Called in an order for easel spray for a funeral. Called on Friday, courteous staff, took my order as , I had gone on website, picked out what we wanted and the next day the flowers were delivered, on time, to mortuary and looked just like the picture. The prices here are great too, I combined two bouquets and it was $30, and they also added a nice red bow. I came here for my floral arrangements for my wedding. The prices is why I gave two stars instead of one, but they are unprofessional and a couple of my arrangements were not as requested. the first order was for the boutonniere, corsages, arrangements for the alters and both bouquets for the bride and Virgen. Everything was as requested other than the bridal bouquet, I requested a tulip bouquet with baby's breath and eucalyptus. The bouquet was awkwardly shaped, it looked like they just grabbed a dozen tulips and towards the bottom of the stems is where the baby's breath and eucalyptus was gathered. I had showed Luz exactly how I wanted it with a picture and it still was not as I requested. We went back a few days later after the initial order, to place another one for our centerpieces and an arrangement for the sweetheart table. We provided everything for the centerpieces and asked Luz if the flowers can be attached to the wooden centerpiece and they said yes they would wire it and make it work. The floral arrangement was supposed to match the bridal bouquet with tulips, baby's breath and eucalyptus but it was mostly eucalyptus with hints of the rest and I also showed her a picture example and did not, again, match what I requested. We paid everything within a few visits but with much time before the wedding. I also kept my receipts where it was stamped with paid. The morning of my wedding I received a call from them saying they cannot deliver the centerpiece/sweetheart table arrangements until it was fully paid and I had told them it was and I had the receipt which I was told to text them a picture, which I did. No response within 5 mins so I called back and they said it was because I sent it to the wrong number which they could have provided the correct one during the inital call to save time. I sent it to the new number, waited about 5 mins with still no response so once again I called and they confirmed it was received. I then confirmed that the bouquet order will be at the church by 1pm and the centerpiece order will be at the venue no later than 3pm and they said yes. I get to the church for my 2pm ceremony at 1:15pm, no flowers, I call for an update and they said the delivery person had already left, it doesnt take more then 30 mins to get from the shop to the church and thats with time to spare and including traffic. My photographer and videographer had to take the majority of my solo pictures without my bouquet. It's about 1:40 and still no flowers, I call again and they place me on hold, get back on the line saying they can't get ahold of the driver but they are on the way. It's 1:50 and still nothing.... I called once again and they sound irritated and low and behold the driver arrives 5 mins before the ceremony. The bride should not have to be dealing with this stress the day of let alone within the hour of the ceremony.... We get to the venue and the centerpieces weren't attached as requested. If you're looking for affordable arrangements I would recommend but when it comes to professionalism I would look elsewhere. read more

I will not get into details, but I will say when the owner calls you back regarding your incorrect order, She is going to give you an ear full of unprofessionalism, disrespect (confrontational) and excuses placing blame on you the customer. I called Diana's flowers and had the pleasure of talking to Diana herself. I drove in and was blown away at the huge selection of flowers and arrangements. Diana quickly walked me into the Refigerator and showed me all the Tulips she had. She gave me a brief insight on the flower and how to keep them looking good. I decided on two dozen for the love of my life. Diana put a gorgeous arrangement together in a vase with a lovely bow. I dropped them off to her work and boy o boy did I blow her mind. I've used a lot of florist for events in the past, but I wanted to find someone local for my baby shower. Diana's flowers has really great competitive prices. The flower selection seems to vary depending on the week. Diana's arrangements are more grocery style not your biggest WOW factors or creativity. So if you're looking for something generic and simple this place is for you. I would however say GUYS this is a spot to buy a nice bouquet at a fair price for your special leading lady. I do like that the price was fairly reasonable, but you also pay for what you get. The only issue I had was that my baby shower was on a Sunday and Diana closes Saturday's. So she told me she would prearrange my flowers Friday and leave them at the local Northgate Market for me to pick up. I had schedule to pick them up on Sunday morning between 8am-8:30am. The worker at the floral depart had arrived late to work that day so I had to sit around for over half an hour waiting to get my arrangement. Which was very annoying and time consuming. I couldn't see why no one else could of opened the fridge for me to sign out my arrangement. Besides that I could tell that the flowers weren't nearly as fresh because the hydrangeas had withered and shrunk in size so it didn't fill up the arrangement space as nicely as if they were fresher. read more
