. They were very sorry that they broke my beautiful bear cat six shooter. But the fact is they did and it brought me discomfort. I will be back here to shop, but I will never bring my gun here for any reason whatsoever. As for value, some of the products are overpriced and some aren't. Just pay attention. They do have some unique items that you probably won't find anywhere else in this area. I do recommend the store, but I don't recommend getting your gun serviced here.

    Whike I haven't spent thousands of dollars here, I had been satisfied with my purchases until…read morerecently. Under their recommendation, I purchased a suppressor, good quality red dot, and red dot mount for a PCC. When I was finally able to get the suppressor attached, the mount that I bought under the recommendation did not co-witness with the iron sites. When I tried to return/exchange for something else, I was told that it was past their 30 day return policy. I asked if they could simply allow me to exchange it for other merchandise, but again stuck to their policy. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I had to wait more than 30 days for the adapters to mount the suppressor on the PCC, but I never went back and told them to cancel that order so I could purchase somewhere else. I was very patient and respectful with them while I waited. While I am not a huge customer, I will no longer be a customer.

    I've been a long-time customer of Sportsman's Finest and have spent well over $6,000 here over the…read moreyears, but this recent experience was extremely disappointing. My friend purchased approximately $800 worth of hunting gear on November 21st that ended up not being used. The items were completely unworn and still had all tags attached. We attempted to return the items before he had to fly out, but the store is closed on Sundays. Due to the holidays and both of us being from out of town, we were unable to return the items until December 26th. At that point, we were told the return was refused because it was outside of their 30-day return policy. What's frustrating is that the policy does not reasonably account for store closures and holidays. This was not an abused return--everything was new and unused. When I called back to calmly explain the situation and ask if there was any flexibility, I was laughed at and told I was wrong. That response was unprofessional and upsetting. I expected better customer service from a company I've supported for years. Policies are one thing, but how customers are treated matters just as much. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping here in the future.
