If you think 16% isn't great, be prepaid (oops-- I mean prepared) for your rates to increase w/ garbage & recycling. My 10/1/24 statement for 3 months was $123.80...compare that to my most recent statement on 7/1/26: $175.31. This is a 41.6% increase in two years. If you want to be blindsided with rate increases and prepaid nonsense, choose Dick's. They stand true to their name!

To make matters worse, he moved my garbage cans into my neighbor's yard and left them there. Overall, this service was extremely overpriced and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable junk removal.

They arrived within the allotted time slot and got the job done in about an hour. Had a huge, heavy and old 36 inch TV that is just a beast to move. Took four people to move it the last time and these two guys pulled it off by themselves up a stairway. Bravo, fellas! I applaud you. They charge by how full the truck gets plus recycling fees for certain items such as mattresses and TV's. $29 for a mattress and up to $89 depending on the size the TV. $89 for my old junker. No complaints on the pricing from me. So happy to be rid of that antiquated, useless piece of garbage. Can't recommend them highly enough!
