A very iexperienced young woman was. I know everyone needs to learn techniques but since i specifically made the appointment with Laurie and it was Laurie whom I spoke to who accepted the appointment I expected her to be working on my mother. Moms hair is not ling so it never should have taken 4+ hours to perm her hair! So much of it was left out of the curler that there were straight pieces sticking out.
