Got my nails done, was no impressed what so ever. I told the lady there about it and she got an attitude and said "you know she does speak English, go talk to her!" One I wasn't trying to make the girl feel bad but I just payed 50 bucks for these nails and they are trash! I'm Not a person to be nasty or complain I trusted her "process" and it failed. Never again will i waste my money on going to this place! She wasn't apologetic she said sit dow she will fix. Well considering I was already there an hour in a half, and I hated the nails not sure how she was going to fix missing chunks from the acrylic and the nail being completely crooked! Everyone will know about the poor customer service and the shit work that comes from their establishment. read more

I love Kims Nails. My husband and I both go there periodically for pedicures, and I have my nails done there all the time. The wait can be long, but the one thing I appreciate about them is no matter how many people are waiting, you never feel like they are rushing you. It's a bummer if you don't get there early and have to wait, but again, when it's your turn, you still get their full attention. They have always done an excellent job. read more

I went in for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I was cut multiple times, one of the cuts is actually a gash out of my pinky. The nail technician giggled whenever I would pull my hand back in pain from being cut by her. My nails are not the same length nor are they shaped straight. The special polish that cost me $15 extra started to wear off the night I got them done. After bringing concerns to the nail technician, I received $5 off of a $60 acrylic nail fill in. I have never paid more than $35 for a fill in, and I have never received such poor service. After bringing my concerns to their attention, I was told it was my fault for not saying something to the nail technician (although it isn't my job to decide if my nails are done properly by the person whose job it actually is to ensure they are done properly.) I only went to this nail salon because it is the closest to where I currently live, however, I would rather drive 45 minutes to a nail salon where I'm treated decently. I would advise not going here unless you want to be hurt, made fun of, and leave with a bad manicure. read more

I've been going to Kim's on and off for years. The staff is friendly, the service is good, prices are reasonable and the gel nails consistently last me almost 2 weeks. The major downfall is the face they are consistently shortstaffed for the large amount of customers they have. They do get very busy, so be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. They do their best to accommodate, but this busy working mom doesn't have much time to waste sitting and waiting for a nail service. read more

I stopped coming here when it was under previous owner/manager . So today was my first time back in quite some time . First let me say that I will be back . The good ; the woman who did my pedicure was very nice , she didn't hurt me ( Lol ) or cause me to bleed ( which was a reoccurring issue w/previous owner/ mangment and part of reason I had stopped coming ) she was polite but not pushy with conversation . While she worked on my toes I noticed the extra massage chairs and asked if I could sit in them when she was finished while I waited for toes to dry completely , she assured me I could. As soon as she was done the next professional was ready for me and I was moved to a small back room where they would wax my eyebrow . The room appeared clean and bright . There was also a washing machine in the room that looked a bit out of place but certainly not an issue as far as I'm concerned . This woman seemed nice as well if not as personable . She also alike to another woman ( who was in the next room so I didn't see her) through out my waxing , in another language . I don't know how others feel about this but I find it quite rude and it makes me uncomfortable . Anyway she did a fair job ( she missed an area I asked her to do twice . Probably because she never stopped the conversation w/the unseen woman ) she handed me my purse and a mirror . The brows looked good and I was happy with them . I figured the two stray hairs on my chin would wait til I got home and used my tweezer . I then sat in the massage chair I had asked about earlier . The wax Lady then came over and told me to sit in the typical drying area. I said u would rather sit here ( I had strained my back the day before ) well she insisted . I tried to explain again that I would rather sit here even if it meant a few more minutes to dry but she wasn't listening and u didn't feel it was worth an argument or even an assertive conversation . So that's it I moved . So all in all an adequate nail shop with decent employees , some more personable then others . read more
