When there was a scheduling issue on this last Saturday, Sam was extremely disrespectful and abrasive towards me. I felt that I was verbally assaulted. I tried to explain this to the office staff today I was blown off and my concerns where not addressed. My daughter does not deserve to be treated in this manner as she is a very good and respectful student and has done everything that has been asked of her is a respectful manner. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my daughter experience with your driving school and your staff.

But my main issue was on drive 5 I had this one lady as my instructor her name is Oksana Goldade she was very unprofesional, unpleaseant and very rude to me on our drive. She was on her phone a lot instead of guiding and actually instructing me and she compared me to other students saying and I quote, "I can tell you cannot drive, all the others on this drive are already pros but not you". If I had to give anyone any advice I would say "hope you don't get Oksana!". By reading other google reviews on here it seems others agree with me that she is rude, unprofessional, and unpleaseant to be around. Feading so MANY of the 1 star reviews about her it baffles me that the school hasn't disciplined her at all. Other than her, the rest of the staff were kind and lovely and I really wish I could give a 5, I really do but the demeaning behaviour on my last drive I had was just unacceptable. A friend wanted to get his motorcycle license so I decided to take the class with him. We took the…read more3 day "Learn to Ride" class with WMST in Auburn. This class is the first of two classes to get the motorcycle endorsement. Passing the Learn to Ride class gives you the permit, allowing you to legally ride and practice riding for six months but with some restrictions (not riding with other passengers or at night among other things). Passing the returning rider course gives you the actual endorsement that does not have any restrictions. The Auburn classroom location is next to the Johnny Rocket's and across the Dave & Buster's at the Outlet Collection Mall. Day 1 was on Friday evening and consisted of a couple of hours of learning safety rules, myths vs facts, tips, and laws of riding motorcycles in the classroom. Day 2 started off on the range where we rode the motorcycles provided by the class and learned the basics of riding. In the afternoon, we went back to the classroom to learn the rest of the material and then took the written test. Day 3 was on the range where we continued practicing our riding abilities and then ended with the riding exam. The written exam consisted of 50 multiple choice questions (mostly common sense questions) and you need an 80% to pass. The riding exam consisted of 5 riding exercises to test basic riding abilities. Now onto the class itself: it is meant for beginners and those with no motorcycle riding experience, but the instructors moved quickly and skipped a couple of things that I thought would've been important to tell students in case they have no knowledge about motorcycles. Extremely simple things like how to know if a bike is too big for you, how to shift gears, and how to properly hold the handles without getting wrist pain. I learned a good amount of the basics from asking other riders because our instructors didn't teach us for whatever reason. It's a class where they let you go and figure things out on your own and they jump in when you need it. I like that but I'd also appreciate knowing how to do some things to help accelerate our learning. At some points the instructor was more interested in telling jokes than actually teaching the class which wasn't ideal. I never planned on buying a motorcycle or riding one on the road, but I wanted to try something new and this was an educational class that got me out of my comfort zone. I passed both exams which I'm happy about but the class itself wasn't the best experience. The instructors were interesting characters but not the best educators. Some other things I wish I would've known: - You can use hiking boots as your riding boots. This would've prevented me from buying motorcycle boots just for the course that I won't use again. - They have helmets that you can borrow if you don't have one. Again, I bought a helmet just for the course. - Read the motorcycle operating manual before the class so terminology is not new to you if you're not familiar with riding.

I walk in with my kid and she's meeting with a family and nobody has on masks, including her. The family leaves and I ask what about masks?! She says oh they are all fully vaxxed. Uhh I saw the kid, he's not even close to 12. Then she throw that family under the bus and says she's been really working on them to wear masks. I laugh and say but you're not wearing a mask. She claims she forgot. Ok. So no matter what side of the masking drana you're on... I have no respect for a liar. Especially one about to work with my kid. Drive a few miles up the road to Snohomish. Sylvan test scores mean nothing in mainstream academics, it was created to reflect that schools have poor testing outcomes and "SURPRISE" Sylvan's test scores are significantly higher so they can boast "wow, look how great your kiddo does when they come to Sylvan". I had a meeting prior to enrolling and made it crystal clear that the issue I was having was getting class work-that turns into-homework completed and that my kiddo often "miscommunicates" his missing assignments to me. I also told Sylvan my kiddo has some mental delays and the pressure of helping at home was causing a bit too much stress. Sylvan told me not to worry, that they'd check for missing assignments on-line and they ensured me that this was something they run across all the time and achieve great success. However, a little over 2 months in and I've had to talk to Sylvan twice about my kiddo not completing missing assignments (now 2-3 weeks behind on assignments that were accessible on-line at Sylvan). I found out that just before I had my last sit down meeting with Sylvan that 2 of their staff used my kiddos time to probe with questions before I arrived, I was not aware during my meeting that their staff had been questioning my kiddo. My kiddo later told me that the questioning cause anxiety that the question were so specific that they like they were in trouble and they were scared. During this meeting that I had scheduled with one staff person a second person entered the meeting unannounced and then turned everything back on my kiddo and they even lied about their statements they had made directly to me, it felt like an ambush. One of the staff people was someone who I had never met and who didn't even introduce herself before taking a tone about my kiddo. It was obvious that Sylvan had failed to meet basic standards so they prepared themselves for our last meeting by targeting the kiddo with the mental delays without the parent present in order to blame the child for his homework time at Sylvan not being utilized. My kiddo also said that those two Sylvan employees hangout and visit with each other for about the first hour and say "just ask us if you need any help" because there are no other student besides themselves during that time, my kiddo said they don't want to go and interrupt the two staff visiting so they don't really feel helped at all. I came to Sylvan for a reason and I specifically called out my areas of concern, they told me everything I wanted to hear in-order to get me to sign-up and yet they blame the child when they fail to follow through. I am applauded on several levels, Sylvan not being accountable for their lack of consistency, Sylvan questioning my kiddo and causing them to feel unsafe, Sylvan's unprofessional conduct and their self serving testing/curriculum.

That is not an exaggeration. Every single team gymnast who has been on teams for more than the past season has left. Most have either quit gymnastics entirely or are driving to other gyms 20 or more miles farther away to get better coaching and a better system for team gymnastics. This gym was previously acceptable for a local gym for recreational classes, but even those now are subpar. After staying at Sky Valley far longer than we should have, we have recently moved our daughter to another gym at the recommendation of many other ex-Sky Valley parents. The difference was somewhat shocking, with so much more positivity and progress for the gymnasts involved. The coaches at the new gym seem to genuinely care about the gymnasts and their success, unlike the last year or two at Sky Valley. We definitely should have changed gyms much sooner. I cannot speak to the quality of the ninja warrior classes at Sky Valley, as they seem fine but I have not had a child in those. We have had our daughter in gymnastics there for multiple years and can confidently say that any previous quality in the coaching and team competition that existed in the past is now gone.

Learning how to drive my car safely with Mr. Suleman at the Drive Right driving school in Bellevue…read morewas a wonderful experience for me. The driving lessons I took from him helped me develop enough courage and confidence to drive on road without any issues which eventually helped me crack the road drive test. Mr. Suleman taught me the right way to follow the traffic rules and safety procedures. He is gentle, polite and very friendly with good communication skills. He gave me a couple different options but stated that purchasing a package would be a better option and it would save me money.  I was a bit apprehensive on my first day of class because you never know how the instructor will be if you make a mistake; however, right from our first meeting Mr. Suleman was so kind and soft spoken that I immediately felt at ease. He advised me not to be nervous and when we sat in the car he explained all the car features, functions, and driving rules.  I specifically appreciated how Mr. Suleman remains calm, and speaks so respectfully.
