Worst nail salon Ever. 1st time my nails were ok but the second time was the worst experience ever. They were thick, bumpy nail polish all over my nails, and underneath my nails onto the skin. None of them were even with the size and the length. Some of them were very thick with a big bump at the end. Had to go to a new salon right after I had them done there for $60. Beware don't go here. I would've given minus stars but you have to give at least one and it doesn't deserve that. read more

I went for a dip manicure and regular pedicure and when the technician told me at the end the total was $90 I was stunned. She charged $15 to remove my nail polish which I have NEVER heard of when getting a manicure. The pedicure was painful, the woman was so rough. It seemed like she was furious to be doing my nails. The "massage" was her burning my legs with hot stones and no oil/lotion. I saw others getting a pedicure and it looks somewhat relaxing but mine was terrible. The icing on the (very expensive) cake is that I left with dip polish all over my fingers and the dip cracking after 5 days. read more

I got acrylics here 3 weeks ago and every nail is still on good. Highly recommend this place. However, not the best customer service. Also didn't prep my nails for the acrylics. Didn't push back cuticles. Recommend to prep nails at hone yourself before coming here. read more

I showed and told them exactly what I wanted. They did something completely different and NOT what I wanted at all. When I asked for refund they rudely said "no". They also charged me $35 for just a gel polish change on my hands even though the price board said $25. Horrible place, do not recommend. read more

I absolutely love it here. When I went the first time, I had great service. I was having my acrylics removed. They did such a wonderful job and even polished my nails with a clear coat. I went back for a second time and brought my mom and grandma with me. We needed manicures for my wedding. We went with gel manicures and each got French polish. We went in on Friday morning (for my Saturday wedding) and they got all of us in and out pretty quickly. They took their time and made sure our nails looked perfect for my big day. As I write this it is Tuesday, so my nails were done 4 days ago and they look like I just had them done this morning. They feel great and look great. I will definitely be going back to get my nails done and I will be telling everyone I know about them! If you need your nails done, this is the place to go. Stop in or make an appointment. Pedicure was awesome. She took a lot of time massaging my feet and calves. They use hot stones which is nice. They don't try to upswell you lavender scented water etc like other places. My nails look amazing. read more

This was my second time going to Lovely Nails, and the first time they did such a good job and did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted. I was so pleased i decided to go back. About halfway through I was panicking because each hand had different lengths, the acrylic was thick and uneven, and they weren't looking evenly shaped. I shoved the panic down and told myself to just trust the process.....I now have trust issues and a $50 hole in my wallet. I'm so disappointed. Also, the picture of the sign on yelp says a full set is $25+. When you go in they have the price changed to $35+. It's unfortunate because some nail techs are amazing at this place, but the one I got today just didn't do a good job :( read more

I've gone to many Nail Salons in this area. Unlike Lovely Nails, the other salons have the TV blaring with annoying shows. There's no way out! Or, they talk among themselves, making me uncomfortable because I don't speak the language they use. Then, of course, as Elaine Bennis did on Seinfeld, you wonder if they are talking about your ugly hair style or clothes! They also talk to you which is difficult when the accent is strong & they are speaking through masks. This is why I love Lovely Nails. Not only do none of things happen, each employee does a beautiful job & they are very patient & with a friendly greeting when you come in. The wait is longer than most but that's because everyone in the area loves them, too! I've never been disappointed with their services. I recommend you check them out if you haven't already. Cost is very reasonable. read more

Horrible service I got a pedicure and the lady didn't use any lotion or any products. All she did was cut my toe nails and paint them. And there was nail polish all over my toes. My daughter got a full set and two days later they're already lifting and two fell off. Then told me one price for her nails based on the design she was getting and then changed it when they were down to $6 more. Smh. Will never return. Oh yeah then demanded I use cash. No cards. My daughter went with her aunt to get her nails done for her birthday. She told the tech short square nails with a design. After my daughter and her aunt told the tech they were to be shorter she did what she wanted. I took my daughter back down after calling and saying they were not correct and she refused to fix them calling myself and daughter a liar. Very unpleasant, unprofessiona, and rude.
