I've been coming constantly to DICED since it first opened, and every time I come to have a quick bite I leave 100% satisfied. The amount of food is great and awesome choices. For the people that keeps comparing DICED to chipotle..... uhmmm... what? And the food is not meant to have looots of flavor since it's a healthier choice, for us people who actually want to have a simple and yummy lunch I think is great. The girls at the front have always been really nice to me so I cannot complain about costumer service. I love the decorations! Beautiful place to grab a bite. Service was great, food was fresh. Nice place to go out after a workout and grab lunch or dinner. The reason why i put 4 stars are for three things: 1. The booths are awkwardly situated, they are too high which makes it uncomfortable to eat. 2. The meat has little to no flavor and was dry and kind of cold when we got our bowls. Some creativity like a corn salsa, or pico de gallo, or smashed avocado with cheese would give the bowls more flavor. And 3. The price isn't competitive when compared to other restaurants. It costs me 16 bucks to get to fully loaded bowls from another restaurant, with guacamole and everything. And here it cost us 25 bucks for two bowls and a smoothie and the bowls were average sized. We love coming to this location, but the service is horrific. They have 5 to 6 teenage girls that rather play with their hair and gossip then take care of the customers. This is by far my favorite healthy fast food chain ever ! While, it is a bit on the pricey side the quality of ingredients used are undeniably there. Additionally, their smoothies are also unparalleled and so tasty. The options are endless but all healthy. Thus, I usually order take out from here when I forget my lunch for work. It is important to continue mentioning that the food is always fresh. I always order the all veggie bowl and add every vegetable they offer. Their cilantro garlic sauce is off the chain and it's usually my go to sauce at Diced. This place can be compared to a chicken kitchen but way better. I will definitely continue frequenting this place since it is very similar to how I usually eat on a daily basis. I have yet to try anything else but the veggie bowl is rest assured a great option and I will definitely be back to try more new things soon. read more

While we live the food at Diced, I was disappointed about a their customer service at this particular location -- I ordered 3 meals, only 2 were delivered, when I called, they basically said that they are not responsable for drivers not to check if the order is complete or they if it is the right one. Manager didn't offered a reasonable solution. They didn't refund me the money and wanted me to call Uber eats to find the driver to tell him to go back and get it.... brilliant! However, the owner of the company reached out to me after complain was submitted and not only apologized for the inconvenient situation, he also explained a more reasonable solution and offered a credit as a courtesy. read more

You feel that you getting what you payed for and the food is delicious and fresh. Why not give them 5 stars well the salads are not cheap and they skimp on the dressing. Why? I don't know. Downside I had the cashier give me attitude and argue with me because I asked for my beans to be placed on the side (so I can better control the amount) the side cup is probably if anything 1/4 cup. She wanted to charge me $1 extra. I wasn't asking for extra beans which she made clear she knew I wanted the same amt of beans placed in a cup and I have to pay $1 as if I were getting something on the side !??? I love diced. Quick little place where you can get a chicken kitchen on steroids like experience. They are bowls that you can customize. Pick your beguiles, protein, you can even do avocado!!! The sauces are amazing and my favorite is guava sauce. They have some nice items like garbanzos and quinoa which I love. Their smoothies are also great. I ve gone to the place and it doesn't disappoint and I have had delivery and it's pretty good too. They mixed up one order which I think in most places is customary. Only downfall is if you pick all the good stuff the bowl can be up to 12 bucks. Which isn't terrible but it's not a cheap daily lunch. The staff is very friendly. This is definitely an upgrade to chipotle. The quality of the food is just so much better and seems more fresh.
