Food was great but the service was awful. The person taking our order was rude, kept mumbling and yawning throughout the entire interaction. Another employee had friends visiting and socializing was a lot more important then acknowledging us or taking our order. Very rude and just felt like I was in a typical Miami establishment, which unfortunately is the norm and very common to have overall bad experiences while enjoying great food. read more

I love this place, it's sooo yummy and the staff is very helpful. However, they definitely need a calorie count!! I know they're considered a "healthy" restaurant, but proving that with a calorie count of everything ( especially the sauces) would be so helpful and awesome!! Diced has great healthy options and the service is always great. The wraps are a good size and they always fill them up. I personally order the veggie wrap or bowl and I like that they include the avocado slices with this selection. However, they don't ever seem to have have avocado! Not sure why they offer something on the menu but never have it available. That's why I gave them 3 stars, otherwise I would give them 5. If they ever decide to fix this issue then I'll come back and change my review. read more

The food here tastes like nothing. Its literally just plain rice plain this plain that. No chips. No guacamole. The only thing that gives it flavor is the sauce which isn't even that good. First timer. I got it last week. A veggie bowl and a smoothie. The service was good, the lady brought our food out to us and helped us out while we were ordering. She gave great suggestions. Food came out and tasted alright, the smoothie was eh. It's super pricey for "alright" food. I'd rather go across the street to chipotle and get more food for less money and it'll be hot! And about the smoothie...no thanks..with those $10 I can go to smoothie king and get a huge 32oz smoothie that I actually love. Not even enough food served but hey they were nice. Oh by the way, GOOD LUCK PARKING! The parking situation there is horrendous. No handicap or stroller parking?? Seriously? And what's with the giant truck parked outside on the storefront? Me and my baby had to stroll ourselves around the entire restaurant to get through the front door thanks to this giant truck that's blocking the nearest entrance for god knows why. I ordered delivery yesterday for me and my coworkers, i had a chicken bowl with white rice i have to say the chicken was very tasteless, we wanted the sauce on the side, but we got charged extra for that, the other order was a steak salad with avocado and lettuce/spinach base and literally the container came with 2 leaves of spinach and little lettuce and a tiny piece of avocado, mind you we paid $1 extra for the avocado, and 4 pieces of steak. Overall this place is expensive for the quality of the food provided. For sure we wont order again from there. read more

Found this place while looking for something quick to eat and I am so glad I found it. I was greeted when walking in and there were some things on the menu I was u familiar with ( forbidden rice and their house sauce). The young lady allowed me to sample both before making my decision. I ended up getting a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice and various topping with the house sauce and it was soo good. Went there a few nights ago and a young woman named Melissa was very rude to the customer in front of me, she seemed very impatient and was giving the customer attitude, I personally would not want someone like that working at my restaurant chain, that kind of behavior is what drives people away, and by the looks of it she might have had the same impression on other customers, the restaurant was a ghost town at around 8 o clock with myself and two other customers in line, and one person eating. I feel extremely sorry that this certain location has to deal with that, because over all the food was great and the other employees seemed very friendly and willing to help. The young man who rang me up was very polite and patient with me. At the end of the day, good food, and for the most part good service, its a shame to see a restaurant with potential get ruined by one bad egg. read more

Sam was the best host today. Great food. I tried the forbidden rice suggested by Sam and it was amazing.

Beautiful interior decor and ambiance however I was not impressed with the quality of the rice. We ordered the white rice and it was over powered with garlic. Either garlic in the jar or powdered garlic there was so much garlic it was hard to consume. The cashier service was pretty slow but the kitchen line seemed to work efficiently and got our food out in a timely manner. If you eat here do NOT get the white rice the brown rice and quinoa are fine. read more

If you're a vegan, the jackfruit is a good option with the guava sauce BUT if you're a picky eater and want your bowl arranged different from their order, it may not happen. If you opt to add the item on the side, that's a charge of .60 for the side dish. I've NEVER had a fast food restaurant tell me that I can't have it my way, especially when it's not pre-prepared or cheap food. Soooo, if you want your bean added 1st, then your rice, you might want to go to Chipotle or prepare to take your food as it comes. It's unfortunate but I don't plan to recommend or come to this place again. I'd rather spend my money with someone who is willing to accommodate my request. Chipotle is cheaper, don't charge if you want something on the side and will arrange your meal as desired. read more

Great food and great prices! I am so happy to have an actual healthy fast food option that is not swimming grease and salt for those days i just do not feel like cooking. The only reason for my 4 star review is because they tend to not get take out orders correct that are placed through their website especially if they are having a busy night. Just check your order before you leave the venue and you should be ok. In their defense they did try to remedy the situation with some free chips and salsa and were very polite about the situation. I honestly like the healthy variety at diced, but today (at the Kendal location) for the third time I ordered two steak bowls online to pick up and it turned out to be chicken, and I was charged for steak. I'm not surprised because this wasn't the first time. I would appreciate if the employees pay attention to the orders, charges and what they put in the customers bowls. So I'm writing this review, to get the owner attention.. I stepped into this location Last week The location looked very organized and clean. The staff were very attentive and the cashier was a friendly young boy with glasses he actually helped me pick my food. Once I sat down I find a my chair dirty and I call a young lady over to have it cleaned. She ignored my comment. I approached the same boy that helped me out earlier to clean it for me. Later the same girl passes by and I tell her if she can bring me some napkins and she responded was yes... and never came back. The young boy in the register noticed it and came and brought me napkins. I asked him who was the manager to give my feed back towards the young lady he said it was her.. her name was Melissa. Now I was in SHOCK that they would but a 16 year looking girl to manage a location!!! She didn't even communicate with the guest, she was goofing around and not evening paying attention to situations that were happening on the floor, I will not come back knowing it's such an immature spot.. having a kid manage a location is the recipe for disaster. My suggestions is to put a real manager on the floor that will notice situations and interact with the guest, make guest feel feel welcomed.
