I was very particular to get good workmanship, so I interviewed three good, local builders. I recognized Pete Tovar's deep knowledge of the trade, but what I really like was that he dealt with me like I would deal with somebody - Yes, he brought the expertise but also a lot of respect and a commitment to do the job like his name was on it. And he offered the best price as well. When construction time came, he was right there going over the materials and supervising his workers closely.
