So disappointing! First, the quality of the product has taken a dive from a solid 8 to a 1. The pepperoni pizza tasted like frozen pizza does, only worse. Cardboard with very little taste. Seriously... Red Baron pizza is better than this. Did not try any of the other pizzas, but the decrease in quality was shocking to me since I have previously visited so many times. Even when a fresh pizza came out, it was terrible. Dry and tasteless with hardly any sauce on it at all. To make matters worse, both trips I made to the buffet line, there was a patron in front of me using a dirty plate to serve themselves more food... The cardinal sin of all-you-can-eat buffets!!! They scoop a new slice of pizza with the spatula, and touch the bottom to their dirty plate with it. Then it goes right back on the buffet line. DISGUSTING. Restaurant has no signs posted anywhere about using a clean plate when serving food. This is gross negligence on the part of management. This used to be a great place to eat, but there are some serious issues going on there now people should know about. Cross-contamination is a very serious health and safety issue.
