On 4-13-18 my wife and I signed a contract for a large lattice patio cover with Steve Harrison…read more(salesman for Jayco). A deposit was made to ensuree the order. In the contract it was noted that completion would be before 5-15-18. The cover was planned to have shade for our granddaughters college graduation party on 5-18-18. We then had a large tree removed in preparation. We had been told the product would take 2 weeks to make and only a day or two to install. Having heard NOTHING from Jayco, around the 1st of May we made numerous calls and left messages first with the salesman (NO response) then we left messages with Jayco message machine and with the receptionist at Jayco. Finally, she assured us they would return our call. Not until 5-11-18 did we receive a call from the owner Kent Jayne. He stated that the order had NOT been placed because THEY decided we needed a permit. We had discussed our need for a permit with Steve and he assured us it wasn't necessary. Had we known Jayco was not going to honor their contract we would have left our shade tree in place. Kent then stated that he would make things right and look into getting us a party tent/cover for the day and would call us the following day. NO calls. NOTHING from Steve or Kent. Still nothing at this writing. We were left in the cold and our graduation party in the hot sun. We find this manner of doing business unacceptalbe and very sad. Don and Ellen

I highly recommend working with Custom Stone Interiors! Candace and Joe & their team of installers…read morewere wonderful on our entire project (kitchen and bath quartz and tile backsplash). From helping me initially pick the right quartz (color and veining for my home) Candace was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products and took the time to help me get this investment correct! During demo and install Joe and his demo/install team did a great job communicating the process, working through small challenges (such as explaining to me why the sinks I selected were too big, and working with me so I could go swap out for betting fitting sinks for my project). He templated all the spaces and made sure everything was measured perfectly so it would all look great in my oddly angled kitchen. And he checked back after tiling backsplash to make sure details (even electrical faceplates) were done properly! What is most amazing...in my oddly shaped kitchen, there is ONLY one seam in the entire space! This company goes above and beyond to ensure a beautiful product! Thank you so much Custom Stone Interiors! I will be calling you back when I am ready to finish my other custom stone work!

We had a quick chat on the phone, I sent pictures, Alex came by next day to evaluate the issue, he did a thorough inspection and found issues I hadn't noticed. He talked me through everything making sure I understood the issues; what was essential, and what was minor/passable, which I really appreciated. He quoted me a price. Next morning, I was an hour late, but the team arrived on time and was already wrapping up the job by the time I pulled up! The sprinkler issue ended up being less of an issue than expected, so the cost was lowered. If I have any landscaping needs, I will definitely be calling Torres Landscaping. It was a great service with a smile. Thanks, Alex and crew.

The etch-a-sketch software they use to design our master bathroom does not calculate the drywall, plaster and tile which matters when every inch counts. "We won't start the job until all material is received". 8 days later, "we got a huge job elsewhere so we're going to start on your bathroom now and continue as material comes in." Taking time off work to accommodate their schedule was a pain. The crew that did the demo and new installation installed the Shower faucet that leaked causing water to fill between the walls on the first use. They had to come out, install new faucet and replace the drywall. Rick stopped responding to my call and emails so I was forced to communicate with the contractor he hired. Stucco cracked on outside wall where they installed the soap dish cubby. The shower drain had to be brought up to code bustarted smelling less than a year later. This would happen every few months. Called a plumber who ran a camera and found gravel in the line and said it's either from the install or a connection came loose and debris is filling the line. Ran into Rick and asked him about it and was told "it's out of warranty". The only bright side was that the cabinets we picked out came out great and the tile work was perfect.
