I'm sad to say that I came here. I live in NJ, work in Manhattan and usually do my brows there. I was rushing this weekend to come visit my parents so I was just going to skip it. My mom and I were here at the mall and I knew this place was here so I figured I'd stop in and do them real quick. What a mistake. I don't know WHO did my brows but I would not recommend her. This is supposed to be a fast process. She took at least 10 minutes. When I do them at home, I'm there for 10 minutes total, including paying. Although this wasn't the real problem. She was threading exceptionally rough but I'm used to this at times as they get close to get the smaller hairs that may be just starting to grow. Fine, non-issue. What IS an issue is when the next day my eyebrow looks like some small bug took bites out of my skin. Obviously she was getting so close to my skin that she was PULLING MY SKIN OFF! I will never again come here and would advise you to go elsewhere. To add insult to injury (literally) the fee here was $10. Again, cheaper back at home. read more

I don't know what the poor reviews are about. My brows look awesome! This place is bare bones, no doubt. It was hard to find, tucked in next to the mall offices, but I got just what I asked for. I asked the woman who worked on me to leave my brows thicker, just clean them up a little. She did. Her prices were reasonable, more than I'd pay if there was a thread place every block, much less than I'd pay for wax at a full salon. $10 for brows isn't bad at all. I paid by card, tipped in cash. I use to always go here and was my favorite place! The last few times I went in to get my brows threaded I seen it was the same girl every time. She wasn't my favorite but I was in a rush. As she was doing my brows and finished them. I realized when I got out to my car she missed at least a dozen of hair. read more

This was my first time doing threading because I usually wax my eyebrows. She was kind of snappy towards me but nothing I can't overlook. I went in for a walk in because I did not plan to do threading but for only $10 (compared to $15 for a wax) I was willing to try. Took less than 5 mins and it was a little bit more painful than waxing. However my skin always broke out after waxing but it has been a few hours since I had my brows done and no irritation. The lady messed up my eyebrows she cut about half of the hairs on the front of my left eyebrow leaving it uneven and I still have plenty of hairs that she did not take off. I've done eyebrow threading before and this is the second time I've had such a bad experience never going there again and wouldn't recommend it read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am Indian have been threading my eyebrows for the past seven years at various places with no problem. This is the first time this woman has done my eyebrows and when I opened my eyes after she was done, I noticed one eyebrow was higher than the other. She would not agree and said that they looked normal to her. We asked my boyfriend as well as two other women who just walked into the store and they all agreed that she had messed up. She told me that was the way my eyebrows naturally are which is nonsense. No one is born with one eyebrow higher than the other! She said I had to let her redo it but at that point she had already taken too much off my eyebrows and I was scared to let her go anywhere near me again! What if she did something worse to them and how can she fix them if she refuses to see what the problem is in the first place!? I refused to pay for this horrible work and she at first was adamant I pay simply because she was an employee. There is no manager there at all and I refused to pay for something that I have to walk around in public with for atleast two weeks before I can have if fixed by a real professional. These people are completely unprofessional, lack expertise in their craft, and are only after your money to boot regardless of what they do to your face! read more

I walked in there over four hours before they closed. When I walked in she asked if I wanted my eyebrows threaded now, I said no I wanted a Brazilian. She told me "No sorry I'm going to leave to go home" really????? Four hours before you close?!? She was really rude and unprofessional about it so I walked out. I won't ever come here again. read more
