I have referred you on NextDoor and I wish Shadi nothing but the best. 11/2020 Just had my 30+ year old heating furnace replaced by Shadi's team. Everyone in the group was a pleasure to work with. From initial visit by Paul, to installation by Fernando, and follow-up by Ahmad, the experience was above and beyond. The work is completed in a day and work site is cleaned up nicely afterwards. Lastly, reaching out to Fatima and Nicole for questions and follows up are always met with courtesy and promptness. Thank you Shadi for a great team and for the wonderful service.

I messaged HVAC Repair via Yelp, they responded immediately with multiple appointment times (some as soon as the next morning) and told me that the total cost, which starts at $285, would be provided after the full inspection. The technicians showed up on-time (a few minutes early, actually) and had the job completed in an hour and a half. They took before and after pictures (the amount of mold in one of my AC units was frankly horrifying) and explained what they did. They did an excellent job cleaning them out and I'm so happy with the service. The final cost ended being $265 per unit for a total $597.97 after 8.875% sales tax and a 3.95% credit card surcharge (which can be avoided by paying via Zelle or in cash).

Things were fine until we had a series of cold weeks Dec-Jan of 2026. The boiler was leaking significant amounts of hot water to the point that our boiler room turned into a sauna and piping became corroded. Despite various calls and visits from Tanous, the issue was not fixed so we had to bring in a separate plumber to redo all the piping and replace key components of the boiler. We shared photos and videos with Tanous during the period of issues. During a particularly cold weekend without heat, they indicated that they could not send someone out to fix the issues. Our plumber indicated that various parts used in the installation looked to be used/repurposed and key items were misinstalled and they had to overhaul the entire system. The owner from Tanous ("Mike") promised to take care of everything and cover the costs of our plumber once he was back from traveling abroad, but went radio silent after we shared the invoice despite various follow ups from Jan-March of 2026. They also refused to provide their insurance to cover the cost of the repairs. I will never be using Tanous again and would caution anyone considering them for such work in the future.

After the repair, both outdoor control panels were left open and unsecured for months, exposing the electrical components to the weather. Recently, both systems failed. I hired two independent HVAC companies for separate diagnoses. Both found significant dust and corrosion throughout the control boards and documented their findings with photos. I have repeatedly contacted Eco Air by phone and email, but they have not responded or accepted responsibility. I have now had to pay multiple diagnostic fees and face substantial repair costs. I will be pursuing legal remedies to recover my damages. I am sharing my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision.
