When there was a scheduling issue on this last Saturday, Sam was extremely disrespectful and abrasive towards me. I felt that I was verbally assaulted. I tried to explain this to the office staff today I was blown off and my concerns where not addressed. My daughter does not deserve to be treated in this manner as she is a very good and respectful student and has done everything that has been asked of her is a respectful manner.
