This location has poor management with their items on the menu. I have called on several occasions to pick food and their response is: We are out of ribs, will be ready in two hours or no grilled chicken at all. They are out of baked potatoes. They need to do better with quantity. If I call around 5 pm and they tell me they.are out of a particular meat, what am I suppose to do. It is dinner time and customer would like to pick up on the way home. I will patronize another location first. This is terrible! This was terrible. I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. 1 regular 1 Nashville. 1 with fries and 1 with okra .When i arrived at the pickup window I was told they were out of Nashville sauce and the someone went to the dollar store to get some. ( i should have left then) a few minutes later sure enough an employee arrived with a yellow dollar store bag. (Dollar store Nashville sauce "just no") then i was told they were out of okra, after i had been waiting for the dollar store trip. They had already substituted fries. I said fine and left. When i got home everything was cold and had to be heated. The fries were cold and soggy the sandwiches were cold and soggy. And if you go through the drive through you better have a high lifted vehicle because the concrete is broken and stickers up about 6 inches. The girl at the pickup window was very nice and seemed embarrassed (she had no fault). The owner and Manager should be ashamed. read more

I stopped in for the first time since they opened and I was not Impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered two of the potatoes one with chicken and one with pulled pork. They were both dry and the chicken was very salty. I probably won't go out of my way to eat there again. Very disappointed read more

The slowest place I have ever been to . I've been to many of these restaurants through out the country and this one is by far the worse . The people behind the counter cutting the meat can't get any slower I've been in there many time and there has been many diffrent people behind the counter all have been slow. The sides lord I don't know what they do diffrent but they are horrible Cole slaw trash fried okra trash Mac and cheese trash . But every where else I have been the food side everything was great . STAY AWAY!!! The food was okay but horrible service. I was the only customer in the store and they took 5 minutes to acknowledge me. I was never greeted after walking to the store. After watching the staff behavior for a bit (no fire on anyone a$$), I thought about walking away but instead decided to give the place a shot. They completely messed up my order, missing a side, a sandwich, and the wrong meat (the order was correct in the receipt). I had to drive an extra 30 min back to the store to grab the rest of my food. The cashier named Kiya when she heard my history kept asking her staff if they really missed some items on their order, instead of just giving what I needed. After all, they gave me my stuff. My girlfriend and I stopped in here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor of all the food. I got the combo plate with brisket and pork and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend this place. read more

SLOW Service. Pull up to broken drive thru speaker go to window to place order. One attendant who will take phone orders and inside orders for 10+ minutes before coming to window. Then finally place order to learn they don't have what you want. Place order for substitute that takes a while to get and it's meh. read more

Unsure of the exact opening date. There has been a recent change in management and I was served raw meat and my brother's chicken was still frozen. Manager is rude and yelling at staff in the restaurant. Tried them when they 1st opened and thought it was just opening hiccups but it has only gotten worse.. how can they serve raw food and get away with it? I will never eat there again. read more

This was one of the nastiest restrooms I have seen in years. There were no less than 20 drain flies around the urinal in the men's room. The smell was that of a restroom that had not been cleaned in weeks! The ribs were good but if I had been in the restroom first I never would have ordered food from this place. read more

The food at Dickey's is good (I actually love it when it's hot and fresh) but I don't think the employees at this location value the time of their customers. Today I ordered through the app for this location (first time with this location but I've ordered many times from the Metairie location w/o any issues whatsoever). I set it to be ready at 12:30. I'm a teacher so my lunch time is 30 minutes. I even set it earlier than when I'd get their because I've heard this location takes extra long. I got there at 12:40. There was a line. After a couple minutes of waiting in the line, I figured I'd just go to cashier since I've already ordered and paid and honestly, didn't have time on my limited schedule. I'm wearing my schools jacket AND ID even (it's about 3 minutes from the location). The counter girl says she'd check but says can u show me the order (even though I gave the name and have never had to show the actual email and stuff before). I walked bk to my car and got my phone to show the order. Coke back in, she has me wait another 3-5 minutes before she checks my phone. Then asks, even though my phone shows it, what did I order exactly. Okay, no problem I figure cause I obviously want the right things. She said okay. Give me a minute. After another 10-12 minutes, and SEVERAL customers later, I ask do you know about how much longer cause I have to leave soon. At this point they tell me that apparently they didn't know there was an app order; that it "didn't go through on their end". My issue is then why not say that immediately?!!! By the time I got my food it was 12:57 (about 30 mins after the order). By the time I got back to school and went to the restroom (which I obviously need to do on this break) I had like 3 minutes left of my lunch time. Needless to say, my lunch wasn't eaten as I can't eat that quick, even if I tried to swallow it, ignoring any kind of indigestion I'd get from that. Had they told me I would've said just cancel it. Dickie's is good but not cold. And who warms up fast food. I wish I could give no stars honestly. read more
