I normally give pretty good feedback, so this is unlike me, but honestly necessary. I had a significantly poor experience my last visit at Naturally Nails and I am sorry to say that, considering that I have been going for years. I had made an appointment for a gel manicure. When I arrived, I was assigned to Eva. As soon as she started to remove my polish with the dremel tool, my nail was burning. I did say- ouch and she turned the rotation down. Again, burning, ouch!, and she replaced the head of the dremel tool. I looked at the one she had been using and it had little tiny spikes on it- like you might use for acrylic nails? She replaced it with a finer bit and it worked okay. She still seemed annoyed with me! She soaked my polish off for 10 minutes and when she returned, scraped most of the rest of the polish off. Then she started to file off what was left around the edges, running up against my cuticle and cutting it in two places. It was the holidays, so looking for that 'holiday pinterest color', I asked for three different colors. Again, annoyed. I am happy to pay and tip for a service well done. I paid and tipped, because it was the holidays- not because it was a pleasant experience. It wasn't. read more

I never leave negative reviews, but I have no idea how I was charged $80 for this. SO disappointed, after calling to make an appointment to get a French manicure this is what the gentleman told me was all he had "time for." Which would have been fine if they weren't LUMPY, crooked, and leaving gel and polish on my skin. read more

Bad experience after bad experience. Not sure why I kept going back as long as I did. First of all, I constantly left with cuts on my skin around my nails especially from the nail files. Often times, they saw the bleeding and would say sorry then continue to file right over the cut. They're also very rushed. On busy days, I would notice my nail tech looking at the waiting area and visibly speeding up, resulting in a manicure I wasn't happy with but felt bad saying so. Also, one nail tech in particular that sits at the 3rd table in from the door was constantly yanking my arm, despite it already being very close to her. I commented on it once and she continued to yank it and rudely throw my arm around. My last set of nails there was blue hard gel. Within a two week time frame, the same 2 nails broke 4 times. Each time I went in to get it fixed, the fix was rushed and the nail techs never said a word to me. It was very rushed and rude. On the 4th break, I decided not to go back. Pictured below is at a different salon where I was removing the blue set from Naturally Nails. My new nail tech pointed out to me that I have a nail fungus in my left thumb, likely from Naturally Nails not curing the hard gel appropriately and causing moisture under my nail or sharing tools like files between customers. Sadly I did notice this at Naturally Nails, but when I asked my nail tech there about it she said "it's nothing don't worry" and wouldn't let me take a photo or look at it. Now I have to take a medication to get rid of it which was delayed due to their negligence. Think twice before you come here! The 2 minute shoulder massage isn't worth it. read more

this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. They reused their gloves, their tools were not cleaned before being reused, and multiple workers literally laughed in my face and talked openly about how wrong I was that I said I normally soak off my gel X nails. They said that was impossible, when anyone who does a simple google search can see that soaking them off is indeed possible. They then proceeded to file off my nails to as thin as they possibly could get, cutting my cuticles, and causing dents in my nail bed. She also was incredibly aggressive with my hands to put them in the positions she wanted without even trying to guide my hands first. It was $20 for simply removing my gel X. I have NEVER wrote a yelp review in my life but this was genuinely a horrible experience. read more

Good salon experience. Very clean inside. Nice selection of nail polishes to choose from. They have a comfortable couch in the waiting area. My pedicure was good. I will say, the hot stone pedicure said 8 minutes of hot stone massage. I watched the timer on my chair and it was about 3 or 4 minutes total. And the massage while my toes were drying was very light handed. But I really enjoyed my pedicure despite these two things. Would definitely go back! read more

I love Naturally Nails. Their prices are perfectly reasonable and the staff is very nice. It gets very crowded at times so appointments are important. Wonderful color selection for dip, gel, and regular manicures. Clean as well. My dip powder manicure stayed for 3 weeks perfectly with no chips or cracks. read more

Called to ask if they had a same day pedicure appointment. The Manager that picked up the phone said "sure come in now." The girl that was assigned to do my pedicure was mad from the beginning that she had to do the pedicure. She was rough, and literally caused pain and discomfort. She did the callus remover and did not even wait the full time for it to work. She also did not even fully remove the callus. I paid extra for this! The nail polish application was sloppy. Honestly I should have gotten up and left when I detected the attitude and bad mood - a waste of money, time, and didn't even get the product I paid for. I went there yesterday to get a mani / pedi and it was absolutely horrible! The person that I saw was Anna my nails look horrible I could have done a better job myself and she only put one coat of polish on them. As far as the pedicure she spent maybe 20 minutes to a half hour barely scrubbed my feet did not ask if I wanted lavender no massage or hot stones.....what a total disappointment..... Clean, organized, pleasant atmosphere, and attentive staff. Bought a green tea pedicure, and it was a wonderful experience without any issues. No wait time at all with a walk in, zero complaints other than the rocks for the massage were a little hot. Everything else was excellent, and as a clean freak, yes they put bags on the pedicure stations and change out the foot exfoliating scrubs, 10/10 would recommend. read more

Terrible experience yesterday...... I've been trying to find a clean and decent nail place and thought this was the one but my 4th time going in for a standard mani/pedi and I won't go back. Overall, just a bad job on my toes and fingers, she cut my nails shorter than I wanted which I can deal with but then she proceeded to file them down to nothing, basically nubs now and its embarrassing. The polish was put on so quick for both toes and fingers, there's a gap in polish between the cuticle and nail that it looks as if I needed another mani/ pedi before I walked out of the place. Cuticles were not cut properly and rushed through. Polish looks like a 5 year old did it. I was so frustrated and knew I would have gotten dismissed if I addressed it with the staff. I also later noticed that she didn't completely remove all of the old polish from my toes. Overall just a crap job, $$ down the drain. My mom was with me and her experience was just as bad too in that the tech rushed to get the job done and didn't even properly file her nails, they were all uneven too. She seemed to have bits of something on her finger nails before polishing and the tech just polished over it, he tried to get it off after polishing which made it look worse but he wouldn't reapply the polish. We don't like to cause a fuss but overall the experience was awful. I usually go every couple of weeks or at the very least monthly but def won't go back to NN. read more

Worst experience at a nail salon ever. We made appointments that were not honored. Had to wait an extra hour past our appointment time to get in. The front desk person is rude and the techs do not care to even ask what shape of nail you want. Then they told me my nails were too short to get a French manicure? Then the best part of the experience was Yoyo- my nail tech violently pulling on my arms every time I switched hands to get closer to her when our knees were touching under the table. I asked her politely to not pull my arms and she kept doing it. All 20+ times I had to switch hands after each finger. I will never go back to this place again. read more

First time here and it was wonderful. A pedicure is very worthwhile for the money. You get a generous foot and leg massage and then while your toes are drying you receive a hot towel neck and shoulder massage. Staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait on a Saturday afternoon. I am 36 weeks pregnant and here for a pedicure. I came with a friend. My pedicure got done and I'm sitting next to her waiting for her manicure to be done. There are 8 other spots open for manicures. A new person walked in and they made me get up and go wait outside so they could sit this new customer in the seat I was sitting in, despite the fact that there are 8 other seats they could seat her in. A total of 6 other customers in the entire building. I think this is absurdly rude to do to any paying customer, let alone someone who is so clearly so extremely pregnant. I am livid. Will never ever ever be back. Also want to add that there were two girls in there - one getting a mani and one just sitting there talking to her hanging out for the entirety of my pedicure (30 minutes) and she was not kicked out. Save your hard earned money. I've been here about 4-5 times. At first I was awed by the cleanliness, that they open up a fresh package of sterilized tools. It made it easy to look past a crap pedicure, barefoot scrubbed my feet for $25. Then it made me look past oh, they didn't even soak my nails for a manicure. Cut it all dry. Didn't let me wash my hands after acrylics, with white powder everywhere started painting over it. Thing after thing. I'll wait until I go to NYC for an impeccable job. I came here with my mom and some family friends one day. Living in NJ, I of course had never been here. We had scheduled the appointment the day before. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we were the pedicure party. Yes. Yes we were. I'd say the amount of colors to choose from is average to other salons I've been to. The colors though, much better! They already had the new line of Essie gel polish in several different shades. I'm a big fan of salons that keep their color selection updated. For me, I was doing both a gel mani and a regular pedicure. The pedicure came first and although I would have preferred more foot filing (I have a few spots that callous quickly) she did an awesome job. It's been almost a month and my polish only just chipped (because I'm on vacay in Cancun). As for the gel mani, 1000%! I almost wish I were exaggerating. The manicure was perfect. The color stayed shiny and didn't chip or peel at all. Only when I went to my local salon a few days ago to redo them for vacay did it come off. Sure, my nails had grown out, but the polish was holding on for life. I will absolutely return here when I'm back home visiting. read more

Love, love, LOVE this place! I had another spot in town I was loyal to, until the girl I regularly saw there left. I bounced around town afterwards and was never blown away - either the place was dirty, or the person did a shoddy job on my gel manicure. Enter Naturally Nails & Spa. Before I tried them, I had heard good things through the grapevine. I didn't know anyone personally who visited them when they first opened, but had heard that friends of my friends had tried it and were impressed. It is by far the cleanest nail salon that I have ever been in. Every inch of it is kept in pristine condition. They use fresh files and buffers for every client, and even offer them up for you to take home if you desire to do so. The metal tools they use are sanitized after use on each client. The pedicure tubs are lined in a plastic liner and changed out after each pedicure performed. It's wonderful to see! Another plus is the service. Everyone is friendly. They are quick to greet you and try not to keep you waiting long. I don't have a regular person I prefer to see when I visit, but each and every one that has worked on my nails has done a tremendous job. I tend to get gel manicures as I hold a second job in retail and with the wear and tear I experience on my hands and nails a regular manicure would just never hold up. I will get compliments on my gel manicures from Naturally Nails for WEEKS after getting a manicure. I have even been asked if my gel polish is acrylic because they look so perfect! Not to mention that although I can be rough on my hands and nails I can often make a manicure last for 3 weeks before it needs to be redone! I also appreciate that they take great care with the removal of the gel polish. They never use a harsh powered buffer like other nail places in town. They take the time to let the polish soak in remover and gently scrape and buff it from the nail. Because of their patience in this process, my nails remain strong and healthy - not weak and brittle as they were often left at other places. The one and only negative experience I can note, is that my pedicures I've received haven't lasted very long. If I perform my own at home, I can get a good month or two out of them before I need to redo them. The ones I've had at Naturally Nails tend to chip much easier. I maybe get a good week out of them. This I attribute to the oils and lotions they use as part of the signature pedicures - but I will say it's not enough of a negative that I would take a star away from my review. The pedicure experience is still simply divine. Although it's not something I would have done as regularly as my nails, I still indulge from time to time in either the lavender or green tea pedicure. I sadly don't have a picture of my set as it was a few months ago and I was unhappy with how they turned out. I got my nails done and spent 65$ plus a tip. The design was beautiful but the woman who did my nails started them so far from my cuticle that they looked like they were grown out for 2 weeks right after I got them done.
