This was my second time giving this salon a chance, and unfortunately, I'm still very disappointed…read more I paid $65 for an acrylic fill, including an additional $15 for magnetic gel polish, and the quality of the service did not meet my expectations. The acrylic application was messy, with product spilling onto the sides of my nails, gaps between the acrylic and the sidewalls, and large bumps along the sides. The thickness, shape, and length were inconsistent from nail to nail, and several nails were unevenly shaped or appeared crooked and off-center. The structure was inconsistent, with some nails looking bulky while others appeared too flat. The filing around the sidewalls and edges was rough, and the undersides of the acrylics were not properly cleaned up. The cuticles were not cleaned up, and gel polish was left on my cuticles. The polish application was also disappointing, with uneven coverage, sheer spots, and gaps near the edges of the nails. Some nails looked as though they needed another coat, and the overall finish was not smooth or consistent. Considering I paid an additional $15 for magnetic gel polish, I expected a clean, professional finish. When I asked about applying a second layer of gel polish because the coverage was visibly uneven and see-through in places, I was told it would peel off. I was disappointed that the issue wasn't resolved, especially when the polish clearly lacked even coverage. I understand that mistakes can happen, which is why I was willing to give this salon a second chance. However, experiencing another disappointing result makes it difficult to justify spending $65 here. For that price, I expect attention to detail, consistent shaping and length, clean cuticle work, properly finished acrylics, and smooth, even polish application. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met, and I left unhappy with the final result. I wanted to give this salon another opportunity, but I cannot say that my experience improved the second time around.

Just pitiful. It has been three days since I left this salon and all I can say is it was a disgrace…read moreto myself and their abilities... I asked for a full manicure and pedicure with gel. (I work in professional food service and generally do not get my nails done unless utilizing it for protection.) I generally lean toward gel pedicures because they last longer and I rarely get manicures... What happened at DaVi nails in Walmart, Oneonta this past Sunday is despicable... I proceeded to get the gel pedicure which went smoothly, I was visually happy with the results despite the lack of attention to other details like exfoliating and massage. Moving along to manicure, I had asked for a gel color in which the employee told me they no longer had available, I had actually gone on to discover the color myself in which she did my manicure with. The color was a light pastel, which i had anticipated would require several coats to achieve maximum boldness. The employee applied three pitifully sloppy coats to my hands after a beautiful application of a pedicure. The gel pigment was all over my skin and under the cuticle. ........ I was appalled at the final result, my boss asked me to return to the facility to have it removed because of the monstrosity this employee had left on my apendages.... Judge for yourself, BEWARE... do not waste your time or resources at DaVi in Walmart..... more damage than good. In addition, my gel pedicure as entirely peeled off in the three days since my visit to DaVi.. Also NO REFUNDS... CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED..... IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.... I WOULD.

If I could give negative reviews I would. This place sucked. I get my nails done a lot and this was…read moreby far the worst. I wanted anc with tips coffin shape. First the lady told me I have to have long nails for the shape I wanted which is false because when I get my nails done other places they can do it much shorter. So she cut the tips of my pinky shorter then the other pinky then GLUED A NEW TIP ON TOP OF THE OTHER ONE. The top coat is super streaky. The powder is on my skin. The shape of the nails it self is all wrong. I still have acetone on my skin from removing the old anc. $45 wasted I could have done better.
