    Momo

I was concerned with my newly adopted dog growling and chasing my grandchildren. I contacted Andi and we were able to schedule 6 week training. Andi is so knowledgeable and obviously loves what she does! She helped out so much with my dog, Momo, who now doesn't growl or chase my grandchildren! Momo was very reactive to everything and Andi taught me strategies to help her. I would definitely recommend Diamond Dogs Training!

Andi is phenomenal and patient! She has helped problem solve and teach us how to train our French Bulldog puppy. We recently fostered, then adopted a 4.5 month old puppy and knew that we wanted to properly train him asap. We did her 6 week puppy training session and we have signed up for 2 additional sessions to follow up. She's helped support us and sends "homework" after each class with activities to work on with our puppy. We'd happily recommend her to everyone.

We've graduated after 6wks and wow what a difference and such great tools she gave us. She is knowledgeable, caring and loving. I'm so glad we chose her and so is Archie!

I cannot recommend Andi enough! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Junie has some pretty bad fear reactivity and from where we started (constant barking to any movement or approach) to being able to check in pretty consistently while allowing novel things to happen is truly such a gift. We have a looong way to go still but Andi's gentle approach and individualized homework was such a great and easy structure to follow! We will be working with Andi again in the future! Andi keeps up to date on the science of animal behavior! Thank you Andi for all of your guidance with Junie. We will certainly be back to continue our progress!

Andi was so helpful, we did the 6 week puppy training. Our dog Chip progressed so fast. She came over for an hour once a week and then we had "homework" it's not that demanding a few times a day for only a 10 minutes or so. We're a pretty busy family but we're still able to do most of the training. Thanks Andi, we will definitely be recommending you!

    My doggie

Was frustrated with my doggie and his reactions to certain triggers, and pulling. We are only a few lessons in and I can say Andi is very personable, affordable and everything she has taught us so far works. Andi's instructions have relieved a lot of stress for my dog and I on our walks , and we are grateful to have found her.

My puppy just finished her 6 week puppy training with Andi! During this time, Andi taught us how to sit, down, stay, wait, leash walking, go to your place and gave us helpful tips/advices on other issues we were having with the puppy. I took the class with my puppy's best friend and at times, the class could be difficult because they were rowdy and I'm sure it was hard for Andi to try to teach us, but she always very patient about it. Overall, Andi was very helpful and thorough with everything! Andi was always very kind and our puppy loved her. You can tell Andi truly loves dogs and just wants your puppy to be the best they can be. Thank you, Andi!

Highly recommended -- absolutely worth every cent…read more In June 2025, we adopted a 2 1/2‑year‑old American Staffordshire/Mastiff mix from the shelter. He had been picked up as a stray after a man saw him walking down the street and watched him get attacked by another dog. Unfortunately, he lost one of his ear flaps after vets were unable to save it. When we brought him home, he was shy, incredibly sweet, and immediately attached himself to me. For a while, everything seemed fine. But a few months later, his behavior began to change. We tried another training company -- four private lessons followed by group classes -- and during the last group session, he actually lunged at another dog. He became overly fixated on cats and dogs in the neighborhood, and walks turned into a constant tug‑of‑war. He even got a little snippy with a family member. That was the breaking point. We were lost, overwhelmed, and even started discussing rehoming him -- something none of us wanted. Then I found The Dog Guru. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first. But after reading everything on their page, we decided to take a chance. I'm so grateful we did. Brad delivered exactly what he promised. He trained me, and from that day in the park forward, peace has returned to our home. Our dog is now more confident, calm, and secure. He no longer follows me from room to room because he finally understands I'm not going anywhere. Walks are enjoyable again. And best of all, when I say his name and give him "the look," he stops immediately. Life is so much better -- and rehoming is completely off the table. Thank you, Brad.

Our dog was working with Bryan who gave updates on the days promised with no delays. We have a husky who is a bit skittish and of course a tad stubborn. When we watched her videos, she clearly was getting the training down well! Once we came home and picked her up, Bryan made it easy to understand the next steps and has consistently followed up with us to check how she's doing. It was suggested to train with an electric collar. My partner and I were considering it ourselves but didn't know how to use it properly. The SMS team have you try it - I wouldn't try something like this on my dog without knowing what it feels like a promise you, it's not at all painful. Since using it, our dog has followed commands and even does things naturally like being right at our side while walking or sitting and staying. We've only just begun and it's been great results. We hope that this keeps up and that once we ween off it, she'll be an even better dog. Two last things. They also understand a dog is a dog, her release command is literally "go play". Bryan helped train to lifestyle and our dogs specific needs. Secondly, they coordinated trainings on holidays - we flew in Christmas Eve morning and they easily accommodated us in such great manner.

Ryan has been so great with us - patient, kind, accommodating and always goes above and beyond when I have questions or need some extra guidance. He's taken extra time and care to understand Max's personality and needs so he can guide me too, since all dogs are different, and I've learned so much about my own body language and energy and how it contributes to the training process. Ryan ALWAYS follows up, checks in and makes sure to ask if I have any more questions. Max has a really strong bond with him as well, which makes me very happy to see and feel more comfortable if I need to leave him to board and train for any more work he might need. Super grateful for Ryan - and I highly, highly recommend him!! Cindy is also absolutely fabulous - she helped me so much when we realized that Max just needed a little bit of extra work and attention. They've both really made all the difference in my experience with training a newly adopted, reactive and high energy pup!

They didn't really ask the name of my dog, or asked what I came in for. They just asked to take my dog in the back and then asked what I was here for. the staff were friendly but each staff had different definitions when it came to full grooming, the person who was the actual groomer clarified so that helped. I did warn her my dog had skin tags all over the body and to be very careful when you do the cut. I also mentioned he is a very nervous boy so to mindful of that. They finished in two hours as promised. I came to pick him up and they told me they nicked one of the skin tags on his arm but took care of it right away, grateful for the honesty. It was interesting, the staff was speaking to me as if I was a returning customer and told me my dog did better this time around. I think they got me confused with a different customer as I never been there before. A few hours later I noticed on the top of my dogs back, where there is quite a few skin tags, a few spots were bleeding! I know it's hard to cut around the skin tags but almost every big bump he has was bleeding so it was a little frustrating to take care of it. I don't think I'll be coming back but I appreciated the service.

I started calling around to other trainers I found online but nobody wanted to work with such a big aggressive dog. One trainer referred me to Tony. After talking with Tony and watching his webinar he referred us to Xavier who from the first 15 minutes had my dog sitting down calmly and accepting directions. When my husband's prior dog passed away we were thinking about not getting anymore dogs for a while…read morebut then I decided that I wanted to get my husband his dream dog, an English cream Golden Retriever. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)
