We don't eat out very often, but I wanted a night off from cooking. We had the fish and chips and the meat loaf. Can't rave enough about the fish and chips. We've been here before. The service leaves a lot to desired. Staff standing around talking while you wait to order. The hostess was grumpy and rude. The Bar like most in our area was busy and loud! Yes, this is a loud place. We weren't the only ones to notice. The food portions are good but the quality and flavor is lacking. $52.65 for two ice teas, fish and chips, 12 oz steak with a salad, veggie, mashed potatoes. Not impressed. So, we've eaten here lunch and dinner no change in service or food. Probably won't go back. read more

My friends and I decided to have brunch today, one of my friends said to try this place so we did; the service was a bit on the slow side but the ladies were nice. The food was delicious, we wanted breakfast but they stop serving at 11am so we ended up having lunch, we wish they would let breakfast be served till 12, but what we ordered was food, the portion sizes were good for the price and we loved the bottomless mimosas for $15. Overall we will try this place again but come earlier for breakfast, which is what we wanted originally. read more

It seems like it should be a great place. I think I might have just caught them on a day where everything went wrong- maybe someone called off or something. It wasn't busy at all- like 3 or 4 tables occupied, but we couldn't get seated, we couldn't get water, just everything took forever. They were nice, the cocktails were good, the food was good- not exceptional but nothing wrong with it. I really do hope they find a solution to the fly problem. I totally sympathize with how hard it is to control flies in the summer but no other place I've been to up here has had that many flies inside- it makes me wonder if there's an open door or window somewhere in the back or some other kind of opening. I would try them again, but I'd do it at a day and time where they're likely to have more staff in the house. read more

We visited for lunch on a Saturday, ordered chicken strips, patti-melt, deep fried mushrooms and fries. Food was delicious, hot and quick. The service was excellent and friendly. The entire establishment was clean inside and out. We arrived about 10:50 and it filled quickly while we were there. It take's maybe two minutes to drive there from Main St or Baker Rd it's an easy drive and you can't miss it. We will be coming back to try their breakfast offerings soon. read more

I highly recommend that you try out this restaurant. Amazing food, taste great, huge portions, super friendly staff. The atmosphere is awesome, look at the architecture, crazy awesome. My husband and I split the Jivan burger and left so full. The burger was smoky and delicious. Had a side of ranch with fries, and it is by far the best ranch dressing we've ever had. read more

This is an amazing and quaint little steakhouse off the beaten path in Red Bluff off of Highway 36. They serve delicious and well-proportioned sized meals that have high quality food; and I can attest to this because I have spent most of my life in higher end restaurants in Napa and Sonoma County. My boyfriend and I stopped by the other night and we had an excellent server, Summer. She was very attentive to our needs and we never had to ask for our waters or drinks to be replenished or when our appetizers or main course would arrive. Summer was super sweet and has excellent customer service. She is a high caliber server and I highly recommend this place! read more

Our second time here on a Friday night. Salads were great, soup good too (except waitress forgot to give us spoons for the soup.) Waitress was there quickly asking for drink order and very friendly. However, she never brought our drinks. I walked to bar to order, bartender super slow and clearly didn't want to be there. He forgot my husband's drink but gave me mine. Disappointed because we really want this place to get it together so we have a good local restaurant to go to. read more

For this being our first time here, I have to say this place rocks!!! Thank you Trinity for being the best waitress EVER! Place was clean, service was awesome and food was amazing!!! We will be back!! They have a full bar, music, plenty of TVs to watch literally, whatever you want. This place is also kid friendly and has color crayons for the little ones. Four of us went for breakfast this morning, everyone enjoyed their food. Service was good. We were very glad we went!

First try, today for lunch. Greeted warmly, seated quickly. Then, things changed. We ordered deep fried food (chicken strips, zucchini), and one and a half hours later, we received it. Waitress was awesome, apologized that they dropped our order, but no offer to comp anything. Ordered drinks and those were quite slow as we watched the bartender eat their lunch and talk to the two at the bar. All the other tables seemed to have soda/water, so not sure about the wait. The food was so-so. Kitchen seemed understaffed. Maybe next time. read more

Big disappointment. I went first on their 'grand opening day' but it was anything but. I gave them time to get their sh-- together before going back. Highly disappointing. No one there to greet/seat you so we sat down on our own. Eventually flagged down a waitress to inquire about menus. Waitress herself was great. That was the only positive other than the overall atmosphere. Food was not worth eating. Got the turkey 'sub/club'. Turkey was very low quality and overly salty. Ate about 1/3 of it and told her I didn't want to take it home. Rarely in my life have I returned food. But I think the only times I have, the restaurant backed up their food. Not these guys. Only took $2.25 off. What a joke. My dinner guest had previously ordered the club sandwich and said it wasn't worth eating, either. Definitely won't be back. this place is awful basically it's a marine barracks made into a bar (with no ceiling) and the woman just sit around at the bar and don't even say hi . and the food looks awful and the outside bar lol don't even get me started on it it's like a animal food container made into a bar lol . i guess the owner said I build a crappy place that makes me lots of money . The old store was 100% better nice food and a mini grocery store with a small bar . The new store is just basic a bar that's it to make money read more
