For Driving test I…read morehad the worst experience here! Idk if my driving instructor is just rude or just racists to me in way where i feel likes shes indicating or saying something that made me feel uncomfortable. For my first visit I did walk in and she was the one in front and i was doing driving test and she ask if I had WA I.D. Since english is my second language i don't immediately get what shes trynna look for i told her That i have WDL number/and school I.D. Or permit and she immediately said so you dont have WA I.D. and she keep saying so your illegally driving then? Idk what came to her mind thinking I been driving illegally when I passed my permit couple months before starting my driving tests. I explained to her that when i took my knowledge tests at 911 driving school they told me i can just get driving tests as soon as possible mind you I'm (19 y old). so she let me drive which I shouldn't done on our first test she failed me and gave me 0% just because I'm speeding 28/25 miles and i dont stop fully. I told my dad and he thinks she's unreasonable for giving me 0 score just because i was speeding a little bit. Also shes been smiling at me and look so happy when she told me my results that made me feel uncomfortable its like she loves seeing people fail in front of her she didn't give me tips on how to improve so i felt like shes being sarcastic and for my second try she recognized me and this time i went slow and she didn't passed me just because i was dangerously slow i was going 17/20 mph idk if shes not looking the sign but she told me i was going 15/25 mph street when it clearly said 20 miles and watch for people crossing. Its like she's intentionally failing her students who are different so I highly don't recommend the place specifically this branch because it's overpriced and it's better to get your test somewhere else specially when you're not white. Btw her name is Cherry don't recommend her at all cost shes not worth of your money its ridiculous that they charge $65 for failing you i regret going there and made me feel like i wasted my time and money just to get 0 score because of her unreasonable result.

They were very helpful in helping me figure out how to get the required documentation and were extremely patient as I navigated phone trees to get AAA to email over the proof of insurance. WMST Express was kind enough to print a copy for me to have current proof of insurance in the car. They saved me and were so helpful and patient with us. Highly recommend coming here.

As someone who has a terrible fear of driving, this was so much better than I had expected. For…read morereference, I took 5 of the 1.5 hour adult lessons here. I was terrified at first, tense all throughout my body, gripping the wheel like crazy, but my instructor, Willow Moon was able to get me to completely relax and focus within the first 30 minutes of my first drive. She has the patience of a saint and a good sense of humor. They really let you decide when you're comfortable enough and ready to move on to the next stage (ex. from city driving to the highway). She believed I was ready the first day but mentally I wasn't, and she didn't force it upon me to do it that day. Before these lessons, I had only driven ONCE on the road for about 5-10 minutes. But by the 5th hour and a half drive, Willow "tested" me to see if I was prepared for the real deal. I was ecstatic to hear that I passed her practice test! She was absolutely amazing with giving me tips and explaining things thoroughly that would be on the test. I really didn't think I'd do that well after only 5 drives, but THAT just shows how great these lessons are. I now feel 1,000 times more confident and I feel that with just a tiny bit of extra home practice, I'll be ready for it. Thank you Willow for your patience and time. I hope you and this company continue to help save people from careless accidents

*** Review for 3-day beginner motorcycle permit course ***…read more Let me begin by saying that Sherry Jennings and Sean Grimm are absolutely excellent instructors; you can really tell they care about keeping you safe. Sherry's enthusiasm and passion for motorcycling and teaching were amazing. She has a very vibrant way of teaching that easily holds your attention. Both Sherry and Sean were super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They WANT you to succeed and they're beyond great at what they do. That being said, it would be nice if the class sizes could be smaller. Our class was 16 riders. On the range, we had both instructors present, but I felt like if there had been fewer riders, there would have been more room for individualized help and feedback. I want to be very clear that this is a critique of the WMST class itself and NOT a fault of the instructors in any way--the instructors truly did their absolute best to help everyone and spent extra time with the people who needed it most while still being attentive to everyone. Having more time on the range would also be helpful for nailing skills down. The bikes seemed to be well-maintained (take with a grain of salt since I only rode two). I liked that we got to pick what style of bike we wanted to ride. I felt extremely lucky with my classmates; everyone was super kind and supportive of each other, which was awesome! Honestly, a big highlight of this experience for me was the other wonderful people taking the course alongside me--to say they were great would be an understatement. *** End of review, advice below *** I have literally zero experience with motorcycles and was lucky enough to pass my permit exams first try. FOR ALL MY FELLOW COMPLETE BEGINNERS, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE!! This is a whole new skill you're learning and you absolutely need to set yourself up for success! *Your course includes the Champ U NEW RIDER online course, at the BARE MINIMUM you need to complete the portions outlined in the email. But don't stop there. COMPLETE THE WHOLE ENTIRE ONLINE COURSE **BEFORE** YOUR IN-PERSON COURSE! You really need to set yourself up for success with the book learning, especially if you don't have access to practice with a motorcycle. Even if you have previous experience, I would still recommend completing the entire online course because you want any misconceptions corrected before they possibly hurt you. The online course covers a lot of great stuff, there's really no reason not to do it (it's free!). Plan ahead and start it early because it takes a while to get through everything, but this is a lifelong skill and I promise you it's totally worth it! *ENGAGE IN CLASSROOM DISCUSSIONS!!! PAY ATTENTION DURING CLASSROOM PORTIONS! Show the instructors that you are listening by engaging with the discussions! IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, ASK! The instructors are super friendly and are more than happy to explain anything you're wondering about. *Watch videos of the permit test on YouTube so you know what to expect *Take deep breaths and try to relax! Watch what everyone else is doing and see how everybody is making mistakes. IT'S OK! That's part of learning! It helps your confidence when you realize that pretty much everyone else is struggling and learning too! If you don't pass the first time, don't beat yourself up. This is difficult and there's a LOT to process. You can know what you need to do and still panic under the pressure of a test. Just do your best and don't give up. Stay safe!

And she's taken on jobs and worked on animals that other vet tech's can only dream of! Don't let the skewed opinion of one determine your perspective of the program and its instructor.
