My fiancé would like to leave a review for this place since I didn't get my nails done nor my toes so here are her thoughts......... I want to get my nails done because I'm having engagement photos done this Saturday. if I could leave less than one star, I would. upon arrival at the store I was greeted however, they argued about who was going to take me in who do my full set. Then the poor lady sitting next to me head was speaking Spanish, and they couldn't understand a word she was saying I felt so bad because the lady on the other end trying to do her nails with screaming at her saying I'm not doing your nails anymore. This is what you get don't ever come back, then when I tried to tell the guy my color he went with the opposite color that I originally wanted and didn't do anything more than just color my nails I wanted a white tip done on my nails like a French manicure with a blue nail accent, what I got was all robins egg, blue nails, not what I originally wanted at the beginning of my appointment I'm not trying to sound rude. However, I will never be going back to the salon not only was the customer care toward other customers bad my nails turned out like crap.

Kay did an amazing job! I was a little nervous because I had never been there before but everyone was kind and Kay did an amazing job on the design I asked for. I even left my bracelet on accident and the owner (who also did my fill) saw it and ran it out to me! I will definitely be back. My friend who went with me had an amazing experience and her nails look amazing as well! The only thing I'm a little upset about it my cuticles weren't touched at all but I also think you have to ask them to because there's a chance of bleeding and such and I didn't ask so I cannot complain.

    Smudged my design

The guy that works there messed up my design on my left ring finger... he didnt let the design dry before he put the clear coat on so it smudged it... I payed $36 for a screw up pretty much!

in person, you can see how unevenly filed the actual nail is.. i'm disappointed

I walked into this nail salon with hope in my heart, acrylics off my fingers, and a simple dream:…read moreremove the old nails, get a nice manicure, leave with my natural nails looking like they hadn't survived a tornado. Sadly... the tornado won. The acrylic removal began normally enough, until the technician started drilling my pinky nail with the enthusiasm of someone trying to dig for buried treasure. The drill got so hot I'm pretty sure I saw my ancestors. I very politely said, "Ow, that hurt." She very politely said, "I'll be gentler." And then she proceeded to drill like she was trying to start a campfire. Next came the shaping. I showed her a picture of what I wanted--simple, (trust see pics) cute, achievable. Twice she filed my nails, twice she asked, "Is this it?" and twice the answer was a solid, heartfelt, absolutely not. I explained it. I even used hand gestures. She looked at me with the calm serenity of someone who had chosen violence and ignoring instructions. But nothing prepared me for the manicure. Or should I say... "manicure." There was no warm bowl of sudsy water. No gentle soak. No heavenly lotion. No cuticle oil. Not even the traditional "let me pretend to massage your hands for five seconds." Instead, she did a quick file, a quick snip, and then asked--completely sincerely-- "Do you want a neck massage?" A neck massage. During a manicure. Ma'am, my hands were going through a crisis. The entire experience cost me $35, which feels appropriate only if the service included a surprise psychological plot twist--and in that case, wow, they delivered. In conclusion, the staff was friendly, but the service was like a comedy sketch no one warned me about. I left with confused nails, confused feelings, and a confused neck that did not, in fact, get a massage. I hope this review helps someone. And I hope someday my pinky nail forgives me.

My entire manicure was basically silent I asked for a pink/white ombré dip manicure It was the worst manicure I've had The application looked correct but once finished it's mostly white with no pink I was not asked to check it, nor asked about shape I expect to wash my hands after filing etc. instead the cuticle oil and lotion were applied and rubbed in making my skin feel gritty There was dipping powered or activator dried to my skin all around my fingers. Prices are typical but based on result I would not go back

I had a…read moresignificantly poor experience my last visit at Naturally Nails and I am sorry to say that, considering that I have been going for years. I had made an appointment for a gel manicure. When I arrived, I was assigned to Eva. As soon as she started to remove my polish with the dremel tool, my nail was burning. I did say- ouch and she turned the rotation down. Again, burning, ouch!, and she replaced the head of the dremel tool. I looked at the one she had been using and it had little tiny spikes on it- like you might use for acrylic nails? She replaced it with a finer bit and it worked okay. She still seemed annoyed with me! She soaked my polish off for 10 minutes and when she returned, scraped most of the rest of the polish off. Then she started to file off what was left around the edges, running up against my cuticle and cutting it in two places. It was the holidays, so looking for that 'holiday pinterest color', I asked for three different colors. Again, annoyed. I am happy to pay and tip for a service well done. I paid and tipped, because it was the holidays- not because it was a pleasant experience. It wasn't.
