I won't touch them because I'm a scream waiting to happen and they are VERY writhe-y. My husband is not fond of my squeals shattering the peace and he jumps a mile which gets me hysterical. Betty's will have everything you might need for fishing and hunting. Do you know what else they have? Two old fashioned Marathon gas pumps and the ringing hose that you drive over. Someone pulled up and a nice woman jumped up and went outside. I heard the man tell her, "I can do it Tammy". She was fully prepared to pump his gas!! I love British outerwear and can't get enough of especially Barbour clothes. This place has, in a small area, probably the best selection of Barbour outerwear of anyplace I've ever been (including outdoor shops in England). They have a complete stock of clothes and accessories for outdoor lovers of every kind. The folks there couldn't be more friendly and welcoming, and are super-low pressure. Apparently they also arrange for outdoor trips of various kinds, but I didn't ask them about it this time.

Such customer service or lack there of is alarming. Perhaps the staff has been trained to help a certain clientele and we are not it. After about 20 minutes, we decided to leave. The staff did say by as we were walking out of the door which came across as thanks for leaving. We will get our supplies when we reach our destination and buy local.

I waited 5 days for my order status to change to shipped before calling. I was told they didn't actually have it in stock that they were ordering it from the manufacturer that shows it on back order. The price was the same as what the manufacturer was selling it on their web site but in stock. Just be honest and say you don't have it in stock, and that it is on back order from the manufacturer. That as soon as you receive a shipment from them you will notify me so I can pay for it then or try and go find it somewhere else. YOU CAN NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE ON SOMETHING YOU NEVER HAD
