Jared and his guys have been taking care of our pool for more than a few years now. The first thing…read morewas, I couldn't get our previous guy to commit to cleaning the pool on Friday so that it was always clean for the weekend but Jared had no problem with it and stuck to that commitment. He and his guys are super reliable and they just take care of what they need to, monitor everything with the pool and the system and if or when you have a problem that could potentially be serious he goes the extra mile to get it diagnosed and fixed. Unfortunately we lost one pool guy who gave up on the economics of running a business and living in Hawai'i but unless Jared follows that path too I want him taking care of our pool. Everyone wants people who provide home care services to do the job well, communicate, charge a fair price and be there when you really need them. That's Jared and Mokupuni.

He is very conscientious, even coming out to our home during off hours, on several occasions, to get problems solved. The pool cleaners, Kaine & Makau, are wonderful. They work long & hard, get the best results, are even understanding of our happy dog. Recently, they spotted a hornets nest in our bougainvillea, which they offered to remove, and refused any compensation. These guys manifest Aloha! I highly recommend Mokupuni Pools!

I wasn't getting a quick response from my normal pool guy so thought maybe i would just put it in myself. Turns out they can install it for about the same price you would pay if you bought it. I paid a bit more as i wanted to reroute my pool equipment layout and had Steven guys bore a couple of new holes in a cmu wall to make this happen. To make things even better, Steven was able to schedule me in the next week. I was hoping the install would be done in a day, but it took two days. They were really busy. I also ended up changing my sand filter and Polaris pump. They configured the layout so that if i ever want to install a salt water generator it will be an easy addition. This is my second set of pool equipment and this time i asked if they could permanently pipe the backwash piping. I'm loving that as now i can easily backwash my system by myself. The finished layout turned out beautiful and I got the longer warranty because they installed. it. And it's great to know that if there are any problems with the equipment, he's the company representative here. Bonus was that Steven told me that there were rebates on the sand filter and intelliflow pump. To make it even better, he filled out the one of the rebate forms for me and provided information on how to complete the other rebates. That is serious customer service! I would recommend you give them a call if you are looking to upgrade or change out your pool pump equipment. Their prices are very competitive and workmanship is great. Plus considering how busy they are, he is very responsive.
