Amazing healthy restaurant! No matter how long the line is, the staff will service you immediately! The staff is friendly & the restaurant is always clean. They have salads and bowls that you can build with several different toppings. The restaurant kind of remind you of Chipotle but with healthier options. I always get the "build your own bowl" Chicken, lettuce, quinoa ($1.50 more), corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and pinto beans with the mix three sauces. You will love it!!! read more

Honestly, I just love this place and the concept of it. I went to its original on Coral Way when it first opened, now ai go here because it's closer to home. The food is always fresh & consistently tasty. The customer service at this one is just awesome. There was a day that I ordered online for pick up and when I got home my order was incomplete. Janaila (J) is a sweetheart and was apologetic and comped me a bowl for the inconvenience. Eat at Diced! read more

Nice. Sliced. Diced. QUALITY As I review a restaurant, clearly the main focus should always be quality. Thus is the perfect norm at Diced. With the fresh taste that I have lingering for days, I feel the produce and grains are picked or harvested just before I bite into each savory piece. The tomatoes are juice, the avocado is smooth and fresh; as is even for the brown rice or wheat wrap used. Rarely can I find such a savory and fresh tasting all around quality wrap. However, I was able to at Diced. QUANTITY A huge plus for this category. There are a million and one places now-a-days to get a mediocre wrap. I can name of so many just thinking now. One day, my wife and saw this - what we thought was a one off - spot called Diced. We were not able to stop that moment, however just a few minutes later, somehow found ourselves at this Pinecrest, south Miami location. Wow were we glad. The quantity of food per place and per person is fantastic. Seldom, will one fund such a great quantity when considering all other factors I will get to shortly. VALUE As mentioned just above, the value goes with the quality and quantity. When I think dollar for dollar of the fresh taste I will have, along with the size of each salad, wrap or plate ordered, holy moly, the value is surely there. For well under ten dollars, one can feast for meal and a half - at least. If you opt for a soft drink, you can have a refill while dinning in which always makes the deal a bit sweeter as well. As with so many places, as you order will depend on your value. I am almost vegan (read other reviews to fully understand) and so I choose carefully to really extend my business spent dollar. Trust me, it goes far at Diced. AMBIANCE The ambiance is a huge plus for me. Whether eating outside or inside, once you walk in, you are smiled and greeted at by the kind folks working feverishly behind the counter. The somewhat open concept kitchen allows you to partly see what is going on and the folks are great. The inside seating is nice and bright and light, however when my wife even can enjoy the outside ambiance, I know it is great. There are kitschy lights strung up and the signage and décor is awesome. Some are not big fans perhaps of sitting right on top of South Dixie Highway for the sake of noise, however it makes for a fund view most of the time. CROWD The crowd at Diced is what you might expect. Young and perhaps from around the local University of Miami I have found. I do not believe they have a student discount; however I will not take away points for this. Clearly, they do not need the extra business boost. There will be a line almost out the door when in the peak times and as I have only ever been on the weekend, only waited a short time to place my order. The crowd is friendly and not loud aside from talking over the traffic from South Dixie Highway. SERVICE The servers and hosts are great at Diced. As I said previously, when you walk in you are greeted and the friendly staff are very patient if you are either a first timer as I was once, or if you are a very picky eater, as I always seem to be. Kudos to the clerk whom told me about the no extra charge avocado add-on for the veggie/vegan wrap. Huge plus for this. When you place your order, a simple number sign is given and very quickly your food is brought right to you. No need to get up and get your order at this somewhat fast-food, yet high quality place. Awesome style of doing so. PARKING Ah. My biggest pet peeve if you follow me. And unfortunately, if you have been to Diced, you know I am not going to have great things to say about the parking situation. Unfortunately, a good problem to have (?) is that Diced is very popular. And so even on the weekends, the parking is very tricky. Even when it seems to not be (so) busy inside, the small lot that is very narrow and elongated fills up very quickly. Perhaps folks all travel themselves and meet up? Regardless, the only extra parking is just (south) of the main location, where Diced is fixing to serve up a drive-thru only add-on. Cool idea, however, this my take away even more of the very finite parking they already have - *sigh* - parking woes will always haunt me. Just take a ride share. I am kidding. EXTRA I am so excited to try the drive-thru option when they get that up and running; as I wonder how parking will be. Beyond that, the quality, value and overall feeling after the fact when my wife and I leave Diced is a special feeling. We love wraps just like the rest of the current trendy world and hope that this level of freshness stays for a long time and can only inspire great competition to keep the goodness great. Until next time - SYOY! read more

Dined here with a friend for lunch and I was impressed with how environmentally friendly they are. Everything from the tables you sit at, plates you eat off of, and utensils were made from recyclable materials. Great way to start a lunch date in my opinion...knowing that I'm in some way supporting a business that is putting forth efforts to save the Earth. Now to the munchies! I chose to have a one if there freshly crafted bowls that included chicken, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, beans and topped with a house garlic-cilantro sauce. Pleasing meal, decent portion and I had a Strawberry Mango Acai Smoothie to wash it down with. I felt very refreshed and healthy leaving this establishment. There menu has a pretty straightforward item selection consisting of Bowls, Wraps, Salads, as well as Gluten-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian Selections. read more

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out...I felt SOOOO welcomed. I had expressed it was my first time at the restaurant and the female explained the menu, she was GREAT! Even though the place was BLOWN out the service and the food came out quickly. After I placed my order I had a gentleman and the same female that took my order, come by and make sure that everything was ok and if I needed anything else..AND of course I wanted EXTRA sauce which they brought. What a wonderful joyous positive experience to walk into a restaurant feeling good and eating great high quality food. Thank you DICE for the delicious food and welcoming environment read more

Diced- Pinecrest - Okra, forbidden rice, black beans, all veggies and vegan sauces - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

Ive been a customer for over 3 years and to be fair I have never had any issues when eating inside the store. Being this said , due to lack of time I started using the drive thru, and it's been a horrible experience. I usually go there 1-2 times a week to get food for me and my family. On the last few months I've had three bad experiences and the last one and final was yesterday. First was a chicken quesadilla that lacked chicken , overflow of mozzarella and it looked like a 5 year old made it. Then came the guacamole on the next visit, I don't know what avocado they used but was definitely not good and all watery. Again, to be fair both this time the manager Melvin responded fast and politely and actually brought me the food to my house. Then yesterday I went back again and when I got home the guacamole was missing. I called and was put on hold, Melvin was too busy and no one cared to take my info. Today just around 7:44 pm Melvin the manager called back, I guess they have caller id I introduce myself and he immediately recognized me which I liked, but just like that the conversation turned sour and his tone changed. Like if I was the problem.... I decided not to further continue the conversation since I felt his attitude towards the situation and just opted to not go back to Diced anymore. I've been working in restaurants and hotels myself for over 13 years , customer service is the priority with so many options no a days. I really liked the franchise but they need to pay more attention to their staff and SOP's for the drive thru and to go orders. When someone orders on drive thru or to go , all orders must be double checked before giving to the customer. Is such a disappointment to get to your house and the food you paid for is missing. read more

Great food and fast service. Definitely will return! Live their salad bowls for vegans

Update: changed my review to a 5 again. Great customer service on management part for reaching out to me. Very grateful with the back end service. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. I was so sad that it did. Ordered yesterday from diced Pinecrest online and honestly it was a disaster. Normally I order and they give me a pick up time. I get there five minutes before and the food is ready to go and everyone is on the same page. From the minute I got there I asked for the food they could not find my order. Instead of asking me for any kind of information one of the servers said she had my order there and was going to make it. Granted I actually got there this time 5 minutes past the time the email said it would be ready. I said ok. I mean at this point what choice do I have? Waited for about 10 minutes. No one approached me. I saw that everyone had stopped making salads. Still waiting. Finally I asked again. Again they could not find my name. At this point I'm late for work. One of the girls grabs a bag that had no name and asked if my order has chicken. I said yes. She hands it to me. I looked at it quickly and went to work. Get to work to see that the this is definitely not my order. It's rice which I don't eat with chicken on top. I wouldn't write a negative review but I'm super disappointed. Normally I come here and it's awesome but today there were a lot of people working and it seemed completely disorganized. I lost my money by literally eating only the chicken and peppers on top and I had to be late. read more

Yummy bowls and salads. Love this place because it's healthy and fast! Create your own bowls or salads from their long list of ingredients. Then add some yummy sauces. Here's my favorite: salad with a base of lettuce and spinach, protein is chicken, add onions, carrots, garbanzo beans, cucumber, cilantro, and top with avocado slices, cilantro avocado sauce and a side of the spicy guava. College-age kids work here, so service can be kind of dry, but definitely fast and fresh. Only real down side is that it can get pricey. It's worth having every once in a while! Looking forward to the Drive location next door. I ordered a to go salad via Yelp. picked it up early! So fast and easy!! read more

We had the chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes and a vegan sauce on the side. Plenty to share with my granddaughter and we didn't even finish it. We also enjoyed a smoothie of spinach, acai and strawberry. She loved it and that's saying a lot for a 3 year old. The chicken itself had a great flavor. They were also mindful of her allergies and very quick service. We had a brief hiccup when they forgot the chicken on my chicken bowl but made it right very quickly. Would definitely return. read more

I would agree that this place is like "chipotle style" in the sense that you choose what you want from a bowl, salad or wrap. However, what differentiates this place is that the ingredients are truly fresh. I can appreciate the flavor and freshness of the meat and vegetables selection. Its also caters to vegetarians and vegans. They also have a selection of fresh juices or smooties for a decent price. Parking: decent parking designated by the restaurant. I went during lunch, which should be a busy time, and there was plenty of parking. Dog friendly!! They have a designated doggie station with grass so they can take care of business. There is also outdoor seating. read more

Diced- Pinecrest - Salad bowl with spicy guava sauce - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

Diced is great if you're craving healthy, fast, and fresh-tasting food. However, I found that (despite everything I loaded on my salad) it was kind of lacking in flavor. And maybe it's because I just got a simple vinaigrette type dressing (they have other sauces/dressings), but I think the beans or even the chicken could've added flavor to the salad. They do give you A LOT of food. I ordered extra protein, thinking that most places kind of skimp on protein and it was so much I ended up scooping some of it onto my cousin's plate. Additionally, adding extra protein (and avocado) made my bowl pretty pricey. For my salad bowl, my boyfriend's rice bowl, and a side of chips and pico (YUM!) the price was close to $40. I like that all the serveware was like ~eco-friendly~ and I thought the decor was great - modern and open (there is one glass wall facing the main street). The restaurant itself isn't too big on the inside, but there's outdoor seating as well, and a penned in dog area (with a little hydrant!). It was only slightly odd that some of the people sitting at the bar facing the street (from the inside) were basically forced to look at us sitting at the bar-height table outside. They also sell some packaged paleo cookies here in a variety of flavors. I tried the Chocolate/Hazelnut, and my relatives got Cookie Dough and Guava. Everyone (except the kids) thought they were pretty good. read more

I have been going to Diced since it opened its doors. Everything is made fresh to order, and they have so many options to choose from. I believe they are also very reasonably priced (a bowl is about $7+tax. The food is tasty and not overly seasoned, just extremely flavorful and fresh. What I really love the most about DICED is that they really give back to the community, and I really enjoy supporting businesses that give back! I go to Diced at least once a week! Diced- Pinecrest - Delicious bowl with quinoa, chicken all veggies and their special 3 sauce mix! A total win! - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

What a great dining experience! I brought my boyfriend here for the first time tonight. I've been trying to get him to try it but he'd been a bit lukewarm to the idea. Well, of course I was right, and of course he loved it. I usually go to the Kendall location but we were near Pinecrest so we decided to come to this one. I'm super glad we did because we got to meet Sam! What a sweet young man and an absolutely fantastic assistant manager. So when we first walked in, there was a very strong Pine-Sol smell. In fact, it was so strong, we almost left. As we were walking out, I saw the outside seating so I figured we could just sit there. I did not want to lose the opportunity to introduce this place to my boyfriend. Sam was so happy we came back! He really went above and beyond with the customer service. He came out and chatted with us, gave us two complementary bottles of water and had us try the spinach chips which were warm and tasty. He remembered I liked the pico de gallo and brought me some to enjoy with the chips. As far as my order, I stuck to my usual: quinoa with chickpeas and veggies. I know eventually I should try a different dish, but darn it if I can't break away from this one! My boyfriend had the steak and brown rice with black beans and was happily satisfied. I knew he would love it being a Cuban who loves his steak and rice. The fact that they have the Black beans is just icing on the cake. I know they have been open for three years, but I honestly did not know anything about Them other than they were offering an alternative and healthy eating. I cannot say enough nice things about Sam and what an asset he is to the company. As a matter fact, I will be calling and complementing the general manager. This kid has a great future! Thank you Sam! read more

This is one of my go to spots when I want a healthy meal. And as someone on a predominantly plant based diet, it can be a challenge to find a good place to eat with omnivore friends and family but Diced always delivers! You basically make your own bowl/salad/wrap. You pick a protein and/or beans, pile on the veggies and choose a sauce. The vegetable toppings are always fresh. I had one of the employees recommend trying all the sauces in one which was great but my favorites are still the guava bbq and the cilantro sauce. I usually order the bowl with different combinations of the veggies. This time I had the veggie bowl with forbidden black rice, lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, cilantro, avocado slices and the vegan guava bbq sauce with a pineapple smoothie. I would not get the alfajores again, they were very dry and minimal guava filling. read more

Love me some DICED! Diced is such a wonderful concept. Think of it as a fancier chicken kitchen with farm fresh, organic ingredients. I have been Dice'ing for ever. My go to is chicken and steak bowl with rice, pinto beans, lettuce, spinach, carrots, olives, tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro. top with guac and the famous 3 sauces. Mix it all and devour. The regular portion is generous and sure to kept you satisfied. Order online and skip the line; several locations in Miami-Dade. Enjoy!! read more

Stopped at Diced on the way home from work on a weekday. I placed my order online with no issues at all. When I arrived to pick it up, it was ready and waiting for me. I built a chicken bowl for myself and a chicken wrap for my BH. Everything was super tasty and fresh. I appreciated the side sauces. My personal faves were the Mixed 3 and Garlic Cilantro sauces. My favorite part of Diced was how the to-go containers were environmentally responsible. We will definitely be back to try more dishes. read more

*Update: I was contacted about my experience (below) and had another visit. There were no issues this time. Customer service seems to be important to this company (for good reason) and they made it right. ------------------------------------ A few things - they are not 'fast food' so waiting 20 minutes for an order only to have something in my meal that I didn't ask for is not acceptable. That is reserved for fast food joints, not somewhere that takes their time to make 1 bowl. I couldn't pick up my order at the drive-thru so I had to wait to get out that line and find parking to walk my 9-month pregnant-ness inside instead. Email stated 15 minutes from the time of order that it would be ready but even after that time frame, it still was not. The order was originally for pickup (to go) but when I saw there was outdoor seating I decided to stay and eat there. The chairs outside are horrible! Heavy and a weird construction on the bottom. I could hardly position it correctly and even one of the girls working there was struggling with hers too. For the bowl, I asked for the beans on the side and NOT in the bowl and it was specified in a few places...so tell me why there were a ton of beans inside the bowl? May sound like a petty complaint but when you're paying $13 for a lunch bowl and something isn't right, it's pretty darn ANNOYING. Like, hey...really? The ONE thing I asked for can't be done correctly even though it was specified in multiple places? That's fast food excuses... read more

Ordered from this place and the food portions were so small, I ordered 3 bowls, ingredients were missing and it was $70 for just the bowls. Avocado was overripe, the quinoa bowl looked like toddler food sample. I felt so disappointed at the portions, and I'm a tiny person, I don't need big plates, it honestly felt like a healthy snack. I won't order from this place again. Not wasting my money and time here ever again read more

I love diced but this location was SO packed. In their defense, I went on the second day this place was open. Food itself is great, I love it and I actually would like to suggest serving tuna (raw or seared) instead of (or in addition to) the tuna salad they currently have. Smoothies took a while to be served but they were tasty. Will wait a little before going back to this location but I def will be back. read more

TLDR - A healthy alternative to Chipotle If you ever craved Chipotle, but didn't want that much salt and fat, Diced is a great alternative. The food is very fresh, but I will admit the points gained for health are lost for flavor. It's like meal prepped food you made last Sunday. Except now it's Thursday, you don't wanna be healthy anymore, and you paid about $11 for it. You were excited to be healthy, putting all the Tupperware together, cooking your plain chicken, and steaming your brown rice. But now you're just craving something that didn't come from a bodybuilding.com diet plan. All facetiousness aside, Diced is a fast casual style restaurant that is a good meal for anyone looking for a healthy lunch. It's a bit pricey and has room for improvement, but it ain't bad either. Protip - Unlike chipotle, the bowl with wrap on the side trick isn't gonna work. Wrap costed extra on the side read more

This place is fairly new but I've now been here twice in the span of five days. I opted for the rice bowl topped with black beans, chicken, lettuce, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, black olives and avocado(+1). The premise is similar to a chipotle and/or Subway, pick whether you want a wrap, salad or bowl and then build it based on the available toppings. The food is price fixe regardless of what options you choose outside a few toppings (hence the $1 upcharge for avocado). Portions are more than enough Safe to say, I found a healthy-ish (careful with them sauces) new spot for my lunch hour. Will be back. Had the pleasure of finally visiting Diced after a long wait of driving by here after they closed the Jimmyz Kitchen that was previously there. I must say that this is one of my new go to places for my work day as well as weekends. I have been searching for a new place to find good, healthy food at a reasonable price and I can confidently say that Diced doesn't for me. Aside from the food, I think the concept is very cool, very photogenic for the people that like to eat there and photograph their food (like myself). The staff is very friendly. I was greeted with joy and professionalism and everyone who passed by me during my stay offered me a smile. I can't stress enough how important this is to a good eating experience. With all of this being said, I hope they maintain that great energy and great food as I will definitely become a regular here at Diced. Very excited to see this restaurant continue to spread out. read more

Service was good. Atmosphere is cute and cozy. This place offers simple healthy smoothies and salads. I was surprised that they had such a small ingredient list. Not many choices for fruits and vegetables in the smoothie section. I was SHOCKED that they do not have lemon or lime on the menu. A salad and smoothie place without this essential ingredient? So I was not able to have the salad because I wasn't going to eat it dry. Their sauces looked amazing, but too bad they couldn't accommodate my allergy restrictions. Bummer. They also weren't able to tell me the ingredients in their vegenaise. I settled for a smoothie and it tasted like the ones I make at home. My friend said she liked her steak salad with quinoa and veggies. Left here a little hungry. And I'm still not over the lemons. read more

I'd rate this place a low 4, almost a 3. I was lured into Diced because one of my friends had suggested meeting up for lunch here. I visited on a Wednesday at around 12:30pm, and the restaurant was extremely packed. I had to wait in the parking lot until someone left the restaurant just to find parking. When I finally got to the cashier, I ordered a brown rice bowl with chicken, a variety of vegetables, and the 3 sauces. The service was good considering how packed the restaurant was. Once I received the food, I was impressed with how aesthetically pleasing the meal was. The way they drizzle their sauces made me want to take a picture of it. However, the food itself was mediocre. The vegetables and chicken were all pretty bland. I feel like I can make something with more flavor at home. The reason why I liked my meal was mostly because of the sauces. The 3 sauces are basically the only thing that gives the dish any flavor. I did like how big the portions were though. Even though the meal didn't stand out to me, I was kept full for the entire day. I think the Pinecrest area needed a healthy place like Diced, but I believe they need to work on adding more flavor into the food they serve. read more

Fast, affordable, and a healthy alternative to most "fast casual" options. I placed an order online and showed up 2 minutes later, and my food was already ready and packaged for me! They got my order 100% right (even the extra sauces)... gotta have my sauce! Their bowls are fresh, flavorful, and probably big enough for most people to make into two meals (I eat a ton so finished it in one sitting). I got a smoothie as well which was good but not as great of a value as their food options. Overall, love this place! read more

Found this place on a whim one day searching for a good build your own salad restaurant. Their online ordering system with Chow Now is very efficient: build whatever meal you'd like, pick a time and it's ready by the time you get there! I've ordered two times from Diced and each time their portion sizes have been very big and worthwhile for prices. In particular worth mentioning most places charge $1.50 ++ for avocado - at Diced $1.50 for avocado yields you like 1/2 an avocado, heck ya! Their garlic pesto cilantro dressing is also bomb - highly recommend! read more
