The guy who wasn't occupied ignored me when I walked in. So I wandered around the store a bit waiting until someone came available. The girl working who was helping another customer kindly told me she would be with me in just a minute. Another customer walked in and that same guy who ignored me, went right on up & helped her. At this point, I was slightly annoyed. After about 10 minutes he came over and "helped" me. I had a few questions about price matching and coupons. The mans responses were rude and matter-of-factly like he was the boss and they wouldn't honor any coupons. Honestly, he seemed uninterested & flat out lazy. I left disappointed and unhappy. After sitting on this for a few days, I decided to call & speak with a manager. Instead I got to speak with the owner & tell him about my experience! Not only was he apologetic, he explained price matching online, what he would do for me and my bad experience...AND offered a price match on my competitor retail coupon! Talk about EXCELLENT service! I went in within the hour & the owner John went ahead and fit me for a shoe. Not only did he take his time, he was conscious of prices after I disclosed I was looking under $130. He rocks! They even had handouts on IT band stretches.The store was bustling when I got there, but Jason still spent a great deal of time offering shoes for me to try on, and helped lessen my anxiety about the process with his outgoing nature. I've not been an avid runner for long but Jason treated me with the utmost respect. He also gave some useful tips for my upcoming half! I will definitely be back. I waited 5 days for my order status to change to shipped before calling. I was told they didn't actually have it in stock that they were ordering it from the manufacturer that shows it on back order. The price was the same as what the manufacturer was selling it on their web site but in stock. Just be honest and say you don't have it in stock, and that it is on back order from the manufacturer. That as soon as you receive a shipment from them you will notify me so I can pay for it then or try and go find it somewhere else. YOU CAN NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE ON SOMETHING YOU NEVER HAD

Then he cut my brand new arrows all different lengths and when I put my broad head on it hit my riser and I had told him what length I was and all the info he needed and he still got it wrong. He took the time to explain how to hold it, how to place my fingers, how to lock it, and gave me useful advice so that by the end of the session I was placing most of my arrows in the target. I also liked that you get a full day of archery practice with your lesson. I'm a senior and my arm was a little sore after shooting a bunch of arrows so I went home and then came back for more practice before they closed. In the 85+ heat, it was a joy to practice in an air conditioned building. Definitely a place to visit if you are interested in archery. :) A excellent value for your money!

It was very clean and the lady up front was very nice and courteous to me and asked me rite away if she could help me. Her husband who was the bow tech there helped me out with equal niceness and hospitality. He answered my questions and took the time to help me out and get things figured out. Very knowledgeable people and they have high quality stuff for compound bows and other archery related things. Prices are reasonable and this is goin to be where I go for all my archery needs!
