I have recently passed my road test, and I would like to give the entire credit to my instructor, Suleman Sir. He helped me learn all the traffic rules not just by reading the book but by demonstrating them to me. That technique truly worked wonders. During my road test, I felt extremely confident. I wanted an instructor who could be patient and teach me well. Suleman Sir has everything you need in an instructor, he is calm and very patient. read more

Learning how to drive my car safely with Mr. Suleman at the Drive Right driving school in Bellevue was a wonderful experience for me. The driving lessons I took from him helped me develop enough courage and confidence to drive on road without any issues which eventually helped me crack the road drive test. Mr. Suleman taught me the right way to follow the traffic rules and safety procedures. He is gentle, polite and very friendly with good communication skills. It was wonderful that he is able to guide and teach in Hindi and English both. I am impressed by his ability to teach in an effortless manner and would highly recommend him! read more

I generally don't leave reviews, however; I felt that I should share my experience for others to see.  I needed to and wanted to learn driving, but did not know which class to take or who to work with. I read reviews for various school however; Drive Right Driving School stood out to me. I contacted the school and spoke with Mr. Suleman. He asked me a few general questions to gage what type of classes would be suitable for me. He gave me a couple different options but stated that purchasing a package would be a better option and it would save me money.  I was a bit apprehensive on my first day of class because you never know how the instructor will be if you make a mistake; however, right from our first meeting Mr. Suleman was so kind and soft spoken that I immediately felt at ease. He advised me not to be nervous and when we sat in the car he explained all the car features, functions, and driving rules.  I specifically appreciated how Mr. Suleman remains calm, and speaks so respectfully. Mr. Suleman is very professional and knowledgeable and he shares his experiences with you and provides insight on how to be an excellent driver. It was refreshing to see an instructor who truly cares about the success of their students. His aim was not just to teach but to ensure I understand and feel confident about the road, my driving, and stated that if I focused on that then I would attain my goal of getting my license and being a safe and confident driver.  I would without a doubt recommend Drive Right Driving School to everyone who needs to learn to drive or anything driving related. One of my best decisions. read more

This is the best driving school if you want consistent teaching experience. I had taken lessons with another school but every instructor used to have different style of teaching and each will have their own preference of driving which is very confusing as a new driver. Mr. Suleman understands what is the student comfort level in driving and teaches accordingly. He understands student state of mind and keeps them relaxed. This really helps to follow the instructions during the class and during the test. I am recommending this driving school to all my friends. read more

Being a bit nervous driver and never drove car before, Gulzar Mam helped me over come my nervousness she is very clam while teaching and gives useful tips of safe driving, this helped me gain driving confidence. And even before exam she did a little brush-up like teaching me parallel parking, backing around the curb and few minutes of driving on the busy streets. These all helped me in clearing my driving exam in first attempt. Thank you, Gulzar mam. Will Recommend drive right driving school. read more

Highly unprofessional!!They cancel classes at last moment and behave as if they are doing any favor teaching you.

It's my please to write about Drive Right Driving School at Bellevue, WA. My experience with both Mr Suleman and Mrs Gulzar from day-one was extremely satisfying with their pleasant and professional behavior. Suleman Sir has expertise and ability to train new students from scratch with his easiest method and step by step techniques or the mechanism professionally that provides the confidence and on other-side awareness of abiding the traffic rules and regulations candidly. Once you get trained and learnt the mechanism, then road test shouldn't be a problem. Although, I had 20 years of driving experience outside US, but I have experienced this as very helpful towards the fitment as Driver in Washington state. I would highly recommend the Drive Right Driving School at Bellevue, WA which has been running by Mr Suleman and Mrs Gulzar to start with your Driver's profile. read more

Instructor Suleman is one of the most professional, helpful, and patient instructor you will ever meet. He starts by understanding your needs and provide appropriate information on how to take things forward so that you are well equipped to pass the driving test. His main motivation apart from you clearing the test is to make you a confident driver who is aware of the surroundings and make driving fun. I highly recommend this driving school if you want to learn driving or brush up on driving before appearing for your test. read more

I had the unfortunate reality of having Suleman as my instructor. For each 2 hour lesson he would spend the first 20-30 minutes telling absurd stories about how people didn't check there mirror and proceeded to lose their job. Additionally, he would cut each lesson short by 10 minutes, but still charge for that. For whatever reason he had a problem with people wearing shorts, and proceeded beret me about it. The original plan for me was to learn how to drive in 5 lessons, which is very possible. However, he delayed each lesson so much, in the end he made me purchase 3 more lessons(few hundred dollars) in order to 'complete the set'. He would only teach "backing around the corner" to me 30minutes before my actual driving exam. And each lesson felt like I was getting indoctrinated on how he is such a great driving instructor. Honestly, if you want to feel like you are getting manipulated go to this driving school. If you just want the written exam, they are efficient here, but do not go for the driving lessons. I steer my friends away from going here for lessons. read more

I was very nervous for car driving and even for learning. I was looking for driving school who can teach me over weekend and I got reference of Drive Right Driving School from one of my colleague. Ms Gulzar scheduled my classes over weekend at convenient times. Drop and pick up from residence was very good and convenient service from school. Ms. Gulzar's teaching was very systematic. She is very clam while teaching. Many people start shouting when student make mistake on road, which makes things worst. I too made mistakes while learning but she guided me with lots of patience and she is always friendly, which helped me a lot to gain driving confidence. She kept sharing her practical experience, other student's experience and practical tips while teaching which was very helpful. I passed my driving test successfully :). I am very satisfied. Thank you so much Ms. Gulzar for teaching me and uplifting my confidence on driving. I highly recommend Drive Right driving school. read more

Scary. Please don't go. I Scheduled for driving class+test. First thing they are very expensive and second there is no confirmation of the schedule. Neither by email nor by SMS. I took first class with Mrs. Gulzar and for second class I was sure that it was Sunday. But she came one day before and said it was Saturday not Sunday. I was sure that it was Sunday but still I apologized and requested for Sunday. But she did not agree and was asking extra money for that class. I requested many time but She did not came. Finally I left arguing with her and thought of going somewhere else for class and test. So she took $370 from me (2 class + test) but I joined only one class. Is this ethical? Also, one of my friend was taking class from her and one day She didn't came and She schedule again some other day. So, if She can reschedule for her personal work/problem why can't for others? Anyways, I went for class and test some other school and I passed paying very less amount. read more

My father recently immigrated from India this summer and we wanted to get his drivers license done. Standing in those DOL lines can be pain, so I was recommended by the DOL to try one of the certified testing centers and thats how I came across Drive Right Driving School. They were able to give a quick date for the written test and then 2 lessons the same week and my father was able to take his driving test the same weekend. Overall with couple minor hiccups everything worked out great. They are friendly and nice people to work with. Once again thank you so much. read more

Hi, You guys didn't refund any money to us. By the way it must be a joke saying u suspended me from your class. The instructor's behavior Mrs. Gulzar was very abusive and she made racist remarks towards me. By the way my husband would be the last person to call you guys and apologize on this earth. Please stop lying and making stories on the review. He called your school and gave a good bashing in return for what I went through. By the way I am driving since a very long time now with a valid license!!! People please don't ever go to this driving school they just mint ur money !! read more

Dont ever schedule a test here, they intentionally fail you to grab more money

I had given up on my attempts to driving before I went to a Drive Right Driving School. The previous school I went to gave classes from testing perspective and expected students to practice general driving outside the class. As a person with less confidence on driving and not having a car, it was almost impossible for me to practice on my own. Suleman sir at Drive Right Driving School is the best teacher anyone could wish for especially as a beginner. He gave me a lot of confidence and taught me the basics of driving from the scratch. I would not have passed the driving test ever in my life without his patient teaching. I would recommend anyone who wants to learn driving with all the best practices to Drive Right Driving School. read more

I recently got my driving license after training with Suleiman Sir. I would really recommend him. They were very flexible with my timings as I had to manage my schedule with 2 young children. Suleiman sir broke down each driving instruction into steps which got imprinted on my mind and this significantly increased my confidence in driving. He also shared multiple techniques to drive efficiently and inculcate safe driving practices. read more

Being new to the US of A, getting a driving license was the most basic necessity. Since I was driving since a decade back in Asia and just wanted to get a feel of left-handed driving over here before I actually hit the road, I decided to join a driving school. Happened to spot a flyer of Drive Right Driving school at a store nearby and spent no time in calling the office. After letting me know the fees an other details, The instructor Ms.Gulzar picked me up at my residence and knowing my driving experience back in Asia, suggested I take a package of 8 classes of 2 hours each, which she said was more than enough to get used to driving here. This would include all the basic things like getting to know Road signs and signals, Changing lanes, parking uphill/downhill, Backing up around a curb, Parallel Parking etc. Spread over a month, I had the flexibility of taking the class anytime I wanted and just had to inform the school a day in advance about my preferred timings. Since the pickup-drop was free, I did not have t worry about getting back home by myself. The instructor, Ms Gulzar was very proficient and methodical in teaching the ways to change lanes efficiently, Backing up and Parallel parking. She explains things in such a simple manner that one tends to find parallel parking, which is considered to be the most toughest, the easiest among all the things learnt at the end of the day. I would easily recommend Drive Right to anyone who is new to driving or to someone like me, who was new to left-handed driving. I got my license today and all credit goes to Ms.Gulzar who has made me feel more confident on the road and had strengthened my basics of driving a car. read more

Highly disappointed. They talk big while collecting money and did not teach anything. Teaching methodology is all theoretical and less practical. Wasted my 500 $. Learnt a lesson to never believe people by words and age. Always better to go by reviews. read more
