His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering responsiveness we received. Refuge Plumbing may be a newer business, but Michael is definitely not new to plumbing. This is my mom's vacation home and she is used to my dad being able to do all repairs. After losing him she has been putting off repairs because she's afraid of shoddy work and getting ripped off.... A call from the neighbor while we were out of town and we needed to act quickly. Got a hold of Vicki in the office who was able to get Steve out on site the same day (worked around another job; thank you) and determined the issue, got the water shut off, and scheduled the fix two days later. They came in on time, performed the job as quoted and communicated great. I would not hesitate to use again with one caveat and that is I felt the cost was high and very much quoted off the cuff. I wasn't in a position to find competing bids, nor did I really want to considering this company had gone the extra mile already. Bottom line, this is a good company, professional, knowledgeable and does what they say they're going to do. I would just be a little cautious and careful with price. The man showed up in an hour plug was 25 feet down my drain and he had it cleared and everything flowing smoothly in no time.
