Diamond Steamers cleaned our carpet and stairs. Everything about it went well. Will definitely call George again. Scheduling was easy. He was able to give us a couple options that fit within our timeframe. The Diamond Steamers van pulled up right on schedule. The process was thorough and fast. After drying for a few hours it looked much better, and the house smelled fresh too. One really nice touch was putting these corner guards around the front door and stairs so the hoses wouldn't rub. I'm sure it would've been fine without the guards, but small details like this make it really clear how much George cares. read more

Highly recommend George and Diamond Steamers for deep cleaning and floor restoration work. Sharing these before and after pictures, which honestly don't do enough justice to the difference in our kitchen tiles post George's cleaning work. Our tiles were not professionally cleaned for over 20 years and the grouts had turned black and the tiles itself lost its original look significantly. After the cleaning work, our tiles were literally back to when we first moved into our new home. This week we will be having him clean our hardwood floor which has completely lost its original state. He performed a small test to show us the difference, and have no doubt we will see similar success with our hardwood floors as well. Highly recommend George and his business for any supported floor cleaning and restoration work needed. read more

It literally looks like we have new tiles and grout. I'm so impressed. The carpets look great too and everything smells fresh. Very happy.

I found Diamond Steamers on Yelp. Since he had such wonderful reviews I decided to hire him to clean our carpets. We had so many stains, such as pet urine, food and dirt that I was doubtful he would be able to remove them, but George proved me wrong. He explained to me the deep cleaning scrubbing to remove the stains and how he would remove the pet urine. I am so pleased with the results! The carpets look new again. Also George was on time for our appointment and respected our hardwood floors by placing long mats to protect them. If I could give him more stars I would. Look no more, he's the best. I know because I've hired other carpet cleaners who couldn't remove the stains. read more

While scrolling through FB I saw a video for "Diamond Steamers" and was amazed at the amazing job. I took a chance ..called and spoke to George. He was so calm on the phone when I was telling him how bad my carpet was. I expressed over and over to bring his heavy duty chemicals. Again he was so calm. He came today and brought the magic. I am so happy with the outcome! Give them a call and you will NOT be disappointed read more

We called George to come check out a room for us that had an awful odor left behind from another carpet cleaner. Not only was George super informative about what is going on, but he was so patient with us until we made a decision of what we really want to do for a final decision. Such a professional with patience and very responsive and on time. I highly recommend Diamond Steamers! read more

Hardwood Floor deep clean and polish and Carpet cleaning. First I had hired George to go almost 2,500 or so square feet of hardwood floors. He did a fantastic job and my Brazilian Cherrywood floors look beautiful. I was so impressed with George I asked him to return and clean the bedrooms with carpet as it had been a minute since they had been done last. While they are a creme color and we do not wear our shoes in the house they still had stains and in the high traffic areas looks darker. George worked his magic again and my carpets look new. I had one stain from a glass of water with tropical Mio in it that spilled on my carpets and he even got that out and he worked extra on that. He actually did not finish until he thought they looked perfect which I appreciated so much. This is an honest, fair, hardworking local business and I will recommend them to anyone and I will use then again. The pricing is fantastic as well. read more

A bit on the expensive side but overall good job. The whole cleaning process took almost 3 hours and work was done with efficiency. I had cleared the whole space really well and would have appreciated if he had cleaned below the bed frames as well. Other than that, I am happy with the work. read more

Left water pooled between the floor & baseboards, floor trim between kitchen to living room, base of cabinets. Damaged one cabinet and baseboard corner. I immediately grabbed a towel to soak it up before water damage could occur. George denied there was any water pooled anywhere or damage, claiming his equipment couldn't do that, even though he saw me grab a towel and observed me soaking it up. Deducted my payment to him as a result. Tried to ensue an argument with me. Terrible customer service. Rude from the start. Do NOT recommend. Will use COIT in the future. Grout not as clean as expected either, but that isn't the point of this review. read more

George was efficient and did the job well. The carpets and sofa looks bright and clean !

I am completely satisfied with the results of my tile floors. Very professional and took time setting up tarps and cord guards prior to starting work. Didn't rush and made sure that the job was completed and I was happy before he left. I had a question and was called back quickly and was given good follow-up. I will be using them for my couches soon. Just the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! read more

Totally recommend Diamond Steamers in San Jose! We were so pleased with the technician, George! He did an incredible job on our kitchen floor, which now looks brand new! He was professional, polite and just the nicest young man! Now I want him to give us a quote for doing the laminate flooring in the family room. Thank You George! read more

I saw An ad for Diamond Steamers this morning and on a whim decided to give them a call. From the first minute the experience was great. George answered my call right away (at 8:30 on a Sunday I fully expected to be leaving a message). He gave me quote right over the phone and fit my job in same day! His quote reasonable. George showed up on time, did a great job on both the sofas and my outdoor rug, and was very polite and kind. He even recommended I close the windows before he started work so the exhaust smell from the machine in his truck didn't come into the house. I'm going to have him come back again for sure. read more

Arrived right on time. Friendly, open and honest. My wife has very high standards and was extremely satisfied with the results.

George just left after cleaning the tiles in my kitchen and second bathroom. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He was very easy to work with and was very respectful of my home. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to friends and family. read more

George was a referral from my neighbor who had tried out two different services. What I loved about George was his communication, fair pricing, and fantastic service. He also takes all forms of payment from Venmo to Cash, makes it so easy. George texted immediately after our conversation my appointment time, he texted me when he was 30 mins away, and showed up on time. He consulted on my spots and gave me options with no pressure to take any one of the add-ons. My carpet was fairly new, but I had dog barf and kid stains in the bedroom and hallways. He took them all out. He also attacked my 5x7 rug that had 4 spots that I had tried to get out but made them worse. I thought I had to throw the area rug out, but he brought it out to the driveway and did a professional job on it. I will use George every 6 months and he said I get VIP service calls if I use him regularly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. read more

Top-notch service and results!!! Just had my carpets done - what a difference!!! Really clean, smells fresh and very through. I am really impressed with the 3-step process - not many carpet cleaning services take the time and put in the physical effort to do it right. George is the Owner, and is prompt, professional and knows what he's doing. Also reasonably priced. It's always a roll of the dice when you try a new service - I lucked out with this one!!! read more
