Vy was super detail oriented and did exactly what I asked for, no matter how small the details. It has been about 2 weeks since I got them done and my nails are still perfect with no chipping! The salon itself is in a small area and basically the only store in the plaza. Lots of parking there! It is super nice and clean inside the building, extremely modern and aesthetic looking.

I've been coming here for my past few gel-x appointments. Always loved the set I got and my…read moreexperience everytime has been good. However, this last appointment I had was with the owner I believe? and it was super disappointing. My nails turned out fine no issues, just my experience was definitely not a good one and I probably won't be coming back. I came in with an appointment for 9am and nobody was there but me. I felt like I was like unwelcome or something as soon as I walked in. Everytime I asked a question or for a recommendation she answered very monotone and was giving like one word responses. I wanted a certain design done that day but because of the treatment I was getting I just went with something basic and simple so I could leave because it was definitely not a good one. Not sure if I will be coming back.

I also have a pedicure from here, but I didn't take the picture and it's been about three weeks and it looks really good still! As the holiday season is approaching DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM THIS SALON without…read moretaking heed to this review. I purchased in January/February of 2025 for 3x Dermalogica Facials. 2 facial services were rendered in July, however; when I recently called to schedule my 3rd service the owner refused to honor it as the gift certificates were sold before she acquired the business. Please note the new owner who I believe goes by Diane was present for and honored the first 2 facials and told me in person that she would honor the last session, however; she had a change of heart when I recently called to schedule my last service informing me that I needed to contact the new owner and she abruptly hung up. I was stunned so called back and reminded her of our prior conversations but to no avail she informed me that she would not honor the certificate so I guess I'm out the cost of the 3rd facial I purchased. It's not much $$ that I've lost but a lesson on the unreliability of gift card purchases. I know California has consumer protection but totally not worth the hassle. It's also too bad bc the esthetician who provides the facial services is amazing and I would have returned without the gift certificate but now they've lost a customer because they didn't want to do the right thing.

A friend recommended me to Jenny, and since her hair looked fabulous, I decided to throw caution to the wind and give her a chance. She was the sweetest cutest little thing in the world, and we got along wonderfully from the very first moment. She did a great job on my hair for it being the first time and not knowing my hair at all. My last hairdresser had been doing it for 10 years plus. I will be going back to give Jenny another chance to get it just right! Thank you so much Jenny for putting your time in and listening to me about my hair issues. Lol.

I really appreciate that they follow my requests, specifically, no cuticle trimming. I've been to quite a few places where they ended up trimming my cuticles anyway, but at Nano, they only trim when it's absolutely necessary. Another plus is that they don't ask personal questions, which helps me truly relax. The vibe here is homey and laid-back. The technicians pay close attention to detail. The way they apply the polish helps the color last much longer. I had no chips for over a month with regular nail polish. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxed-vibe nail salon with courteous, detail-oriented nail technicians.

A pedicure should not leave someone's toes feeling sore or damaged afterward. The service felt careless, and I did not feel that proper attention was given to comfort or nail safety. The quality of work was amazing - this is a great value and find. Sandy worked on me. Had a pedicure for only $20!! She cut all my cuticles perfectly and thoroughly. I've been getting some callouses on the side of my toes from gym shoes and she removed them easily. No upcharge, no hidden fees. When it came to my polish, she was thorough and painted the sides too - very detailed. Do they have scented bath salts and hot stones? No. But they will do an amazing and comparable (if not better) job compared to the salons that charge double or more the cost.
