I had the worst experience ever at this salon! I have always been complimented on my long and strong natural nails and decided to give this salon a try because several of my friends have told me they do a great coffin shape. The owner, Ben, did my gel manicure and used the dremel tool to an excess to remove my previous gel polish. I didn't realize it at the time but he removed so much of my natural nail to a point of extreme weakness -- so bad that they began to chip (my actual nail, not only the polish!) later that same day! Each day after, a new crack appeared on every nail and they keep breaking. My nails have always been something I've been extremely proud of, I was too scared to go back to the salon to somehow rectify the situation because I thought they'd cause even more damage. I now have to go to my salon back home and keep cutting my nails down completely and wait for all of the cracks to grow out. This is an absolute nightmare! Ben (manager) has been doing my nails for over 15 years. He is a magician! I work with my hands, taking care of horses, gardening, yardwork, etc. I have come in with my nails in horrible shape and he always transforms them into perfection! Not only is Ben a fabulous nail technician, but he fosters an atmosphere that is so friendly and welcoming. He remembers every client's name and he addresses them when they come in the door. The full set has 2 crooked nails and uneven thickness. Messy paint and stickers instead of any freestyle painting because she attempted a snowflake 5 times to no avail. My daughter paid for her own set and they are different lengths. I don't normally go to this salon and decided to try it out. Cost does not equal the talent at all sadly. My friend had the guy who i think was the owner to do her nails. Came here on a friend's recommendation, but was super disappointed. The male worker was super friendly and accommodating. However, the girl who was doing my pedicure barely paid any attention to what she was doing. She was looking elsewhere pretty much the entire time and when I asked for a different polish color (way before she even began) she gave me such an annoyed look. The pedicure didn't even come out well. She got polish on my cuticles and skin. Probably because she wasn't paying attention... I don't recommend this place at all. Good work depends on who you get tbqh. Usually decent manicures but occasionally the incredibly thick globbed on acrylic or super chunky square nail with no filing (probably if you end up with someone in training). The used files & weird smell by the waxing room is the shadiest tho. This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I just graduated from Binghamton University and after going here for the last 4 years, it's ROUGH trying to find a salon that even compares back home in Westchester. The owner, Ben, is always so welcoming and provides everybody with bottled water during their appointments, and he even gives out Christmas presents!!! I was given a pretty big sized lotion in a cute holiday bag for Christmas and it was so nice. I highly recommend the nail tech April, I've been to 4 other nail techs in the salon and though they're all great, April is just unbeatable. I never left the salon without being absolutely in love with my nails when going to April, and she's super easy and fun to talk to too. read more

I have been going here for 3 years, but this year, it got worse. Always a long wait, and even if you have an appointment, you will still have to wait. Don't even bother making an appointment unless it is early afternoon when they aren't as busy. I've had my gel powder nails (with tips) for less than 5 days and two have already broken when doing normal activities. They use a shitty product that breaks very easily when I usually don't have any problems, so I'll be looking for a new salon to go to where they use product that will last more than a few days. The list goes on. I've had good experiences here, but plenty of bad ones to the point where it's not worth spending money here anymore. Side note: They do not want to accept debit cards, and will do everything they can not to have you use one. I've seen them lie to people's faces saying that they don't accept them so that someone might use cash. Go somewhere else!!!! read more

The service was fine. I paid 35 for a basic mani-pedi, no gel. You could see spots where the polish was not covering the nail totally opaquely, and my mani started coming off 2 days after I had it done. I had to take it off with acetone after 4 days. For that length of time I could have painted my nails myself. Also, when I did take off the polish I noticed that the manicurist had really scratched up my nails with her coarse file. When I asked why the price was different from what is written two of the workers insisted that whatever powder they use costs $10, which I was never told before. These are possibly the worse acrylic nails i've ever gotten. My mom takes me to nail salons quite often to get my nails done so I know the procedure and what not. First I had shown the lady a photo of round nails and she left them looking almost like jelly beans. I thought hey maybe the color will help she adds the color and finishes I pay almost 45 dollars including the tip for these and I walk outside and there is fuzz in between the gel polish colors it is bumpy and I can also feel it. I come back inside to fix the nails which they're willing to do however the lady is very clearly annoyed and tries fixing it with the same color just adding another layer and the fuzz is still visible ! We try another color after I suggest it might be a polish color I pick another color she cannot find so she shows me one similar. I'm 100% fine with it but the polish is thin and see through I ask for another layer and she's clearly annoyed showing me the nails asking "is this good enough for you?" Extremely rude. I leave and there is still fuzz in my nails and these nails are also incredibly thin and some aren't even the same size or shape please spend your money elsewhere read more

I don't like to write negative reviews, but both times I came here I didn't leave with nails I was happy with. I tend to get my nails done during a large break between my classes because it is the only time I have, and they did a pretty good job getting me in and out on time. However I just felt the quality of my (dip powder) nails never was up to par. The cuticle area was sloppy and already looked grown out, as well as the fact that the second time I came in, the nail tech didn't even ask me what shape I wanted..... so I guess I got square that day. Not a bad place, just feels like if I want to pay $50 on my nails I'm going to go somewhere that actually does what I want. read more

After reading the reviews, my daughter and I decided to go there. The owner was overly friendly the first time. The place was jam packed with nowhere to sit. The manis and pedis were good. The second time we went there, we had appointments and had to wait over 45 minutes as again the place was a zoo. We were rotated between nail techs and one was extremely rude to my daughter. This place was so busy on a Saturday afternoon. I was kept waiting for a while even though I had an appointment. However, I got one of the most beautiful gel manicures and pedicures in my life. Ana was extremely attentive and took the time to assess what shape of nail would compliment my hands. I happened to mention to her that I type a lot because my job is mostly working on a computer and she made sure to add an extra layer of top coat to ensure the longevity of the gel polish. Something that I find extremely important is that when Ana polished my nails she brought the color all the way to my cuticles. I've been to other nail salons where the polish doesn't quite meet my nail bed, so when I leave I can see a slight white space. That usually results in my manicure appearing to grow out a lot quicker. I left this salon feeling pampered and as though I was walking on a cloud. Another nail artist at this establishment took the time to thank me and apologized for the long waiting time. I will most definitely go back. read more

I went to Naturally Nails before here and thought that that place was decent until I found out 4ever nails is way better. First off, the price is about 50% cheaper at 4ever nails for the same exact job, if not a BETTER job. The only thing I received differently at Naturally Nails (near the mall) was that they gave me a massage while I was waiting for my UV nails to dry. I didn't really need that though. I do wish 4ever nails applied cuticle oil like Naturally Nails did, but for the price I wasn't mad. Secondly, they have design samples that Naturally Nails lacked. They let you modify the designs with colors you want and are very friendly. Third, the owner Ben remembers your name and is very talkative. Sometimes you feel like a language barrier creates a bit of a silent room but in this place, it's all laughs and smiles. Not in a bad way either, you know, not some overly nice attitude to cover up something else. Bottom line, great customer service. Fourth, they just do good work. Naturally Nails didn't file my nails properly or do under the nail. This caused build up of food and grime that 4ever cleaned out. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone. I'm going to be a regular customer now. I feel like they actually saved me from having all of my nails break or decay. Love this place! read more

This was the most terrible nail place I have ever gone to, and I have gone to plenty!! My sister and her friend and I all set up an appointment about a week ago at 5 o'clock to get acrylics. Easy enough right? Apparently not. My sister's friend waited 30 minutes before the guy (I'm assuming the boss) even took her to start her nails. And then the ENTIRE time he was stopping every 5 minutes to answer the phone and to call people. And then about half way through her nail app. He gets up and LEAVES to "pick up his kid at school" at 5:40. So now my friend is just sitting there awkwardly waiting for someone to help her when All the other workers are just starring around. And then my friend wanted her toes done but by this time we were there for about an hour and we had other things to do that we PLANNED around the app. So I ask the lady how long the toes would take and she didn't give me a straight answer until I finally annoyed her enough to tell me how long it would take. And turns out it would've been about another half hour!! Left them a $2 tip each which was me being generous!! My nail polish doesn't even cover the tip of my nail completely because she was rushing to finish me. read more

I went to get a gel manicure and never got service. When I first walked in I was never offered to pick out my color which was offered to everyone else who walked in the door. After watching four people get called ahead of me I noticed on sign in sheet they had appointments. That was fine with me since I know walk ins come after appointments, however I could have been told that when I first sat down. It wasn't until after I waited an hour and was walking out the door, when I was asked if I had an appointment. Unless you have an appointment I would not recommend this place. read more
