I was told by nice worker from grocery outlet about your flowers. I just want to say they are beautiful and perfectly wrapped. I come here for special occasions when I need to buy flowers . Good quality thank you .

Always super happy with the flower bouquets that I buy at Diana's Flowers! They have a good variety flower arrangements to choose from and the location is perfect.

Sparse bouquet, it was supposed to be 50 stems.

This is my ninth time ordering from this florist, and I repeatedly receive rotten flowers, and incorrect orders. Very frequently the orders are incorrect. Very frequently the flowers are not fresh, brown, rotting, see the pictures I have added. Customer service is terrible. They do not care when they give the wrong order or poor quality flowers.

Michelle M.

They have a good variety but... flowers are always moldy and will die within a week or less of having them due to being molded ! happened so many times now.

Very happy with my order. Timeless Inspiration Funeral Flowers premium. Great price for my purchase. Was delivered on time.

Called in and let them know that it was my sister's 40th birthday and I needed flowers for the next day. I requested a large arrangement with roses and peonies. I live out of state so I didn't see the flowers in person but my sister LOVED the arrangement. I do wish that I could have exchanged images with the florist to give them an idea of the look that I wanted which I've done with other florists but regardless everything worked out great!

Happy 25th Birthday to my wonderful girlfriend! I love coming to Diana's Flowers for fairly priced flowers! They have lots to choose from and the sets always smell great! Will continue to come back for years!

Melissa W.

I failed to order a corsage for my son's prom. Several florists said they could not do it since it was last minute. I called Dianas Flowers at 8:45a Saturday asking if they could make the corsage for pick up at 1:00pm. She said yes. It was beautiful and reasonably priced. It would have cost me 25% more if I had bought it in my hometown. Thank you, Dianas Flowers, for coming through for me!

This hidden gem is absolutely amazing, the customer service is incredible and Diana's is able to accommodate all your floral needs. The flower selection is fantastic and you definitely get a bang for your buck here. I ordered the big celebration flowers and the big sunny bouquet for my mom's 70 birthday and she was so happy. I will definitely recommend Diana's to my friends and family.

Gillian C.

My first experience ordering flower delivery from here went so smooth. I placed my order online after 6pm, and indeed it was delivered as promised the next day by noon. I wanted to call ahead to make sure they saw the order, but it's not necessary. They had it out on the road by the time I called this morning. The bouquet differed slightly from the color scheme on the website, but stunning nonetheless. I especially appreciated the obvious care and effort that was put into assembling the bouquet. It truly looks elegant and the recipient loved her birthday flowers. The one critique I'll make is that the website lacks any explanation about the differences between the 3 tiers of arrangements , so I went with standard and didn't opt for premium.

Absolutely stunning florist choice design!

Jill H.

I have ordered from Diana's twice since my best friend lives near them. Each time has completely blown me out of the water. I've ordered the "florist choice" style bouquet and just given them the occasion and vibe I was looking for and they have gone above and beyond every time. My friend told her husband that she doesn't want flowers from any other florist from now on. Could not recommend more!

Wow my new go to flower shop. The arrangements are all so beautiful. I couldn't decide which one I wanted. If you're in the area, you definitely have to stop here first. The owner was so nice and even touched up my arrangement a little bit to make it perfect. 100% recommend

Such cute flowers and I love the fact that she does custom flower designs and makes it just like the picture, makes sure every flower in the inspo Picture is in the bouquet she gives you. Came here multiple times but the price is on the higher side but so worth it. She is also super nice and sweet.

If I could give them a 0 I would. This place is so unprofessional!!! I went on Saturday to order some balloons the lady told me it would take an hour so we went back in an hour 1/2 when I arrived she asked me if she could help and I told her I was there to pick up the balloons and she's like what balloons? And someone else was like oh we forgot about them. I should've know this place was a joke when I heard one of the employees arguing with a customer over the phone because they forgot to deliver to deliver some flowers for a funeral. read more

We specifically requested certain flowers in a certain color for Ángel wings for a Funeral and the arrangement was off on the colors and missing one color . Since it was delivered we couldn't do anything about it anymore and we noticed at the Service. The staff might have been to busy or careless to actually make our experience a nice one. read more

My new flower shop!!! On my way to my niece's graduation I decided to stop and pick up a bouquet of flowers. I yelped and found another shop in Paramount. We walked in and they did not have much of a selection. They had a couple of buckets of roses and the guy said he would give us 6 roses for $27!!! Whatttt!! Needless to say we walked out! I yelped again and found Diana's a half mile away. It's in a warehouse area so I thought it looked good already because maybe they would have wholesale pricing as stated. We walked in the wrong door but everyone was so nice and told us to just walk through. They had a great selection of flowers! We got a bouquet of 10 roses AND a stuffed graduation puppy for under $20!!! and to top it off everyone was super nice!!! This is my new flower spot!!! read more

I was sent a link through my email from the flower shop to review their services I gave my opinion ,& the owner replied and seemed very confrontational . I placed an order for angel wings for my dads funeral. The arrangement was 20 min late, Diana said it wasn't their fault due to a lot of accidents, I agree that its beyond her control but a courtesy call would've been nice ,I shouldn't be at my dads funeral services wondering where my flowers are. An most IMPORTANTLY she insinuated that we did'nt want to pay the $250 for a bigger arrangement... WHERE on the website was I given that option? I ordered the biggest size online, I would of gladly paid anything to have the biggest most beautiful arrangemt at my dads funeral. Third what i ordered was not what I received regardless of size , the wings I received had green leaves all around , that wasn't even on the pic on the website. Honestly had it not been for her ignorant response I would've never left a review, she took no accountability & thats not ok. read more

Awful customer service! Was assisted by the owner herself and she treated me as if my business was no good enough. As I waited for my order to be completed an older Caucasian gentleman enter the business and was immediately helped. When I enter I was under the impression it was self served. Yet, when this gentleman enter my order was put aside and he was assisted. My flowers were welting, and when I asked to have them arranged and cleaned up a bit I received an attitude. Nice variety of flowers to choose from but the customer service was plain disgusting, especially during these hard times, when businesses count on customers. And to top it off the owner was not wearing a mask! read more

Where do I even begin with this flower shop ? First off I'd like to warn everyone that this very location sells old flowers to customers on top of the fact that they're also over priced. (Facts)! The owner and some of her employees (her family) actually are extremely unprofessional in so many ways . They argue amongst each other in front of customers and they also treat their employees bad . The obvious objective from this location is just to make that money regardless of what it takes . I have a gold membership with FTD but a recent change in their system blocked me from setting up a same-day delivery, so I hit Yelp and found Diana's Flowers. Not only were they willing to get the flowers out on short notice, they were abso-freaking-lutely awesome (and huge) for the money. Scored big points with the birthday girl and made her the envy of her office. I just might let my FTD membership lapse now... read more

The first day I went to visit this flower shop this lady luz helped me out with an estimate for my wedding, very nice lady but she recommend me to talked to the boss and make an appointment, so I did. The next day I go Diana the boss comes and says hi and asked me what I was looking for, seconds within the conversation another customers comes in and the boss walks away from me in the middle of the conversation then says oh sorry can I helped her really quick, I said yeah that's fine, pues ya que i told the guy behind the counter which ended up being the husband the was like dam she really just walked away from you, I was like yup. So 15 min pass she comes back to me and goes if your serious about an estimate followed me to the office so I did. I sat down and she got a called which probably lasted 5 min, ignore me and then she click and started typing some stuff in the computer ignores me again, when she finally decided to heAr me out someone outside her office was having a argument on the phone and she scream like can you please tell them to go outside and have their argument there. I'm sorry this shop is so unprofessional she needs to get it together, I understand she's busy but if you have a meeting with someone please take care of them first then worry about your calls. I'm taking my business somewhere else and you guys should , unless y'all like being ignore by the boss. read more

They had couple of arrangements where the flowers were beautifully nested into baskets, and there were flower arrangements in vases. I opted for the one in the basket. The owner was kind enough to swap some of the roses out for fresher ones. I also wanted a Hello Kitty decorative pick to add to the flower arrangement, and I noticed that Hello Kitty had a black smudge on her forehead. When I let the owner know of this flaw, she was quick to fix it by gluing a cute red heart gem. The Hello Kitty pick was more elevated and prettier! I've come here on other occasions where I requested for a bouquet with a budget limit. And, they were able to put together a beautiful bouquet for me that was also within my budget. I can always count on this flower shop!

I needed to send flowers last week to a family friend whose father had passed away. After finding them on Yelp and seeing their consistently strong reviews, I decided to place an order and I can absolutely see why they're so highly rated. They offer a wide variety of arrangements, which made it easy to find something tasteful and appropriate for the occasion. The arrangement I chose was elegant, thoughtfully put together, and truly beautiful. They were also able to accommodate same-day delivery, which I really appreciated. While it was a sad event, they handled the order with such care and professionalism, ensuring everything arrived on time and exactly as expected. In moments like these, attention to detail and reliability really matter, and Cerritos Hills Florist delivered on both. I would absolutely trust them again in the future.

Diana's Flower Shop in Paramount went above and beyond for my daughter's Sweet 16! When we ran into a small bump along the way, Diana and her amazing team made sure the mission was executed flawlessly. A special thank you to her wonderful staff, they were fantastic to communicate with throughout the entire process and kept everything seamless and reassuring! Diana and her team brought our vision to life in a way that exceeded every single expectation I had. When I saw the final centerpieces, they truly took my breath away, I am still in awe of how incredible they looked! My daughter was blown away by the unique selection of exotic flowers. She especially loved the ones with soft, fuzzy petals that felt almost like puppy fur, blooms you definitely don't see every day. These centerpieces were absolute masterpieces, and my only heartbreak is that real flowers can't last forever. If I could keep them in my living room for the rest of my life, I would! Thank you to Diana and her entire staff for your dedication, talent, and for making my daughter's milestone birthday so unforgettable. We couldn't be happier! read more
