Their gluten-free options are incredible--thoughtfully crafted, full of flavor, and far beyond the usual "substitute and hope for the best" approach most restaurants take. The gluten-free buns are a standout: soft, sturdy, and honestly the best I've ever had. They don't fall apart! That alone would earn them five stars, but it gets even better. They use dedicated fryers, something that's nearly impossible to find, and their staff is impressively knowledgeable about cross-contamination, ingredients, and allergen safety. I felt understood, respected, and genuinely cared for. Every bite was packed with bold, unmatched flavor.
