Came across this cute little coffee shop and ordered a simple latte. Which was very good but my concern is the batista with the long nails who doesn't even know how to sanitize her hands correctly. Squirt and rub ALL over but can't do that because it might ruin the hideous nails she has attached to the end of her fingers. You can not tell me that her nails are at all healthy and or clean. Ewww. I like americanos, this place has given four great americanos to date. No frills, 4 shots, 12oz. The staff was super friendly and smart and knew what they were doing. and this place was open EARLY! I like that. The customer service was friendly and the gal that made my drink made sure it was exactly what I wanted. You don't want to go some where and have them assume your order is correct. You know what they say about assuming. No one wants that. My drink was good. So, 5 stars. My sleeve I got with my drink had ads on it for Splenda with a little packet of Splenda. I thought "hmm that's weird, whatevs", ended up using the dang Splenda in my drink. It was pretty good. I'm just Happy they are open at 6am. read more

Unfortunately, I had a terrible coffee here. I was passing through for the day and decided to drive through and grab a quick latte. Nothing fancy, just a latte with coconut milk. The barista was very friendly, but the coffee she gave me was quite gross. It tasted old, and slightly burnt. I won't pretend to know how to make lattes like a pro, but I feel like a barista should be able to produce something a little better than this. Maybe I would not have been quite as bothered if the medium sized drink had not cost over $4. Sadly, a $4 not well spent. Had to work walk further from my hotel room to get here, but was worth the extra schlep. Interesting, walking through a drive-through with drivers obviously annoyed that I'm in their way of getting their morning coffee. Sometimes pedestrians need to drink coffee too buddy! By the way, no one ever turns off their cars while idling stupidly waiting in line for me to get out of their way, or waiting for a long coffee order. But then again, Long Beach isn't exactly a Prius type town! Nonetheless, the coffee is very good. Better than other options I've had in town. I bookmark this place before I went to Long Beach, Wa so that I could get my coffee fix while we were there for the weekend. We stopped here right as we were headed out of town to get me an iced coffee for the road home. Unfortunately I was left a little disappointed. The reviews for this place were good, I got a 16oz Fluffy Bunny Iced coffee with whip. Which was Salted Caramel, white chocolate, and marshmallow. I don't feel like they put all that much flavor into the drink. I barely tasted caramel. And there was no hint of marshmallow at all. On top of that, I think the coffee they used to make my drink was burnt. As in it had been sitting on a burner all day and had not been made recently. So I guess maybe I had an off day. And for the price, which was over four dollars. It was not worth it. It basically tasted like someone made a cheap cup of coffee and put some generic vanilla creamer in it, put ice in there and gave it to me. I will not be stopping here to get coffee on my next trip to the beach. read more

Meh, I have definitely had better. I have had better coffee and service, the barista seemed a little snobby and preoccupied to me. Also they don't give you a receipt, they don't even ask you if you want a receipt. I ordered a tall mocha, it was barely hot and I couldn't taste the coffee in it. There are plenty of other options for coffee in this town, Scrappacino was way better. Plus, I can't stand when drive thru coffee shops have so much stuff taped to the outside of their buildings that you can't think straight. How hard is it to come up with a menu or a board with all your items. If your windows and walls are completely covered with all your options that it looks messy maybe you should edit your menu a little bit. read more

Delicious coffee. Great customer service. They were super busy on a Saturday morning. Its a drivethrough but we were walking ans stopped and sat at their picnic table. There were cars at both windows so the workers were coming outside and taking the orders of cars waiting in line and then bringing their drinks to their cars instead of making all the cars wait to get to the window which would have taken awhile. They even came to the picnic table and took our order even though its a drivethrough! Super friendly. They even gave our dogs dog biscuits and a cup of water because we stopped while out walking the dogs. GO HERE! read more

I really like this little espresso stand. Not only do they have great deals, but their coffee is excellent. They also have a large variety of specialty bagels that are truly unique and high quality. The staff is wonderful. I'm terrible with names, but the gentleman whom my husband and I believe is the owner or manager is so kind, has our drinks down to a T and has gone over the top to help us out even though we're not there on a daily basis since we live so far away. Bottom line, every time we go down to Long Beach, we make sure we stop there every single time. Totally worth it. read more

The shots were prepared well in my wife's mocha. The drink was very very sweet, and the peppermint was a little light handed. I found it distasteful that the 24oz drinks only have three espresso shots in them when the machine prepares 2 at a time. The average 24oz mocha should have four shots in it, at 50 cents a shot adding extras can be Spendy. Our peppermint mocha was over sweet, we could hardly taste the peppermint and the espresso was weak. But it wasn't a bad drink. The service was friendly and quick. read more

My family and I come up to Long Beach pretty regularly and I we used to always stop by and grab some coffee or bubble tea. Everyone is pretty nice but expect that they will be out of the thing you are trying to order. Went through drive threw as we do nightly both drinks wrong asked him to remake my drink as asked for not outlaw but red bull, which the company was nice and ordered for me for my drinks, and he gives me the outlaw drink anyway like I can't taste the difference, husband asked 130 got burning hot then he just added milk and gave it to him instead of making it right, he did not listen to anything we said, very frusterating when it cost 11.00 sad experience tonight very disappointing. read more

The coffee here is not very good at all. Being from King County, maybe I'm just spoiled. The barista was friendly and the selection is what you would expect from a WA coffee stand. Unfortunately, the beans they use are not very good ones. Ultra bitter, acidy aftertaste. Watery and just generally not good espresso roast. read more

The drink was wasted because all I tasted was the perfume trace left on the coffee lid (possibly due to wearing something on their wrist?). The service was not bad, and they were friendly; however, the drink was ruined and McDonald's coffee tasted better once I got the perfume smell/taste out of my mouth. read more

I will not come back here. This is a cute little place, but has horrible service. We pulled up to the drive thru, and had to wait 2/3 minutes before they even acknowledged our presence. There was three of us, and we all knew what we wanted so it wasn't like we were causing a hold up by trying to decide. It took us forever to order because every time one of us would start to tell the barista what we wanted, she would turn her back and start doing something else, and then turn back around and ask us to repeat what we JUST said. It seemed like she was very pre-occupied, but there were only two cars in line(us and another car behind us). The drinks seemed very overpriced for the sizes and for the quality also. And if they weren't already taking long enough to make our drinks, we watched them go out and take the order of the car behind us, and serve them drinks before we got ours! The car behind us had to back out of the drive thru because they had already gotten their drinks. I live in Oregon and only come up to Long Beach a couple of times a year, so maybe this is normal. Or maybe the barista was new and still learning things, but she could have at least been a little more friendly. The drinks were okay but I have had better. I ordered an Carrot Fusion smoothie which was supposed to have 3 other ingredients besides carrots, but it tasted like they just blended carrots and water together and served it to me. read more

So here's the deal. Several times a week I order their 20 oz. latte. The latte itself is quite acceptable, 3 star, but today I measured the amount. The 20 oz. latte is served in a 20 oz. container when filled to the brim. Today's latter, with a hefty head of foam, weighed in at 13 oz. when put on a scale and allowing for the cup weight. Very terrible and sad experience here.. in my whole life I've never been yelled at by a customer-service worker, but the barista here (seemed like the manager?) was so rude to me, my husband and daughter that I left wanting to cry. She flipped out on me because I forgot to say decaf on my drink, and apologized 4 times for having pregnancy brain, and she could see I was pregnant. We couldn't believe she raised her voice and yelled at us for about 20 seconds. She was a middle aged woman, with lighter brown hair in a messy bun.. Anyways I've been a barista at a small coffee stand & at a big chain company, & worked in customer service for almost 12 years, including management for almost 6 years.. and you NEVER treat a customer like this! Especially when they are sweet and we're asking how your day was just a second before, like we had. This woman was so hateful... she needs some Jesus, and some good espresso because let me tell you.. it was awful espresso that they are serving; it's watery and had coffee grounds in it... yuck!!! Of course she had the other worker pass my drink to me and she went and hid in the back after going off on us because she was probably embarrassed.. I was going to tell her I hope she has a better day because geez.. But anyways I will be spreading the word on your icky coffee and your hatefulness to the coffee community. Hope you find love and kindness and start spreading that instead of the hatred in your heart. :( read more
