I called around for quotes and Valley Roofing came highly recommended. Dan was so nice and sent someone out the same day to take a look. The person that looked at it said that it wasn't built correctly the first time and that's why it's leaking and I said well it was built by this company so I'm hoping that you will honor that. At first, it didn't seem like it would ever be repaired, but I know now that they were really busy and they finally got it done in less than a day. The owner truly does care about his clients and his workmanship. He made sure that he got the job done correctly

I noticed some damage to the wood siding on my house and was looking for someone to come out and…read moretake a look for me to tell me what was going on. Spartan was very quick to respond and got someone out the next day. Ray came out personally and took a look at everything, he told me it was just some settling damage due to no drainage which was common in older homes, he told me they could repair the damage and install gutters with spouts to fix the issue. The quote was pretty reasonable so we made a deal and they got started 2 days later. I'm satisfied with the work. They did the repairs, installed the gutters and painted what was repaired, they even went a little beyond and painted other areas out front so that everything looked uniform, I greatly appreciated that. I will be honest, they can be difficult to get ahold of because they are very busy. They work with insurance companies in town doing emergency calls for water damage and other remediation treatments. I tried to get Ray to come back out to look over a couple other projects for me but I never heard back from him after this project was finished, he was on a job walk and didn't get back to me or was out of office. I was considering giving 4 stars because of that but he handled things very well and put up with me I can't not give 5. I have anxiety and can be a handful to deal with when things are going wrong that I don't know enough about to fix myself. Ray was really patient with me the 2 times he came out and even walked the entire house with me and explained what the things I was panicking over were. It's nothing serious just minor cosmetic things I need to have fixed over time so I really appreciate him putting up with my panic and multiple text messages to address my concerns, Ray's a great guy and Spartan does great work.

From helping me initially pick the right quartz (color and veining for my home) Candace was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products and took the time to help me get this investment correct! During demo and install Joe and his demo/install team did a great job communicating the process, working through small challenges (such as explaining to me why the sinks I selected were too big, and working with me so I could go swap out for betting fitting sinks for my project). He templated all the spaces and made sure everything was measured perfectly so it would all look great in my oddly angled kitchen. And he checked back after tiling backsplash to make sure details (even electrical faceplates) were done properly! What is most amazing...in my oddly shaped kitchen, there is ONLY one seam in the entire space! This company goes above and beyond to ensure a beautiful product!
