As a psychologist, I pay very close attention to behavior, regulation, communication, and emotional energy, and at no point did I witness cruelty, aggression, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward me or my dog. What honestly amazed me most was that he never said one word to my dog. There was no yelling, chaos, or "training performance." It was all action, energy, body language, timing, and an understanding of canine psychology that I have never personally seen before. Before we started working together, Daisy was going after every dog she saw. Within two hours, we were calmly walking and standing next to dogs that were within a foot of her, even sniffing her, and she was completely relaxed. The transformation was honestly remarkable. I think some people may misunderstand firmness, honesty, or structure as being "mean," especially when dealing with difficult dog behaviors, but there is a huge difference between abuse and someone confidently leading both owner and dog. As he settled in my home, he became increasingly aggressive towards other people -- friends, family, and strangers alike, whether in the home or outside of the home. Sully was even aggressive towards my husband, and it felt like I was at a loss. I needed to do something before he actually ended up hurting someone. After explaining what was happening with Sully with the organization I was fostering from, they said they would need to put him down for the safety of the community. I couldn't let that happen, so I decided to keep him and find professional help. This is where John came in. After doing research online, I came across his Yelp page, where there were raving reviews of him helping aggressive dogs, so I took a chance. On his first day meeting John, Sully growled, hissed, and lunged at John. Sully tried to bite both him and me. John spent about an hour with me explaining what was going to happen and some training basics, and honestly, it was hard for me to focus because I was so nervous of Sully hurting someone in the moment. John was very patient, and showed me 5x how to hold a leash properly because I just couldn't focus from nervousness. I've never seen Sully so aggressive, and John explained it's because it was the first time someone was checking him and keeping him in his place. Sully stayed with John for a little over two weeks, and in that time, they went on ADVENTURES. I mentioned to John that Sully was afraid of water, aggressive with strangers, and other very specific things, and John made sure to tackle all of them. He sent me pictures and videos of his adventures throughout their time together. They went on a ferry, hiked to a waterfall, and so so much more. When there was a concern or something to celebrate, John was sure to communicate with us what was going on. In addition, due to personal circumstances, we needed to have Sully stay with John a few more days, and John was so understanding and accommodated us. I finally have my sweet boy back, and I see so much of a difference. He is calmer, more responsive, and he's running through my sprinklers now. LOL. It still takes him a bit to warm up to other people, but he's not as on guard or on edge as he was before. When I asked why such a good dog would go to boot camp, Vladae responded with, "Same reason that the smartest kids go to university, to become all they can be and hone their skills." First time here and I would say I was a little hesitant to take my dog. It was a little chaotic…read morewhen first coming in since I went right when they opened. They didn't really ask the name of my dog, or asked what I came in for. They just asked to take my dog in the back and then asked what I was here for. the staff were friendly but each staff had different definitions when it came to full grooming, the person who was the actual groomer clarified so that helped. I did warn her my dog had skin tags all over the body and to be very careful when you do the cut. I also mentioned he is a very nervous boy so to mindful of that. They finished in two hours as promised. I came to pick him up and they told me they nicked one of the skin tags on his arm but took care of it right away, grateful for the honesty. It was interesting, the staff was speaking to me as if I was a returning customer and told me my dog did better this time around. I think they got me confused with a different customer as I never been there before. A few hours later I noticed on the top of my dogs back, where there is quite a few skin tags, a few spots were bleeding! I know it's hard to cut around the skin tags but almost every big bump he has was bleeding so it was a little frustrating to take care of it. I don't think I'll be coming back but I appreciated the service.

One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)
