Our newborn and my wife barely slept through the night...it's now over 85+ degrees with my Central air on and we'll be staying in hotel....we need to hire another company to actually do the work CORRECTLY....Justin has yet to return any calls. Between the repair fees and accommodations I've lost over $800 by trusting Justin and Go Green Air. The windows could not close ( a prime feature of these ACs), and they were completely unsecured - one almost fell on the floor as I was trying to tilt it to close the window. I reached out to several companies, quite wary from the previous experience. URBAN AIR HVAC, had a picture of the AC on it's site so I chose them. VLAD came that day, exactly when he said he would and competently reinstalled the units securely AND CENTERED THEM IN THE WINDOWs!! He gave me good advice on preventing air leakage, since the insulation strips were damaged in the previous process. He also guaranteed his work and committed to come back if I had any problems. He only charged his reasonable hourly rate, but I had to insist he get paid for the 2 reinstalls. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VLAD AND HIS COMPANY FOR ANY HEATING AND COOLING JOBS - HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COMPETENT, QUICK AND AFFORDABLE
