They had my son doing sign language at 10 months old as it is part of their curriculum. The infant room teachers were so lovable and it is evident that they truly cared about each and every baby. My favorite is how they speak with the babies so lovingly and patiently - exactly how I wanted my little one addressed. Now that he is in the 12-18 month old classroom, he is eating very well, getting a lot of outside time, and they send lots of pictures to show what our son is up to - which is everything from crafts, learning about animals and their sounds, learning about foods, playing musical instruments, reading books, learning to recognize each other's names, reciting the pledge of allegiance every morning, etc. They also work on both fine and gross motor skills. The food variety is also healthy and always sounds delicious. I feel like he gets better food at school than he does at home! I get jealous of what he eats when I get his daily reports! We do encounter hiccups here and there, but mostly minor and not enough to change our feelings about Primrose. It's a really good school and we love it here!

And the assistants, whenever I drop Henry off, someone is always there to swoop him up and love on him. My son even asks if he can go back and visit his old teachers at HPK. We transitioned recently to a "corporate" childcare facility as our eldest child aged out, but have not found the warmth and true care that HPK provided. Even after transition to a new facility HPK has been willing to help when we were in a childcare bind. They are a life-saver. We miss our HPK family so much and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They have recently changed their tuition rates and teacher-to-child ratio, so hopefully this helps with future staffing. They handled the COVID restrictions pretty well at the time (restrictions have been lifted recently). The daycare only had to shut down once. They alerted us quickly and the symptomatic child did not spread it to my daughter (she was in very close contact with her). My daughter loves her teachers and friends. She will soon be leaving since she is moving on to kindergarten. She is well prepared for it but will be sad to leave. My 2 year old son is enrolled to start in a week so there's a nice transition and I will still have a child there. I expect my son to be well cared for as usual. By the way, they changed their app since I last reviewed. It has a better interface and a message section. The director and teachers have contacted us directly on announcements, concerns, etc.
