Was on the table for less then 5mins for a Brazilian!! It was very clear she was only there for a qucik chance to make money. No real greeting just told me to head into the room and kinda pointed. Once in the room I had no idea what to do as I am used to some sort of begining consultations. There was no spot for my cloths, no chiar, or table put my puse. So I was just standing there feeling awkward waiting for her to come in. When she did came into the room she looked at me and then the bed as said " aren't you here for a brazlilian" I said yes and she then told me to take my pants off and walked out. When she came back she quicked waxed me and by quicked I mean maybe 5 very large strips with a soft wax. When she was done she left a couple napkins on my kitty and said "these are for any spots that are stickey" and said I would have stubble because I had short hair. I did not have stubble I had hair where she simply did not wax. I had once before gone in for a wax and the lady was kinda enough to inform me as soon as she saw the lenghth of my hair that she could wax me if that was what I wanted but adviced me to come back in a week when my hair was longer to ensure better results. That was professional and curdiouse and I returned to her multiple times because of her kindness and honesty. This is why I know the lenght was not the problem. However if it was she should have said somthing before waxing. There was no twizing after and no after care just a small amount of oil. This was the worst brazlilian I have ever had. I will never come back and I would never suggest this place to anyone else. I paid and was booked for a full hr and although I have never had a brazilian last a full hour I am used to the full session taking about 45 mins. I was in and out of the building in less than 15 mins and that includes waiting in the sitting area for her to be ready for my session.

I walked into this nail salon with hope in my heart, acrylics off my fingers, and a simple dream:…read moreremove the old nails, get a nice manicure, leave with my natural nails looking like they hadn't survived a tornado. Sadly... the tornado won. The acrylic removal began normally enough, until the technician started drilling my pinky nail with the enthusiasm of someone trying to dig for buried treasure. The drill got so hot I'm pretty sure I saw my ancestors. I very politely said, "Ow, that hurt." She very politely said, "I'll be gentler." And then she proceeded to drill like she was trying to start a campfire. Next came the shaping. I showed her a picture of what I wanted--simple, (trust see pics) cute, achievable. Twice she filed my nails, twice she asked, "Is this it?" and twice the answer was a solid, heartfelt, absolutely not. I explained it. I even used hand gestures. She looked at me with the calm serenity of someone who had chosen violence and ignoring instructions. But nothing prepared me for the manicure. Or should I say... "manicure." There was no warm bowl of sudsy water. No gentle soak. No heavenly lotion. No cuticle oil. Not even the traditional "let me pretend to massage your hands for five seconds." Instead, she did a quick file, a quick snip, and then asked--completely sincerely-- "Do you want a neck massage?" A neck massage. During a manicure. Ma'am, my hands were going through a crisis. The entire experience cost me $35, which feels appropriate only if the service included a surprise psychological plot twist--and in that case, wow, they delivered. In conclusion, the staff was friendly, but the service was like a comedy sketch no one warned me about. I left with confused nails, confused feelings, and a confused neck that did not, in fact, get a massage. I hope this review helps someone. And I hope someday my pinky nail forgives me.

None of them were even with the size and the length. Some of them were very thick with a big bump at the end. Had to go to a new salon right after I had them done there for $60. Beware don't go here. I would've given minus stars but you have to give at least one and it doesn't deserve that.

I asked for gel, two different nail techs said it was $10, but they charged me an additional $20, $10 for each foot. The milk pedicure had a 15 minute stone massage with was 30 seconds of hot stone in each leg and 13 minutes of rubbing lotion on my leg. The overall pedicure of subpar and the shaping of my toenails have made them look like nubs. On top of that, there was no hot water and had to have cold water for my pedicure. $81 to have a basic pedicure, my shoulders pinched for two minutes and water/snacks handed out. I would have been better off paying $40 for a basic pedi elsewhere and the other $40 for a half hour massage by a professional massage therapist. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

They seem to quickly give everyone a seat for mani or pedi - and there you wait. I used to get the powder dip. Taking this off involves a quick buzz to buff off to rough up the surface then a soak with polish remover. To save time, the man buzzed down to my natural nail. I felt the heat of the tool and it hurts! The lady next to me jumped in painful surprise just after me. Same experience. This used to be gratis when you get a new service - last week it cost and extra $10 and my nails were beat up! They were too busy or forgot about the gratis massage --- which was a unique touch that I love. They moved me off to the drying table which the rarely do, but did because they wanted to get the next client in the chair. They want you to pay before the job is done. This is great when you have the experience you are accustomed to and are ready with your tip. Once home, I could see the shabbiness of the job. My nails are not smooth, irregular filing towards the sides and feel bruised. I was there for nearly 2 hours and it was not time well spent. I'll give this shop another chance. I recommend making an apt with your favorite person whose service you can depend on. And btw, they also raised their prices. Charge extra for credit cards and do not tell you or advertise. Hoping for a better visit next time.

I wanted to come on here and leave a positive review but I'm really disappointed with the quality…read moreof service I received at this salon. First, I will say that there was hardly any communication or talking during the 2 hour service which was kind of frustrating to start. The girl working on my service barely talked at all even when trying to spark a conversation and all other employees were talking with their clients. But more importantly I was there on Friday, 02/07, and spent $140, including tip, expecting a long-lasting manicure. It has only been four days, and my gel polish is already peeling off in whole pieces. I don't do anything that would cause this-- I work from home and spend most of my time typing on a keyboard, so there's no reason for the gel to be lifting from the cuticle and peeling off completely after just a few days. This is not normal for a gel manicure, and it's frustrating to have wasted that much money on something that didn't even last a week. I had hopes for this salon as it was my first time and it was booked by my BF as a surprise spa day for me, but based on my experience, I can't say I'd return or recommend it. If I'm paying premium prices, I would expect premium results or at least a manicure to last a week at the minimum.
