My nails are uneven in shape and length, the base coat doesn't cover my real nails underneath which looks sloppy and the design isn't correct. Just went there with my sister and mom in law expecting a fun night of nails. This place was cheap but you get what you pay for. They used the same bowls for my sister and I and who knows how many other customers to dip our nails. My sister sat down to a used paper towel in her section that was covered in nail clippings that where not cleaned up until after they had trimmed her nails. YUCK! I will not be back. Ps. They also used a grinder to get the gel polish off instead of soaking them. read more

Paid for their deluxe pedicure. This was supposed to include extended foot and leg massages. The foot massage was in one place on each foot and lasted less than one minute. There was no leg massage. The towels were cold, the water was cold. She charged me $5 for a nail file. Did not tell me on the phone to bring my own nail file. I brought my own nail polish and top coat, OPI. I gave them to her to paint my nails. Afterwards, she handed me back each bottle and I put them in my purse. I have vision problems. When I got home, I discovered she had kept my OPI top coat bottle and given me some brand that they use. At 63 years of age, this was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. read more

Went in for a full set. Walked out within 5 minutes of being there. I signed in, said hello. Only two techs working (this was about 4pm). Neither said hi, hello nothing to me when I spoke to them. Terrible customer service. I sat down. Waited a few, realized there was fruit flies all over and flying into my face. I got up, walked over to the book, crossed my name off and walked out. Horrible customer service. I just got engaged and wanted to get my nails done so I can post it. In addition I also got a pedi and eyebrows. It was an hour before closing so when I sat for my nails she suggested I get gel because she didn't want to stay after. I agreed. The lady filed my nails oval when I liked square. Never put my feet under dryer. Got home looked at them again and don't like them. And my painted toes got smushed. I called the next morning asked if they could fix and just do the acrylic she said yea. Get there she say I'll have to pay $25 full price for them. I'm like I paid extra for something I didn't want. I would have paid the difference if acrylic were more than the gel but they were actually cheaper. She would not budge and said if you don't like it then don't come back. I was more than nice to settle because she didn't want to stay but if I don't like something YOU suggested then you should have good customer service and make accommodations. Most UNSANITARY nail salon I have ever been to! The files and instruments are not cleaned between customers; counters, floors and bathroom are filthy! I can't believe the health department hasn't taken issue with this business. Please skip this salon, or INSIST on new or sterilized instruments. read more

Took daughter after work to treat ourselves. Sates close 7pm, arrive 6:22pm, 1 client inside they state we are closing. Go to supermarket next door 7:02 they were open, diff client. Didn't even ask about reschedule, ask what we came for (wax and manicure). No plans to return. Rushed to make it there for no reason. Unsanitary. I went for a pedicure with a friend, and watched one nail tech pass the tool she just used on my friend to the technician doing my nails and proceed to use it on my feet. I looked all over the place, and couldn't find any evidence of normal sanitizing machines for their tools. I assume when she rinsed the tools in cold water from my foot tub after she was finished, that's as clean as they get. read more

Okay u would think the whole purpose of making an appointment was so that u avoid waiting. Well if u feel this way don't go to Diamond Nails! Made an appointment for 10am which is the time they open got there at 9:58am thinking give them time to set up and then open. Instead there are 3 nail techs 1 walked in right before me, and 6 people in the salon. Now the 1 tech is with a customer. The one that walked in before me is already seating someone as I'm trying to make it to the front counter. Both of whom did not have appointments. Then 1 tech come out the back to the desk and I tell her I have an appointment she act like she don't understand English and say okay okay 1 before u. I see there is someone with their named signed and appointment next to it. So I say okay then the next one should be me. Well then the next nail tech comes in and she immediately calls someone sitting in the lounge over. So I tell her excuse me I have an appointment and again I'm told oh let me fix this one nail. So I still wait now 20 mi minutes after my scheduled appointment. Needless to say I will not be coming back here and don't recommend this nail salon to anyone who has other things to do in day other than spend it at a nail salon. Which is why I made the appointment in the first place... UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Oh and if ur saying well why didn't u just leave...to take the time to get in my car drive to another salon and get there to a room full of people without an appointment there....I think self-explanatory. read more
