The knowledge test is straight forward and the driving depends on who you get as instructor. I give this school a 3 star based in the following: - The owner is a really good guy. I ran into some issues (payments) and when I contacted him he was approachable and very understanding. - The location. It's a great location to start driving on a moderately busy local road. There's tons of things around (cafe's, grocery, shops, banks, restaurants etc) in case you want to come early or you end up staying afterwards. - After I got my license I was still unsure of some small things which intuitively makes sense to experienced drivers but didn't to me. I could always call back to ask and people were accommodating. I take 2 stars off for the following: - Instructors, there's some great instructors and there's some bad. You will have to try out. With bad I mean a woman who was impatient with me trying to take things slow. She was clearly not in it to teach but to get paid. The good ones were very understanding, funny and patient. Ironically, the good ones are always free to teach early weekend mornings. Just a tip. - Lack of technology, this is a time where technology dominates for everyone's convenience. The system is set up so you can book classes online but not cancel them. Is it done purposefully? I don't know. To cancel you have to call ahead. And you won't always reach anyone so you better cancel much ahead of time. To rely on a person picking up the phone feels a tad archaic. -

My wife completed a single initial lesson in May and decided to upgrade to a 5-lesson adult package in July, paying an additional $350.05. Since purchasing the package, she has called weekly trying to schedule the remaining sessions, but the school was consistently unable to provide any appointments. When we finally requested a refund for the services they could not deliver, they refused to issue a refund and claimed they could not guarantee any service would ever be provided. Taking hundreds of dollars upfront, failing to offer availability for months, and refusing to refund unrendered services is completely unacceptable. We have been forced to file a credit card chargeback to recover our funds. Avoid this driving school

But over the years the curriculum has developed and they have pulled their act together. 2Fast rents the air fence for safety and offers the lean bike for the lean-adverse. 2Fast is definitely a great place to go if you want to learn how to go fast and do it safely. 2Fast also gives back to the community by way of the Seattle 100. Every summer the Seattle 100 gets riders donating money towards the cure of glomerular kidney disease. The Seattle 100 also pulls in some celebrities in the motorcycle world. Past guests have included Jake Holden, Josh Hayes, David Allen Grier, and more. You can just go to the website and look for yourself. Until 2Fast starts running their track days at Pacific Raceways on weekends, I'll hold back my last star. He did interactive, students have to respond questions at periodic intervals which made them pay attention and follow along. The in person drives were very good & just when my daughters would get back in our car and say, "________ was my favorite instructor!" they'd say the same thing about a different instructor the next time. They were even able to do a lesson in their stick-shift car (a stick shift is the family vehicle my kids share). WMST's platform makes scheduling really easy and compared to the other companies we looked at, with their online specials it was much more affordable than a couple other schools we were looking at that were even closer to us-well worth the drive for the in-car trainings and expertise of the trainers.

They were very helpful in helping me figure out how to get the required documentation and were extremely patient as I navigated phone trees to get AAA to email over the proof of insurance. WMST Express was kind enough to print a copy for me to have current proof of insurance in the car. They saved me and were so helpful and patient with us. Highly recommend coming here.

Idk if my driving instructor is just rude or just racists to me in way where i feel likes shes indicating or saying something that made me feel uncomfortable. For my first visit I did walk in and she was the one in front and i was doing driving test and she ask if I had WA I.D. Since english is my second language i don't immediately get what shes trynna look for i told her That i have WDL number/and school I.D. Or permit and she immediately said so you dont have WA I.D. and she keep saying so your illegally driving then? Idk what came to her mind thinking I been driving illegally when I passed my permit couple months before starting my driving tests. I explained to her that when i took my knowledge tests at 911 driving school they told me i can just get driving tests as soon as possible mind you I'm (19 y old). so she let me drive which I shouldn't done on our first test she failed me and gave me 0% just because I'm speeding 28/25 miles and i dont stop fully. I told my dad and he thinks she's unreasonable for giving me 0 score just because i was speeding a little bit. Also shes been smiling at me and look so happy when she told me my results that made me feel uncomfortable its like she loves seeing people fail in front of her she didn't give me tips on how to improve so i felt like shes being sarcastic and for my second try she recognized me and this time i went slow and she didn't passed me just because i was dangerously slow i was going 17/20 mph idk if shes not looking the sign but she told me i was going 15/25 mph street when it clearly said 20 miles and watch for people crossing. Its like she's intentionally failing her students who are different so I highly don't recommend the place specifically this branch because it's overpriced and it's better to get your test somewhere else specially when you're not white. Btw her name is Cherry don't recommend her at all cost shes not worth of your money its ridiculous that they charge $65 for failing you i regret going there and made me feel like i wasted my time and money just to get 0 score because of her unreasonable result.
