I told her that I was on my way but that I would be 10-15 minutes late. She said she had plans with her daughter, but she would wait so I could get my order. I felt horrible but she said it really wasn't a big deal. Now that is the American Business Way of doing things. She could've easily said, that's tough, come by on Monday, but she didn't. She was willing to put her personal time on hold for a customer. I vote Michelle O'Riley as the 2019 Texas Business Woman of the Year !!!
