The side of chips they gave us was as big as a bag you could get from a grocery store it was huge and they only give you these tiny little containers of salsa and queso. Ratios are not appropriate. All in all as our first time going there, I would not return. The food was mediocre (although the brisket was good) and did not make up for the poor service.

We waited and waited and no manager came to our table. The server returned to the table while I was in the bathroom and informed my wife she removed the wings from our ticket. My wife asked where is the manager and the server said do you want me to get him. My wife told the server you were going to get him earlier what happened. At that point with frustration building we just got our ticket and paid minus the wings. (Of course I'm not paying for food I couldn't consume because it was under cooked) The girl at the counter was very apologetic and said she'll inform the manager. I told my frustration that the manager doesn't have the common courtesy to come out and speak to us. I asked the his name and was advised Devonte. I will no longer dine at this restaurant and will advise family, friends and anyone who will listen about the poor service at this Cotton Patch.
