Everyone was very nice! And pretty quick! (I did make an appointment because I always get nervous to just walk in, so I can't speak to that). But Thomas was great! Very friendly! And he did exactly what I wanted- black French manicure with full set tips. Pic with my toes is the next day. Pic of just my hand is 18 days later and still going strong! (Just a little chipping on the very ends but not very noticeable unless up close). And I work in the ER, so I'm constantly using my hands and washing my hands, so they held up very well. read more

i've been going to this Spot for some years now and I've always had a pretty good experience, however they DO use dirty equipment without cleaning it!! nail clippers, emery boards for filing nails, and feet. None of them are clean. They use them on other people and that is unsanitary. I've slowly started noticing a fungus growing on my toenails one in particular and ive been going to my doctor for treatment for the past few months now because of this. i've recently went there for a Mani and a Petti and no joke the pedicure last less than 10 minutes She soaked my feet for 30 seconds. They were still rough, and on top of that She didn't scrape the callus and worst part I had to hold my own 200 lb leg up for her while she did my feet. the whole time it was not comfortable or a good experience this time. two thumbs down. Then when I go to get my money out my purse they stand over you talking in Chinese. Then charge u an arm nd leg. $80. Plus, tip for a shitty 30 minute mani and pedi job. This was the PRICE FOR A REFILL!!!!!! not even a fresh set. !!!!! They charged me the same price as they did when I got a fresh new full set!!! I know I will be doing my own feet from now on and saving my money and time walking there took longer than the whole MannI and petti then I had to walk back home. read more

Awful - I don't even know where to begin. I went in for a mani/ pedi. Gel on my hands and regular on my toes. Went over to the chair for my pedi and there was a worker sleeping in the first chair, and one watching videos on her phone in the last chair. The woman assigned to me had the most difficult time understanding I wanted the bath warm and NOT cold. She had to warm it up several times. She about rubbed a hole in my damn shin. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in quite some time. Then for my mani- I thought she was trying to rip off my nails as she was trying to remove my previous gel polish. Then, the mani I received was just as sour as the pedi. Gel is more expensive and is known to last longer. Strange how my nails were chipping by that evening. A waste of money indeed. And the customer service was just as bad, the workers walked around blowing their noses, eating food, talking in their language the entire duration of my appointment. But I digress.... read more

I walked in today for a simple mani/pedi and the nail tech was rude and treated me like my requests were an inconvenience for her. I asked her at least three times to remove her latex gloves due to my allergies. She pretended to not understand me. I decided to show her pictures of the rash I would develop if she touched me with the gloves. when i pulled out my phone and showed her the pictures, she acted like I offended her and rudely said i understand. Then, she tried to upsell me on my pedicure with add-ons. I noticed she rushed me through my pedicure and didnt even attempt to wash my feet. She just trimmed my nails and quickly polished my toes. She didnt even apply the Top Coat!! I paid for a manicure without polish. I expected her to give me the services I paid for. She stuck my hands in cold water to soak for about 45 seconds and filed down my nails, that was it. No lotion, no hand massage, basically she made me feel like she didn't want me in her chair because I didn't want her additional services. I paid cash for my mani/pedi and gave her around a 25% tip for shit. I hope she enjoys the extra $15 because that is the last Envy Nails will have seen of me. Oh wait, she did hand me my shoes on my way out the door. I suppose there was that kindness. If I had the time or the energy, I would return and demand either a refund or for her to give me what I paid for. Where are the nail techs that take pride in their work? Had a gel fill about 10 days ago. It has not held up that well. The edges are losing color and one nail is chipped on the side. It was my first visit and the staff wasn't that friendly or welcoming. Price was ok, but they charged extra for the gel top cost that is usually included at other salons. They were ok, but unimpressive and I doubt I will go back. read more

I went to this Nail Salon once before a couple of years ago, and had a good experience, but my experience on Wednesday, July 3rd 2019, was horrible. I went for a Pedicure and Gel Manicure. The Nail Tech dumped acetone all of my nails to get my old gel manicure off, and when she wrapped each nail in foil, acetone went all over my shirt and plans because she was there was too much. She had her tools in a dirty box, and when I asked for clean tools, she got mad. The manager came over and stated that the tools are clean, but after I insisted on getting newly sanitized tools, the manager finally got some, but was very rude. Several nail techs were also sleeping in the pedicure chairs and putting their bare feet all over the chairs as well. I received a new person to do my pedicure, and she also did my gel manicure. The manicure horrible. She did not push down my cuticles and did not paint all of my nail very well. This was a bad experience, and I will never go back. read more

Used to love this place. Recently I went for a pedicure. No lie, within 15 minutes the gal was ready to do my leg massage and put on the polish. She only filed my nails (per her suggestion, and I agreed), but then she didn't even check for any hangnails or clean them up or anything. She didn't even put the bleach on them. The polish was poorly applied, and there were spots that were missed. Will not be returning. read more

Was taken then 3 weeks ago for a nail date with my mom after a bad day, I used to have nails but had the last set removed because they were lifting and breaking (not done at this shop) The staff was amazing, trying to cheer me up knowing that my day was going so bad. I was reluctant to get a full set after the bad experience at a different shop but was convinced and got them with the Gel nail polish/top coat. Let me say it was the best decision I have made. No lifting, no breaks, polish looks like it did the day I got them, BEST SET EVER. The price was even cheaper then the last location I went to. I will be going back again tonight for fills!!!!
