He said yes. I live about a hour and half from this automotive shop. I drove the car to his automotive shop. At first what Mr. Moe thought was the problem wasn't. After he did a diagnostic and found out it was the fuse panel box, he ordered from a car dealership. The wrong year of the car was sent. My car is a 2005. In the mean while I had order the part online. At first Mr. Moe said he couldn't use it, but after the one he had ordered from the dealership, they sent was the wrong one he went ahead and use the one I had ordered. He told me that it will take about 11 hours because there was a lot of wires he had to connect. In between the snow, bad weather, getting the part and etc., it took several months. I didn't mine because I wanted my car fixed. From the time I picked my car up in early March/ April 2025 my car has been starting. Mr. Moe fixed the problem like he said he would. He is a great man. He and his partner was always polite to me over the phone when I called about my car. Whenever I called, to inquire what was doing to my car, he would tell me. I would highly recommend J & J Automotive if you have a foreign car. HORRIBLE! Arrived at the shop prior to business opened (9am). Business opened late. The guy…read moreexplained everything and proceeded to tint the vehicle. Completed the job however I noticed once I left, the right passenger side was scratched (purchased high performance scratch resistant so was scratched during installation). I returned immediately, informed the installer and he had to replace it. So...finally complete again (been there for 3 hours, no one there but me). The guy pulls my car up, gets out, walks back into the building, didn't say anything. I go back in and ask "are you not going to look at this?" He says, "I already did when I had it in the back." I called the manager, informed him about customer service/professionalism. His comment, "everyone has their own definition of professionalism and it doesn't seem like there was an issue with the tint." Well, I didn't install scratched tint to begin with, if he'd looked at it, he would see that the job still isn't correct (same window now without a scratch but even worse, has waves in the tint) and will be returned. Long story short, for anyone looking for a professional, don't go here. Owner will try to make it seem like it is your fault that your services were not correct and if it takes more than 1.5 hrs, "some cars take longer, depending on what it is-per owner". Customer service out the door from management down. The only person who had any kind of courtesy was the lady doing "eye lash" services.

THEN HE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF because I'm a young female & I went there with by myself AND TELL ME IT'LL COST ABOUT $2500 to fix it but I just bought this car off the lot a month ago. Anyways they don't have good customer service.
