I felt taken care of but also taken advantage of. Informing customers of the fee in advance of service is simply respectful and good practice. I like to support small businesses but not if they act this way!

Took several minutes to find an associate because none of them were wearing uniforms, name tags, or anything else to denote them as an associate. Once I finally found one to ask where the cross-trainers were, of course they were in one of the aisles labeled "womens running". I also poked around womens apparel but even the clearance prices were pretty high. So overall, if you need something that you can get elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.
