Just moved across the street and had been seeing the sign about Diced having just opened. I had the chicken brown rice bowl and it was amazing! Chicken was perfectly cooked - great portion too- and the combination was great. I think it was Cesar that helped me and he was so nice and welcoming. I appreciate any place that's trying to be healthy, but this place kinda falls below the marker on all fronts. The food is healthy if you choose the right things, and even when you do it tastes kind of whatever. The sauces make up for it somewhat but that's hardly a compliment. And the service was a little lackluster when I went: I ordered my sauces on the side, didn't receive them when I got my order, then I asked again if I could have my sauces and still nothing, so I literally had to get up and ask the chef to get it for me personally. No big deal, but I thought it was a little weird considering this place had 5 stars on Yelp. Anyway it's not a terrible place, but it's also nothing to write home about. read more

Diced has always been my go to and the food is really good. The reason for my two stars is not due to the quality of the food but the horrible customer service. I go to school and typically go to diced before class around noon, keeping in mind that diced is typically full during lunch time so I'll always order over the phone. One of the last times I went I ordered my typical wrap and smoothie. My wrap was done on time, but for some reason even with the rush that I made everyone aware of I waited twenty five minutes before they were able to put two fruits in a blender. The last time I went I ordered the same thing I always do over the phone and it was all prepared on time, but when I arrived the line was outrageous and I was in my typical rush. When I politely asked if my food was ready and if I could pay because I was in a rush I was treated with horrible customer service. One worker ignored me and when I politely asked again I was told to get to the back of the line which I have never had to do there because they typically let the people that order over the phone come in and out. The girls in the front were very rude and completely forgot about customer service. I left my order there and my family refuses to go back. I understand that their food is good, but as a customer I refuse to be treated badly when I could buy the same meal anywhere else. Customer service is important within in every business including restaurants and I am completely unsatisfied with the way I was treated. Never going back to diced. :( read more

I really hate to do this because I was so impressed with this place when I initially tried it but I need to rate it 3 stars because of their inconsistency in getting your order correct. The first time I order delivery from diced my order was perfect and I was hooked. I ordered a salad with the 3 sauces and spread the word to everyone I knew that they needed to try diced. The second time I ordered they forgot to add two of the vegetables I had asked for but it was no big deal for me. The third time I ordered I had asked for a salad with every vegetable except olives and received a salad missing all veggies. That time I also didn't receive the sauces but they were great and came back with sauce. Their customer service is amazing because they try their hardest to fix the problem but I would rather not call every time I order to complain about something missing. My husband just picked up an order for us and read out the exact order to the guys asking for sauces on the side. We got home and no sauces!!! I honestly love this place but the inconsistency is keeping me from giving a better review. read more

For all you healthy eaters out there, this is a MUST for you to try out. Yesterday I checked out this newly opened spot right off Coral Way And S.W. 67 ave. It's privately owned and operated. It's called DICED. Their menu is great and it's designed so you can get your food fast and ride out. We all know we are always on the move and have little to no time to eat a healthy, delicious meal. I decided to go for the "build a bowl" option, (also offer wraps/burrito or salad). I got mine with HORMONE FREE chicken, (there's also top quality beef and tuna), brown rice, pinto beans, all the veggies, and other fixings. I also had two different sauces (special green sauce and pink sauce) drizzled on to top it off. I'm a very picky eater but my meal was awesome. The chicken was grilled and seasoned to perfection. The brown rice was cooked perfectly. It was also a good amount of food, left me full and content. I ate the entire thing. I also noticed that they do not use any oils or fats to cook any of their meats (super healthy!). All their meats are cooked on the grill. So if you are ever in that area and are craving a healthy option for a meal, step in and give it try. I did and have zero regrets. They definitely earned a long time customer. read more

A better, cheaper rice bowl place. You might see this place and think "oh wow another Chicken Kitchen, 3 Chefs or Chipotle" but it's actually a lot better than the three in my opinion. The service is quick and the workers are nice. There are a lot more options, especially with the sauces! The meats are tasty and you can tell that these guys care about the produce they use. Plus, as opposed to the more mainstream rice bowls, this place was pretty fair in price. I got a bowl for around 8 bucks! If you're looking for a better version of the trendy rice bowls, then you should come here. read more

wow. its been a long time that im this impressed with a "fast food" restaurant from the get go. (the original giardinos, sweet dogs, 3 chefs) my cousin had told me about this place and said she was obsessed and craving it several times a week so i knew i had to check it out asap. i got there early today they were still setting up but were so nice and welcomed me in right away. i placed orders for my coworkers and followed their recommendations for my own - brown rice, black beans, steak, tomato, corn, olives, onion, lettuce, cheese, and a drizzle of all 3 sauces. i had a super nice convo with the guys while they prepped my food. i even asked them when they were planning to expand into the gables and out to kendall without even trying the food i was confident this place will be a success! it was deliciousssssssssssss. seriously really really good. my coworkers both also enjoyed their lunch. i just ate a few hours ago and am already looking forward to eating some diced goodness again! read more

If you haven't visited this little local spot, then you're missing out. Fresh ingredients cooked to order with a very friendly staff. The menu is limited, but I like that I don't have to sit there an ponder what I should get. The food is consistently good, and I go at least once a week. My favorite to go place for a quick tasteful healthy meal! They have selection of bowls and wraps. I always get mine with quinoa and I must say it doesn't disappoint. You have a variety of ingredients to put on your bowl and you can choose brown rice or white rice. There's selection of beans. Then you have all the veggies that you'd like to put on it. Their sauces are all full of flavor. They have a garlic cilantro; which is my favorite. Their chicken is well cooked as well as well condimented. Absolutely delicious. Don't let the pictures stop you from going here. At first I looked through the pictures and every bowl looked like a mess of food with sauce on it. Let me tell you, it is delicious!!! Almost all the reviewers suggested to try all the sauces and they were right. The sauces all mixed in my food was sooo tasty. In addition to that the food tasted fresh and they offer several options for veggies and carbs. I really like that they sell coconut water, perrier and different kinds of teas. The place is small so I could imagine it gets full so keep that in mind. There is outside seating which is cute. The place is clean, modern and the staff is super friendly. I just tried diced today and I loved it! It's very small inside, but it didn't bother me as I was taking the food. It reminded me of chipotle, but with a couple more tasty options. I have been to diced like 4 times & all 4 times it was delicious. The last 2 times I went the food was not all that good. My most recent visit was last week & idk if they changed the chef but something was different, the beans tasted like they came straight from a can. I didn't even finished the bowl. All the reviews got it right. Diced is really fresh food, priced VERY reasonably. They have three choices of protein (tuna, chicken and steak) and a ton of fresh vegetables and you can add brown/white rice or sub it for quinoa! Even before we opened the door to the restaurant the staff was already smiling and welcoming us. We got to meet Cesar, one of owners. They've only been open for eight weeks but they seemed to be firing on all cylinders. They have homemade sauces, guava one was very tasty. Although the shop is small, it did the trick. Plus the service stood out. I will definitely be back here for lunch or dinner soon! read more
