While cleaning my toes, the technician rinsed the tools in the dirty pedicure water that my feet had been soaking in and then returned those same tools to his clean workstation. Seeing instruments cleaned in used pedicure water and placed back with supposedly sanitized tools was extremely concerning and raised serious questions about hygiene and infection control. A pedicure should be a relaxing, clean, and safe experience. Unfortunately, this experience was none of those things. Due to the technician's behavior, the poor quality of the service, and the serious sanitation concerns, I will not be returning.

But I took a chance and booked an appointment with Sheena. I came half hour before my appointment and she took me in quick. She is very chill and laid back stylist. Her loft is nice and had country-vibes to it. She would tell me what she was going to do and I would ask an array of questions to understand the whole process. I had two balayage processes done before, so I was just curious why her methods were different. The bleaching process took 2.5 hours long and cutting and styling was roughly 30 minutes.
