I went here for the first time and i was hesitant based on a lot of the negative reviews but still went and i regret it and wish i could get my money back. My nails were very thick and looked very unprofessional. They were also kind of crooked, my middle finger nail was completely at a slant. i ended up coming home and cutting them off. i'm very disappointed especially for $60. I got my nails done a month ago at a different place and paid the same price and absolutely loved them. definitely not worth the time or money. read more

I was literally so uncomfortable the entire time. I strongly do not recommend. I literally thought I was being pranked... I come in wanting something simple and classy. The nail tech asks if I want a pedicure too and I said "no I'm alright thank you" then she laugh and called me broke, then told me I was poor.... I was like lmao what did she just say to me. THEN She points out my "harder working hand" is "fatter" than my other. Literally said fatter... I'm 6 ft and 150, not much fat on me. THEN She pulls out a new bottle and does my pinky... I say oh can I get another coat... I have a milky white color and it's sooo streakyyyy. She then gets very upset that I didn't tell her sooner and I was like I didn't think you would consider this done yet... like I'm not pay $50+ for streaky nails... be so serious.... She kept telling me how inconvenient it was, I was thinking um it would be actually super inconvenient if I left here with shtty nails. ALSO They charged for nail files, and my friend was with me and she used mine so she wouldn't be charged. And when she was getting her nails done with my nail file. My lady took a dirty nail file out and touched up mine. I don't care about it being dirty but you mind as well use that on me and I'll save my $5 like what... I remembered why I stopped getting my nails done here 4 years ago. My friend was explaining what she wanted to a different nail tech, and my tech kept saying "more money" after everything my friend said "I want my nails a little shorter please" then my tech pitched into their conversation and said "more money" They would speak their language and then both agree it would cost more money after the littlest ask or request... like girl really. read more

Being new to the area, I was so excited to find a place close to me with an awesome review. I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for Christmas, and am so so disappointed. After over two hours, I left with bleeding nicks on every single one of my fingers and 2 of my toes. The dip that I was told would be fast and look great took over an hour and a half to complete and is bumpy, uneven and missing in spots and the design I asked for ended up being covered with lumpy gel polish that has 0 shine. I would have said something, but my fingers were so sore, and It had already took so long to complete that I decided to cut my loses and go home. A day later my fingers are sore and infected. The owner has tried to reach me to fix the problem but there is no way anyone there is going near my hands again. read more

They couldn't do the basic design I asked for on my nails, ther could only do basic color. They didn't do enough coats of the color so it was transparent. Finally there ventilation system was not good enough so there was a overwhelming, intoxicating smell. I will definitely no be returning read more

I had made an appointment for SNS nails a few hours earlier and when I arrived, I was greeted and sat immediately. Kevin did my nails very well and was not only funny, but quite conversational. This was a stressful experience. It was really hard to relax, I was asked a question after every layer of polish on each finger. They changed the price in the middle of my service. They charged me 100$ for a mani-pedi when I was told $75 on the phone. The manicure (gel) didn't even last a week and a half before most fingers were chipped, while usually mine last 3 weeks and nothing changed in terms of my activities or use of hands. read more

I got a dip powder manicure here and it was great. They have a good color selection, they soaked off the nails which is so much healthier, and the nail tech took her time to shape them and make sure they were even. Some salons aren't great with dip manicures, but nails r us was definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend and come back when I'm in the area. read more

I have never written a review for a nail place before, as I have always had both good and bad experiences at salons. But Nails R Us is hands down the best nail salon in the triple cities area. As a student of Binghamton University, I spent my entire freshman year looking for a reliable nail place that I didn't have to spend a ton of money at. The first time I went I was completely blown away- they did my power gel nails quickly and made them exactly the shape and style I wanted. I have been about every 3 weeks since August 2018 and have never been disappointed. The nails not only look amazing, but they stay on. I have never had such good quality nails! read more

Love that Endwell has such a fantastic salon. The owners are very inviting, whether you're a "regular" or a first-timer, everyone is treated the same. They do a great job on manis and pedis, tons of color choices. Definitely recommend making an appointment. read more

**If you don't plan on being a regular customer plan on being treated sub-par** I made an appointment for a manicure with dip polish and showed up 15min early for my appointment. I waited 50 minutes to be seated. While I watched others walk in after me be seated before me and they were fully aware because one employee tried to explain why he was taking another customer before me [she had an appointment for the same time and showed up after me]. At the 40min mark they took a customer whom just walked in and they apologized again. Should have just left but this is a once a year treat for me. I noticed since I am not a regular at this salon i guess i don't get treated the same as other customers. When i finally was seated i confirmed i wanted a manicure with dip polish. The gentleman even repeated back what i said. He went and got the dip then started sanding my nails and put the dip treatment on [never giving my nails a manicure i have horrible cuticles and hang nails]. The dip treatment turned out nice but when the gentleman went to file my nails he got distracted talking to another coworker while filing one nail and filed the edge way to far down. The final straw was when he had me sit and let my nails dry for 2 min before washing my hands. He went out for a cigarette break which was very short but when he came back in i could smell it. He never once washed his hands and then proceeded to take lotion and rub the lotion on my hands. I walked out with my hands smelling like cigarette smoke and lotion!! Kind, considerate, clean, relaxing and well priced! They spent a considerable amount of time on our pedicures and the massage chairs we're an added bonus. Other places have been rushing through a pedicure. So it was a nice surprise to find that you get more than your money's worth. For all those reasons I'll be back again. I let the nail tech talk me into getting gel nails, which are supposed to last longer and are better for your nails, although they're more expensive, and I hadn't even had them a week before two of them snapped off while I was putting on my shoe. They had a young girl do my nails and it took her 1 hour & 45 minutes. It should only take about 20-30 minutes for sns. After all that time my nails looked horrible and all of my cuticles were bleeding. I refused to pay $40 for that so I asked if a professional could fix them. It then took another hour to take all of the horrible sns off and do it again. I spent 3 hours in this salon for sns and they would not give me discount for wasting my time, cutting up my fingers and an mediocre sns job. read more

I have been going here for some time and initially loved it. I went yesterday and the guy did a horrible job on my nails. They looked so bad after I left I cut and filed them off the best I could. When I complained and said I didn't want to pay for them, The owner told me I had to or they would have to cut them off. He argued with me and asked me what was wrong with them. I told him they looked horrible and he asked me again and again to tell him what was wrong with them. I pointed out how thick and uneven they were and hoe the French polish was all uneven. He continued to argue with me and then had the nerve to tell me if I had told him while they were being done he could have fixed them. he did offer to fix them, but I had to be to work so could not stay. He tried to put their bad service back on me by saying I should have said something sooner. He did end up not charging me. I would have went back to another person there if he had just taken responsibility for their mistake. But given the fact that he was so unprofessional and trying to blame me I will not go back there.
