They send reminder's of upcoming cleaning dates and are flexible in working with my schedule and making adjustments to the regular cleaning if necessary. I recently moved and wanted some specific cleaning done over a couple of days and we worked out Martha coming 4 hrs one day to wipe out cupboards and do some general cleaning and then 3 days later, after we moved out, came back another 4 hours finishing up the general cleaning. I asked her to also sweep the garage completely, moving shelving etc, and then spray it down with water and squeegee it out.
