The Greyhound has always exhibited a polished ambiance, but I noted tonight that evening brings an enhanced air of elegance. It's really quite nice and very suitable for a special occasion or a date night. Service was excellent as always and I enjoyed their very crisp and tasty kale Caesar salad and an excellent French onion soup, accompanied by a nice white wine. Dinner at the Greyhound is supported by a full bar, a good wine list, a nice selection of specialty cocktails and a selection of sumptuous desserts. The Greyhound is high on my list of fine dining spots in Covington.

And to the cashier's credit, when I ordered he said, "you said you want the snapper?" So, I am excited for my next visit to see what the other fried fish tastes like.
